Staff nice and helpful, nice looking hotel and rooms

Very hard location to find. Also, some outdated amenities in the hotel such as a showerhead that you had to hold in your hand and the water alternating between very hot and very cold every few seconds.

    A rather repetitive breakfast.

It was stunning and a perfectly morroccan retreat. The door opened from the noisy souk into this tranquil world. Sunny roof terrace with jacouzi.

The in-house dinner was very expensive and quite slow - better to eat in the square. Breakfast however was perfect. The "24 hour" front desk was actually manned for about one hour per day.

the staff were very friendly and efficient even allowing for our poor French, the suite was very comfortable clean and made up each day, the position for the fna square and souks was amazing breakfasts were varied and nutritious it was calm and serene after the hectic lifestyle of the souks.I would recommend this Riad to anyone whatever age and enjoyed our stay immensely.

    Nothing to dislike or change.

Everything was great - the very cosy riad is in the medina, but not too far so you can easily find it. Someone waited outside for us to accompany us. The personnel is very helpful and organizes trips as well at a good price. Great breakfast. Excellent and large rooftop terrace.

I probably should not whine that it was a bit hard to find the central square - it is Marrakesh after al,and part of the charm is getting lost !

A peaceful riad in the heart of the old town, just 10 minutes walk from the centre. The manager pointed out a couple of nice restaurants close by when we arrived. He circled on a map things he thought we should definitely do which helped us to plan our days. Staff were all very helpful, even those who couldn't speak English with us tried their best. A lovely spot, quiet, with the hustle and bustle right on your doorstep.

We had to stay at a different raid on our first night... Presume they had overbooked. Not ideal, but the second riad was equally as nice.

Refreshing pool. Roof top dining. Service. Oasis in a dry, dirty city. Wine available.

City is "rough". Can be difficult to navigate until you get your bearings. No response to emails...although phone call worked.

The staff made us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable and it was all very pretty. The plunge pool was great cooling off in. We went on an excellent excursion to the atlas mountains which was organised by the riad and also good value. They also organised the transfer back to the airport. The driver was very nice.

It was a little bit confusing finding it in the first place
