Our Honey Moon was just perfect thanks to the amazing reception that Guido and all staff gave us! Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the terrace is magic and the food is amazing! Enjoy the amazing breakfast and please take the chance to have dinner in the Riad! You will have an amazing surprise! The owners are so pleasant that we felt at home! We can say we made friends for life and we hope to have the opportunity to show Lisbon to our news friends. We will return!

The location is excellent, being only a few minutes away from the Jamaa el Fna square. The owners and staff provide guests with an excellent and courteous service, including any needed guidance on Marrakech, on what to visit, where to eat, and excursions/ travel arrangements. Excellent food, both for breakfast and dinner on the beautiful rooftop.. The riad is a gorgeous 400 year old-house, with traditional carved ceilings, very well maintained and tastefully decorated.

Nothing about the Riad that we did not like.

The riad is beautifully restored, luxurious, attention to detail to make this a truly authentic experience is impressive. Michael and the staff are the best hosts - helpful, informed, augmenting your stay in the city with good advice. Memorable stay in a memorable riad straight in the center of the medina!!!

From the moment you walk into this 400 year old Riad you get a sense of peace and tranquility which is needed after the crazy walk through Jemaa el-Fna. On arrival we was met by Mickael who throughout the trip was the best host I have come across. Not only did he take time to sit with us with a map and instruct us on restaurants we may want to try, trips that could be to our liking he was always available to answer our queries. The staff are very polite and willing to help, even if you was unsure of a place you may want to visit in Marrakech they would offer to walk you there. The food in the Riad was delightful and something we was thankful for as a couple of evenings we wanted to avoid the hussle and bustle and relax on the rooftop accompanied by the tasteful food. I could go on for much longer about how good this Riad is but if anyone asked my opinion it's wonderful. If you want somewhere in the centre of Marrakech that can whisk you away from the fast paced streets then look no further. Thank you to Mickael, Guido and all the staff for an amazing experience.

Everything!!! Michael and his staff went way above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful true Marrakech experience. The hotel is like a fabulous museum! We stayed on the first floor which was perfect for its many lounges to relax after the crowds, Order dinner a must! Abdulla always greeted us with a smile ready to assist. Thank you Micheal and Abdulla!

    - The owner/ host was amazing! From complimentary ice cold bottled water to a guide to take us to our restaurant, Guido made our stay lovely. - Delicious breakfast! - Good location. - Beautiful riad.

    - We received an email a week before our stay requesting to make our payment in cash. Wish they made a note on booking.com. -There was a funky smell coming from the bathroom pipes. - You could hear everything that goes on in the Riad from your room, even with the windows being closed. We had to put on our ear plugs to prevent ourselves from listening to a conversation going on from the rooftop.

This riad was one of the biggest highlights of my trip! Not only were the owner and staff very friendly and professional, but the building itself was exquisite. Breakfasts were excellent and served on the rooftop terrace. Micael, one of the two owners, was so thoughtful as to even put out little straw hats to keep cool in the sun. It was all these little details that made our stay here so memorable. We also did a dinner one evening in the riad, which was also served on the terrace. The food was delicious and the table setting really beautiful. Furthermore, Michael is full of excellent suggestions for how to spend your time in Marrakech, and he sits down with you at the beginning of your stay with a map to make sure you feel comfortable.

It was a wonderful experience. First, the RIAD: pictures don't do justice to the beautiful, spacious, comfortable, luxurious place that this hotel is. Rooms are very spacious (long, very long). En-suites are really nice and vintage. All the RIAD is nicely decorated to its fashion. It was heaven to relax and chill out in the terrace while it was roasting outside. Did I also mention that the souks and medina are LITERALLY at 2 mins walk (100m)? Then, the food: two words - fresh and tasty! Also, what a service. It was not a buffet breakfast, and I would have never thought I'd enjoy a non-buffet breakfast more than a buffet one. The service was just great and we were given everything we were asked for. The last day I got 2 omelette and 2 fried eggs (all for myself) cooked with love from the host. Loads of fruit, local breads and pastries, delicious farm yoghurt, pancakes, etc..... Last but not least: the host. Guido was an amazing host, from the initial welcome with 2 huge slices of fresh watermelon to the final goodbye taking care of sending our postcards all over the world without charging us for stamps. He recommended us nice, great local places that we enjoyed a lot, spent hours talking with us about Marrakech, what to do, what not to do, what to avoid, etc.... He was like a full concierge service for us: he sent somebody to collect us at arrival, called a taxi to escort us to the airport, booked the Hammam for us, etc..... We felt we had a great reference point for anything we needed.

    Absolutely nothing.

Guido and his staff are amazing!! He gave us a briefing about Marrakech which was really helpful and all his recommendations (resto, Hammam) were great. The riad itself is just impeccable and comfortable. Breakfast was abundant. Service is top notch! Location is ideal (5 min walk to the main square, yet it was quiet).

    Nothing.

We had an excellent stay at Riad Les Nuits. We only stayed one night but the co-host Guido still gave us a lot of his time by explaining the areas of Marrakesh and the dos and donts of getting around- which was really helpful and definitely necessary. On arrival we were given complimentary refreshments on the roof terrace, which is a nice area to relax. Our flight was really early the next morning, and although breakfast is normally 8.30-10.30, Guido and his staff got up before 6am to make breakfast for us- which was really tasty. Guido is well connected with the local area and he arranged a dinner reservation for us, a private transfer to the airport and a bag carrier to carry out suitcase from the riad to the car. All these things made our short stay in Marrakesh easy. The riad has about 5 rooms with communal areas in a building very close to the main square. It is a great location from which to explore central Marrakesh. We would highly recommend it.

Guido and Mickael are the best hosts that I have ever met. Upon arrival they gave me suggestions and advices about moving around in marrakech. They showed efforts in providing great hospitality by catering to the needs of their customers. Something bad happened to me when I was doing the Sahara trip where a portion of my money was taken by somebody. Although the tour agency promised to reimburse me with the amount of money loss, they failed to hand me the money in time. Guido was so kind that he offered to give me the money in advance. My journey would be flawed if it wasn't for the two very nice hosts.

The fact that I didn't get to stay longer in their riad simply because it is already fully booked. 唯一缺點是未能在旅館多住幾晚,只因旅館預訂早已爆滿。

Guido replied to my booking almost immediately and set up ground transportation from the airport. Michael was the most helpful host we encountered on our 2 week trip throughout Morocco. He makes sure each guest gets a thorough intro/map to Marrakech and was always around for any questions. He made us feel so welcome and his staff was amazing. The riad is gorgeous and we loved breakfast on the patio. Location was great too, highly highly recommend!!

Beautiful riad in a fantastic location, really helpful owners with great advice on where to go, where not to go, how to get around which meant that you felt comfortable dealing with the haggling, and other Moroccan traditions. It's very important to choose a riad very near to the Jamaa El Fna square so you are in the close to the action, and able to find your way back quickly and easily to your hotel. There aren't any cars in the Medina, and you don't want to walk too far with heavy bags! This riad is an oasis of serenity in a crazy, fun city.

As the title says Michael, Guido and the staff made our Marrakesh stay just superb! From start to finish they made our trip hassle and stress free, as well as giving the best advice we have ever received about an area we are visiting. The Riad itself is beautiful and perfectly placed in a central location allowing all attractions with in the Medina walls just a quick 10-15 minute walk which in itself would be worth 5 stars but there should be one extra star for the fantastic service provided by the staff and owners. If I had to give just one bit of advise, trust in the recommendations of Michael and Guido, every piece of advice they gave us was fantastic and made our trip just perfect. From before even arriving they answered all my queries promptly via email, arranged food on our arrival and transfers from the airport to the front door of the Riad (Taxi transfer to Jemaa el-Fnaa and then a guy to carry the bags to the door). On the first opportunity Guido sat down with a map to give us the “ins and outs” of Marrakesh, this did not just include what attractions to visit but also how to deal with taxi drivers, the Souk tradesman and just about every other aspect required – this time was truly invaluable. At every point of our trip Michael and Guido answered our numerous questions and queries, not just this they make you feel the Riad is your home away from home – it is hard to describe just how welcoming they are. The food at the Riad is gorgeous, we arrived to a three course meal on our first night (pre arranged) and it was the perfect start to the holiday. The food was the best we had in Marrakesh, breakfast every morning was fresh and the quantity was far greater than we could ever have eaten (fresh fruit, pastries, eggs in which ever way you wanted cooking, pancakes and jams). If I had to suggest one item to try it would be the couscous, it was fantastic; this is nothing like anything I have ever tasted.

    Nothing - It was perfect!

Guido and Michael were more than gracious hosts. They looked after us both as family members, they gave us tips, maps and good advice. The staff were friendly and attentive. We dined at the riad, perfect meals better than in the medina. Would come back in the future and highly recommend for a stay in Marrakech.
