The way we were greeted and how welcome we felt
Yes had to leave we Will certainly return
Beautiful room, place and host, good breakfast.
Very hard bed and pillows, open toilet in room, rijad is overly perfumed to cover smelly sewers, no pricavy: room in open connection to atrium, guard sitting outside door at night. No phone charging by bed, bad wifi, no wifi in room.
I loved absolutely everything about this Riad. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I arrived early and they voluntarily provided me with breakfast while my room was being made up. The décor is breathtaking and the location along a quiet alleyway only enhances its charm. Enjoyed my stay immensely and will definitely be going back.
Everything here, starting from the hospitality of owners, through healthy breakfasts, to - last but not least - the builidng from XVII century, was perfect. Thank you, guys for lovely stay!
Absolutely beautiful riad. Lovely roof top area for relaxing. Breakfast was huge and a delight. Our room was immaculate and very grand. Michael & Guido the owners are a lovely people
Unobtrusive attentiveness of the owners, providing information and general advice which improved the quality of our stay
Nothing bad to say!
Location is great near Jama elfena.Rooms are very nicely docorated.Guido and Michael organize everything perfectly from sight seeing, activities to restaurant booking as well as providing useful tips. But the food served there was very delicious.Breakfast was continental and dinner was traditional Morrocan, thanks to Fawzia the cooker.Abdullah in service did also a very good job, very kind and polite.
That we had to leave!
Attention to detail throughout. Everything from the quality of the breakfast (superb) to the highly stylish yet authentic decorations and furniture pieces just works together to create a special feeling. And it all comes down to the owners. They've been so accommodating and just plain nice that we've thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. And they've given us better tips about what to do in the city than any local guide could (thx for the hammam idea guys). All and all, on my next visit to Marrakech I'm definitely visiting them again. And brining more friends. Unless someone else picks up the bill for La Mamounia :)
Does anyone care that the WiFi range is limited to the communal areas? You're not there to spend time in bed with your iPad...
The riad was in a fantastic ovation close to all you need. The presentation was stunning and everywhere in the riad was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was simply a feast of fantastic food and was a great start to the day. The best part was the owner and staff who went out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible. We look forward to returning.
Fantastic staff, invaluable advice, the personal touch, intimate Riad, great food, home from home, within a stroll of the souks and the main square Jenna el Fna. Use their experience and recommendations. Beautiful place to stay, had a great sleep every night, seamless pick up from and to the airport. Would recommend a hot tub on the roof terrace for the winter months :-)
The weather could have been better but not the owners fault.
We had the pleasure to stay at the Riad "Les Nuits De Marrakech" for 4 nights me and my Fiancée and everything was wonderful! The owners, Guido and Mickael and their staff are the best hosts you can dream of. The level of service and care was outstanding. From start to end, the whole experience was smooth, a private driver was waiting for us at the airport and took us to the Riad where we were welcomed and taken to our beautiful suite. Next morning we enjoyed an excellent breakfast on the roof terrace and Guido took the time to teach a few things about the local culture and things to see on a map a prepared for us. Their knowledge of the city is impressive and they give you advises during all your stay, they were extremely available for all their customers and can help you with booking activities (hamam, excursions...) and dinner tables. Their strength also comes from the fact that they anticipate your needs and always have some ready options for you. If you are tired from a long day visiting the city, you can have a Morrocan dinner at the Riad prepared by their cook. They also took care of us on our way back home and arranged the trip back to the airport. The Riad itself is one of the prettiest building we had seen during our travels around the world, in other words, the place you can dream of when thinking of staying in this part of the world.
Guida and Michael were fantastic. They sat us down and went thru a bunch of tips, made us recommendations on places to go and dinner reservations at the best restaurants. You felt like you were home every time you walked thru the doors. The staff was attentive and friendly. The riad itself was beautiful and relaxing.
You would not believe what lies behind the door in the wall. Host are very welcoming and full of good advice. Excellent breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Just few minutes from the souls and square, only 15 minutes walk to the palaces.
Nothing to complain about.
Everything about this place was perfect.
Ideally located riad with beautiful decor and ambience, run by the perfect hosts and staff
Nothing, absolutely nothing!
The hospitality shown by Michael and Abdullah was excellent. In short, nothing seemed to be too difficult to arrange. Wonderful breakfast on the roof terrace!
The t.v in the room often lost its satellite signal, but this probably happens throughout the city.
Out of every review that I've written, I hope that I can figure out a way to make this one the top of every property and place I've reviewed. Riad Les Nuits de Marrakech was uncompromising in every aspect! The communication from the very beginning of booking was superb. Airport transport was arranged well in advanced and it was very simple and easy despite the logistics of it all. A driver met us at the airport, drove us to the entrance of square which is off limits for cars. A man was waiting there with a cart and he took our luggage and wheeled us through the crowded medina, through the narrow and sometimes dark alley to a beautiful entryway door. We were greeted by Michael who exuded warmth and charm. Michael gave us a tour of the Riad which can only be described as something from a movie or a dream. When they say, God is in the details, someone must have been touring Riad Les Nuits de Marrakech. Beautiful wood work, wonderful lounge locations and a room that was far better than even the pictures. Michael sat down with us and we were served a perfect Moroccan pastry and our first glass of the addicting mint tea that is so popular in Marrakech. Michael gave us a map and showed us where we might find places of interest and pointed out easy ways for us to find our way around without getting lost. He gave us perfect tips of how to barter with the souk/market sellers and recommended places to eat. We felt so prepared to venture out and see Marrakech. Michael made dinner reservations for us at a restaurant overlooking Jemaa El Fna square, serving traditional Moroccan cuisine and live music and dancers. Each morning breakfast was served on the stunning rooftop terrace garden. It amazed us to know we were just minutes from the craziness of the market, yet the whole Riad was an oasis of tranquillity. The garden is filled with lush vegetation and decorated beautifully.
The Riad is located within the Medina and is therefore very close to all the tourist locations. Despite all the noise and chaos in the Medina, the Riad is quiet and very relaxing. I slept well every night. Breakfast was a lovely Moroocan style with mint tea. The hosts, Michael and Guido, are very helpful in enabling you to enjoy your stay in Marrakech. They will provide advice on places to visit and make bookings at good restaurants on your behalf. They will also arrange transfer to/from airport by taxi which is also very helpful, as taxis can be a problem in Marrakech. Highly recommended and excellent value for money. Many Thanks Michael and Guido!!!
There was nothing I didn't like!
The riad has a car pick you up at the airport for a 3 night minimum stay and gets you safely to the riad. You'll likely get lost if you attempt to find the riad on your own for the first time. Guido, one of the owners of the riad, sits with you and provides you with a map and helpful tips on how to navigate the city, deal with the traffic and interact with the locals. This conversation alone is worth the price of the riad. Guido recommended activities we would like and made reservations for us at places he knew were enjoyable and worth the price. The riad is very centrally located and easy to get to once you know where you're going. Guido and his staff were very friendly and truly cared about making our stay great.
No real complaints. The showerhead holder in our bathroom was broken so we had to hold the showerhead as we bathed, only a minor inconvenience.
We loved the hosts of Riad Les Nuits they were so helpful and always available. It was our first time and they explained very clearly everything you need to know to get the most out of your stay. The Riad was perfectly located, a home from home although very authentic and very well looked after.
There was nothing to dislike.
From the moment we arrived until we left the owners Guido & Michael could not of been more helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time in Marrakech and this was very much due to the owners advise and tips of where to go, how much to pay and what to do. The riad itself is a beautiful building with all comforts that you need on a short break. A very peaceful haven to return to after a busy day in Marrakech.
Perfect hosts in Guido and Michael very hospitable, informative, obliging, welcoming and helpful. beautiful Riad a peaceful place to escape the madness outside the door.
What we loved about this place on top of the ambience and its central location was the direct involvement of the two owners. From the very first 'sit down with a map' nothing was too much trouble - one of those rare experiences where you actually felt as if you were a house guest rather than a hotel resident. Lovely staff too. We would certainly stay again!!
A very minor point, the Wifi was a bit dodgy in the room but no problem with it sitting in the lounge area and how delightful that was too.
Position and ease of access to medina. Quality and authenicity of house. Roof terrace
Bed a little hard for my back
Nothing was too much trouble.the hosts and staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. A really lovely place to stay.
