Nice people. Zakaria was very nice and discret. He was very efficient and was always available for us. We really feel very well there... We can really enjoy your vacation and relax at this place!!! I def. recommend this place!!!!
The road is not to easy to find in the first time. Zakaria show us an easy way to find the way! that was very helpful!!!
Very friendly staff made our stay really enjoyable. We were able to leave our luggage with them on our return to Marrakech before catching our flight which made wandering through the souks a lot easier. Breakfast served every morning on the roof terrace was great and very generous - croissants, mint tea, Moroccan pancakes, juice etc... The pool in the courtyard is also a bonus when the weather gets too hot!
Everything in the heart of everything pool was a god send roof top beautifull rooms lovely too , not large but so authentic . Breakfast plentyfull
the location was perfect, just one step away from the hammam de la rose a perfect place to relax and enjoy, and two steps away from two excellent restaurants and two steps away from the medersa and the suks.
Thanks to the staff at the Riad Libitibito our experience has been just amazing. They were helpful in every way, and always did so with a smile. The Riad is such a beautiful place with an authentic decor, very comfortable and always clean with a certain fresh aroma of Marrakech. We will definitely recommend this Riad and will probably stay there again if we have the chance to go back to Marrakech. All in all a very pleasant stay. Florence
The fact that you cannot pay with credit card. Also the room Ornella that we stayed in was too small. I felt that the matress was itchy. The owner and the staff forgot to prepare our breakfast thr day we were leaving on a field trip.
The Riad itself is beautifully done. The rooms are nicely decorated. The terrace provides a lovely space for breakfast and relaxing. The Location is very good, in the Center of the Medina and Souks. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
A bit difficult to find. One should really use the "shuttle" Service. No access by car. One can only pay cash.
Location, roof terrace for breakfast, wifi
Dark passage to entrance, low ceilings esp on staircases
Very friendly staff. Very pleasant room. Very nice breakfast.
Breakfast was ok and staff serving were very nice.
Overall a VERY disappointing experience! I had booked the Haja suite as a treat to myself for NYE as a place to relax following a 2-week tour. On check-in I was given the key to their standard room and it wasn't until I questioned this and showed my confirmation did the guy acknowledge he had made an error. They should have advised ahead of time as I would have booked another riad. Instead they chose to overbook. Standard room is very small and dark. All rooms face courtyard and are very, very noisy! The riad is very difficult to find as it is down a very dark dingy alleyway. If it wasn't for the kids hanging around playing soccer, I have no doubt I would have been mugged by an unscrupulous guy who was screaming at me for money! I am an experienced traveller who lives in the Middle East and would NOT recommend this Riad. Note a similar comment from another guest in earlier feedback as there are better places to stay in Marrakech!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and we had a lovely stay. We stayed in a suite on the second floor and the room was unbelievable- cozy, romantic, beautiful decor, spacious. Breakfasts were served either in courtyard or roof terrace and really tasty. Staff were hospitable and accommodating. Brilliant stay.
Beutiful interior designe, friendly staff, close to heart of medina
Good atmoshere, nice hotelmanager and staff, nice furnitures, the best roof terrace in Marakech...I will come back!
Our room was a little bit small!
We loved the attention given to us by the manager Zach. Nothing was too much trouble. The decor was gorgeous- very stylish and the roof terrace a place to longer for hours. Also appreciated delicious meal Zach and his wife cooked for us one evening. Location also ideal.
The approach was a bit of a shock on the first night- thank goodness the manager met us at the edge of the Souk as we would never have found the riad on our own and may have been put off by the dark, dusty lane.
Zac is very attentive. The riad is in an excellent location. Zac was able to give us very good tips and advice. The roof top terrace is delightful where we enjoyed a wonderful meal cooked by Zac.
The room on the bottom floor lacks privacy.
I loved how it was right in the medina and incredibly quiet despite being in the centre of marrakech. Gorgeous riad with excellent helpful staff. Nice and relaxing rooftop.
Rooms were a little noisy- our room was on the bottom floor- absolutly stunning room but people by the pool could hear us talking and likewise inside the room.
Zacariah is the best host I have ever had in my life. He helped us out in every way and gave us tips and hints about the town and Moroccan life. He chatted to us and was genuinely interested in our lives. I had a Skype interview for a job in Thailand at 7am. He gave me access to another room with great wifi so as not to wake my wife/other guests and to be comfortable. Awesome!
The price of alcohol is a bit high. 55dirham a beer :(
Friendly service. the best indeed.
the rooms are quite small, but still confortable enough to enjoy the city.
Great service!!! I stayed 5 days, was sick half the time, I was taken care of well, and had my peace to recover, can highly recommend this Riad!
If you are on honeymoon go elsewhere, the rooms are not soundproof!
Loved it, the room was spacious and very clean. The location was good just a 7 min walk to the square, close to some good restaurants. Felt very safe, even at night
I would advise taking up the riads offer of getting someone to meet you. It's down a small alley and can be hard to find the first time
Excellent hosting: you'll feel like at home. Wonderful terrace over the roofs. Breakfast is great
The service, the people, the rooftop, the breakfast
The rooms on lower floor are not that nice
