Mohamed a staff was very helpful and spoke English . Rabia and the other staff were also pleasant
Terrible single bed mattress , 3nights of tossing and turning . no internet for duration of our stay
Staff were all polite and friendly, especially Mohammed. Generous breakfasts...all very sweet....first time I've had chocolate cake for breakfast! Lovely roof terrace. We were offered mint tea several times when we came back from our explorations! Lovely room on the rooftop. Very clean, and super-hot shower. Easy to arrange excursions through the riad staff, and also taxis to the airport.
Our beds were so creaky. Each time I or my daughter rolled over we woke the other person up!!! (in addition to the call to morning prayers at 5.30!) Rooftop room was very small. With beds pushed together to make a double there may have been a bit more floor space, but we struggled to find space to put our small cases on the floor. The wardrobe in the bathroom area was a good size but stuff got damp, with condensation from the fab shower.
Very helpful and friendly staff. We were welcomed by the girl called Arabia, who served us some wonderful mint tea and cookies. The boy Muhammad was also very thoughtful and always ready to help. The ambience was very traditional and soothing. And we loved their cat, Limoun :)
this was our first time in morocco we couldn't have wished for better from Sarah and staff. They were knowledge and extremely helpful with pointers on bartering and what to see.We fell in love with the city and the country thanks to Sarah and her Riad
Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great location if you like the souk.
Problematic Wi-Fi connection in the room. You can be easily distracted by the outside sound.
Good location, helpful staff, rooms are clean and comfortable. What the lovely cat live there! :)
Perfect location, just couple of minutes walk to Jamaa el Fna
Brilliant helpful staff, very good value for money, lovely rooms, great location. A little oasis in the busy medina. Can walk everywhere you need to. Felt safe walking around. Breakfast was varied everyday and a nice touch. Air con in the room was brilliant in those hot afternoons.
Some riads do have a pool which may be nice on hot afternoons but we didn't really miss it. This riad doesn't have a pool.
Pleasent helpful staff - arranging everythink you want: glasses for wine, trip, taxi, maps. Fresh breakfast. Great location.
Wifi doesnt work in rooms.
The court yard was very cozy and comfortable. We felt very relaxed. We've stayed in 3 riads in Morocco and this one was the best one in terms of the atmosphere. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. They gave us maps and showed us where to go on the map. Breakfast was good. We had dinner there one evening and the food was very good.
It was a bit dark in the room. The drain in the sink didn't work very well, but it didn't affect our mood of staying there. We still enjoyed staying the place a lot.
Good location - 10 min walk from Jemma el frna and 10 min walk from the kasbah Staff are incredibly nice! The cat is so good to stroke while you rest in the lobby Breakfast is really good The staff Speak good English The room was good and clean and value for money
Overpriced meal if you eat at the riad so advise not to eat there Only can get wifi at the lobby area but this is not a big deal
Friendly staff, clean pleasant rooms, wifi good in communal areas but not in rooms, breakfast very nice, lovely place for escaping the madness of Marrakech, few mins walk to the main square of marrakech
Very nice family and breakfast was good. Price point seems about right for Marrakech.
its very homely and calm
the type of soap provided, its too hard and not soapy.
Pleasant and help full personel. Charming Riad and Charming house cat named Limoun. /Aronsson family from Varberg in Sweden
The location it's perfect, very closed to the square. We can't speak french and there was just Mohammed can speak english, so when he was out, was difficult to communicate with the staff. We were in the room on the terrace, beautiful but really small, there was enought space just for the bed, (we were keeping our luggages outside the room). The bathroom was clean and not bed. Air condition works well. Breakfast it's perfect, some home made yogurt and cakes..bread with butter, jam or honey..coffee..milk..and a delicious orange juice!
The room was really too small and my boyfriend (1.85 m tall) can barely stand in the room cause the roof was too short. And..wifi cannot reach our room on the terrace, we had to go downstairs for use the connection. Could be a small thing but..there was no water in the fountain in the hall, such a pity!
Excellent location ( very close to Bahia Palace, Badi Palace, Saadian Tombs, Dar Si Said and about 10 minutes walk to Place Jmaa El Fnaa). Staff ( Mohammad , Anvar and ladies I can't remember names of were all fantastic , very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are very basic, even though the pictures suggest otherwise. Bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable, Staff were not very friendly, especially the female staff. Some are very offish!!! Riad was very very difficult to find, and no good directions were provided to us beforehand - we ended up paying Euro 30 to various people to help us find the place - it is very very difficult to find, so be careful if you decide to book!!! Masonry was falling off the façade in the riad - the place is not in good condition.
Very friendly and helpful staff, a great feel to the Riad, and the terrace was superb
no door on toilet.. was a little arkward
Frrriendly olde world atmosphere. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff.Very quiet. Handy location. t the cat
Basic but clean, very relaxing after the hustle and bustle of the chaotic world outside. Staff were exceptional, couldn't do enough and always smiling. Great location, right in the heart of everything.
Very good location, in old medina. Staff was exeptionally friendly and helpful. Totally worth staying in. I suggest taking transport with them from the airport, as riad may be difficult to find for the first time.
Lovely staff, breakfast care all round and superb value
- very good located for visiting the old city of Marrakech - an authentic riad as I imagined a riad should be - very friendly and helpfull staff - very comfortable room
- there was nothing negative about this riad
