The decor was incredible. Excellent location I booked on booking.com and the total charge for the night was €55. When I arrived my credit card had already being charged and I was not given the option to pay by cash. My credit card however was actually charged €61 ??? I find that very strange... |

Though the room smelled "funny", it certainly was beautiful, roomy and comfortable. We especially liked the friendliness and efficiency of the manager who more than once "thought ahead" of us and made the necessary changes. The strange smell in the room, as if it wasn't aired enough. But this was minor compared to the charm of the place. |

The staff were helpful, the riad is wonderfully decorated and surprisingly peaceful in such a busy area - a perfect base to explore Essaouira from. Not the most comfortable bed! |

The staff is excellent, the location extraordinary and the breakfast very nice. The house and the decoration is very good, a typical maroccan house. I strongly recommend it. For me was everything nice, but someone can't like the wc |

Staff was very friendly, good location in the medina. The first room was a bit dark (i didn't feel comfortable) and you could hear the people/music on the street. We asked for another room and that was good. We stayed on the rooftop; very nice and bright. Sometimes the Riad was not so clean (especially the terras was a bit dirty). The towels and sheets were old and not white, so didn't feel clean. |

Ths staff were fantastic, the accomodations was really lovely and cosy with plenty of space, lovely Moroccain pancakes for breakfast and the roof terrace was brilliant with a Bedouin tent for shade! They were also really welcoming and they used local pottery which was stunning. So much more space then we expected and very good value for money!!!! |

friendly, helpful, multilingual staff at front desk, spacious room, location so close to main shopping areas, and the fact that the hotel is on a pedestarins only street helps cut off the vehicle noise and pollution. bring in more natural light specially to the room at the rear, toilet in the room and the lobby could be fixed up to make them more user friendly and comfortable.Breakfast has to improve, towels are very worn out and not white any more, new towels will certainly help. Shower curtain wil help to keep the floor dry. The restaurent could function like a proper restaurent with a menu that can take care of vegans and vegetarians, fresh juice, herbal as well as caffine free tea, coffee etc. |

The room was excellent value for money and very spacious. The decor was asthetically Moroccan and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental and generous. The staff spoke good English and could make good suggestions. They were awake to let us in at 05AM after delay!! Absolutely no complaints. |

Everything...it was a real gem in Essaouira. The staff were all excellent. I think they were doing themselves a disservice with the dinner menu, but this isn't a complaint because we ate out anyway. More a bit of advice for them. |

Great location of this authentic riad in one of the main streets of the medina, walking distance from the beaches. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. We were in room 20, which is very spacious (including moroccan lounge and queen double bed), we found this place very good value for money. Tip: watch the sunset from magnificent roof terrace. there was some dampness in the room when we arrived, but you can open a window towards the patio and then it gets better |

We arrived with four-month old twins in tow, and the staff made us feel welcomed and relaxed. The riad has an ideal location in the heart of the medina, and is only a few minutes walk to the beach. Everything from decor to breakfast service was thoughtfully anch cheerfully done: Highly recommended. . |
