This traditional riad features a rooftop terrace and a patio with a small pool. Guests are invited to relax by the fireplace in the lounge area.

Located a 5 minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna square, this riad features a swimming pool, a terrace and rooms with views of the Atlas Mountains and the Medina.

With a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains, this riad has an outdoor hot tub. In the center of the medina (historic quarter), it is a 5 minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna...
Score from 169 reviews Wonderful
The courtyard was several degrees cooler than the streets which was very welcome in 35 degrees. Plunge pool with swim jets were a great idea and the quirky design was very appealing.
Being woken by the call to prayer at 5am. Not much the riad can do about that though! Shower wasn't plumbed in so water went everywhere as it was over a free standing bath.
It was a great Riad, with a nice pool, good hammam, exellent breakfest and nice staff.
extremly hard beds...
Excellent riad in a good location. Very attentive staff. Plenty of space in the junior suite. Would definitely recommend
suite size, staff, rooftop terrace, breakfast
wifi coverage, not much else
Fantastic staff, location, facilities, lovely pool, great food, wonderful building, spotless rooms. I couldn't find a fault. Stay here if you can!
location, staff, facilities and food was amazing!
wifi was not the greatest outside of the main area but when in Marrakech you really don't have that much time to be on the internet; plus they have computers for use as well.
all of it!
Service and hotel were amazing
We felt welcomed from the very beginning. The staff was helpful and kind. The decoration is spectular.
The taxi company they work with was late both at pick up and drop off at AirPort.
Hidden away down an alley, the dark wood door does not give away any of Riad Malika's wonderful secrets. The riad is built around a central courtyard with it's own mini ecosystem of lush vegetation, birds, tortoises and water fountain. Plenty of lovely nooks and crannies to daydream or read a book in. A small but beautiful pool well provided with shade and comfortable seating. We had two suites which were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Both had big bathrooms, comfortable beds, shutters, A/C and their own balconies. The place is packed with ultra stylish vintage furniture, lighting and objets d'art. The staff were great, attentive, friendly and with good local knowledge. Even my teenage children felt at home. The breakfast is tasty and generous. You can order lunch or an evening meal. A single traveller, honeymoon couple or family would be equally happy staying here.
The food was exceptional and surpassed only by the quality of the staff. It is an oasis of calm and relaxation in this labrynthine city of madness.
Staff were superb, nothing was ever too much trouble. The room was great and very clean with a small personal balcony over looking the pool on one side and the leafy, cool courtyard where breakfast, meals and drinks were served. The Riad itself was like an Aladdin's Cave with a doorway hidden down a back alley but once through the door you entered a wonderful courtyard with a fountain in the middle and tall trees and vegetation at each corner attracting an interesting range of birds in the morning and evenings. There were stting out/ lounging areas overlooking the courtyard at 3 different levels in the Riad, including the roof from which you could see the Koutoubia mosque. It was an oasis of calm after the noise and bustle of the busy shopping streets nearby.
Very little. The Riad (like most Riads in Marrakech) is not so easy to find as street names are prominently displayed so you must rely on local landmarks and shop fronts, or a local resident, to find your way but all that adds to the sense of adventure. The air conditioning was a little noisy and took a while to cool the room down in the evening but this wasn't a great problem. Unless you're an early riser or a heavy sleeper it's worth wearing wax ear plugs. The first call to prayer at the nearby mosque began around 4.30/ 5.00 am but only lasts about 5 minutes.
The suite we had was jaw-dropping, as was the genuine pool they have in a courtyard, decent sized by riad standards. Recommended to anyone considering a riad in the Medina in Marrakech - I've stayed in a few and this was certainly the best.
Room was great, pool, cleanliness and staff.
All was good,
The Riad is a hidden gem. After a weeks surfing this offers the perfect antidote to the hectic change in pace that awaits in Marrakech. The service we received from all of the staff was first-class especially Hafid! We would recommend a stay there to anyone in the junior suite especially families.
Nothing... just leaving!
Service by the staff was excellent. They were very helpful and helped us navigate our way around what is a very busy city. The room was spacious and was kept clean. It was great to stay in a traditional Riad and experience the Marakech way of life. We would stay again.
This is a beautiful Riad, very tranquil but close to all the sites. The staff are fantastic and the food is wonderful.
Our beds were a little hard, but it wasn't too bad and I would definitely go back to the Riad
This was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are full of interesting pieces of furniture with real character and our room, a junior suite, was really big with an extra room for one of our children attached. Our daughters had a twin room with a fabulous private terrace. Once in Riad Malika you have no idea you are in Marrakesh as it is so relaxing but step outside and you are in the middle of everything. A perfect location. You can do more than a couple of days in Marrakesh staying here.
Card machine not working meant that we had a rush on the last morning to catch our bus to Essouirra. We had to find an ATM at very short notice and still ended up paying some of the bill in sterling! Riad Malika prices everything in euros so taking euros would be useful
Staff, friendliness, relaxed atmosphere, more like a boutique guest house than traditional Riad, like being in someones home, loved the amazing art deco artifacts everywhere, room was incredibly spacious, sense of tranqility, lived in and loved. Want to go back!
Beautiful as they are, the sunbeds aren't very practical for sunbathing if the mood takes you. Not much of a dislike list is it, but then we loved this place.
Amazing breakfast! You have to wait a bit for it so plan ahead if you need to leave at a fixed time.
If you get lost easily make sure to never leave without map
Everything. The location is comfortable, in the Medina and close enough to the Jamaa El Fna square. Beautiful place, awesome stuff and possibility to enjoy the hammam with massage. I suggest this place without any doubts.
A nice quiet haven after the madness outside. Lovely helpful staff and a very nice breakfast each day. A dip in the pool was a nice cool off after temperatures of 35* and more.
The lighting in the room was too dim.
a gorgeous island of sense of wellbeing in the heart of a bubbling city. everything was excellent. the jet stream in the pool and the plants in the atrium are extraordinary....hopefully we will see us one time again
My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Riad Malika. The staff were so helpful and lovely. the road itself is perfectly located, only a ten minute walk to the souks and main square. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was gorgeous and great value for money. We ate dinner in the road a few times which was delicious. I can not recommend Riad Malika highly enough. I would certainly stay there again.
Location- quick walk to the Square. Staff very attentive. Rooms decorated very nicely.
Breakfast- could have used some protein and fiber.
