I'd go for the breakfast alone. Staff were very friendly and the property is centrally located. Breakfast on the balcony was a highlight.

Bathroom was fair not good. Hand held shower.

Our second stay at Riad Massiba and still as good. Excellent value for money with a delicious breakfast on the terrace included in the price. Child friendly and Vivienne, the owner, is very hospitable. Nothing was too much for them to accommodate. About a ten minute walk to the souks and unlike most riads in the medina it is possible to drive to the front door. An excellent Riad and highly recommend.

Great location, 5 mins from main square. Good breakfast & friendly, helpful staff

Bathroom heater insufficient for time of year but bedroom was warm enough. Would have preferred locks on bedroom door but understand nature of riads and house always felt secure.

It's just 5 minutes walking distance from the central square in Medina. A beautiful riad with delicious homemade breakfast that you can enjoy in the terrace.

Don't be surprised if they don't give you your door key. You will only get the key of the central door of the riad. The concept is to 'feel like home'. Close your door if you don't want to find the cat sleeping in your bed. You have to speak french with the owner.

Location is very good, only a 6-7 min walk from Jemaa el-Fna. Relatively quiet and safe street The filling and good quality breakfast Our very friendly French host who made every effort to accommodate us, even though there was a language barrier. Guizmo the cat Large room

Our room was on ground floor (overlooking the courtyard) so for privacy reasons we had to sleep with windows shut and a/c was not that efficient. Lack of toiletries (other than a soap bar) in the bathroom

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. The airport pickup was worth the 15€ and well organised. The location is quiet and only 7-8 minutes (walking distance) away from jemaa el fna. For you get your own key for the riad, it is possible to come back for a rest after having visited some parts of the medina like the souks and relax before you go on e.g. to south part of the city.

The Riad is ideal for those who like to visit Marrakech's inner town and not to be recommended for a longer stay at the Riad itself because there aren't so much amenities like in a hotel with pool and garden and so on.
