An ancient building of the 16th century, it belonged to a wealthy Berber family. Riad Matham is ideally situated at the heart of the historical and cultural center of Kaat Ben Nahid in the medina. Its location is perfect: within 3minutes walk from the main museums (Museum of Marrakech, Medersa Ben Youssef, Photography Museum of Marrakech) and the colourful souks, within 8 minutes from Jema El Fna square, with a parking lot for taxis nearby. Surrounding the wide garden patio brightened up by palm trees, olive trees, bougainvilleas and its sweet scents of orange trees and jasmine, the building is composed of two rooms and four suites, a big living room with a fireplace and another living room that gives on to the ornamental and bathing pool. On the first floor, there is a wide passageway that can be used as a rest area and reading area and a hammam. Warm and friendly areas are available on the amazing terrace: 220 m2, it offers a 360° view of the medina. An ideal place to enjoy a romantic dinner or drinks with friends.
