&Quot; You're in Marrakech! Forget what has been before, now start your holiday in this wonderful city!": This is the welcome sentence to this amazing riad in the heart of the Medina. Highly welcoming, friendly and super-funny staff, able to charge your energy up before starting your holiday in this amazing city. The Riad is totally cared in the furnishing and details, our room was spacious and clean. Some basic words in Arabic, the right information, always provided by the staff of the riad and we started our journey. The staff also provides itineraries for trips out of Marrakech, we chose one of them with the the advantage of having a transfer by a driver who acted as a guide along the entire journey, stopping in interesting places to see during the route. It was definitively great! Even the food is to recommend, also for the relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. (Nadia and Mohammed) The only thing we didn't like is that we wanted to stay longer! :)

The staff were all very friendly - nothing was too much trouble, and the rooms clean and tidy. It was like a small oasis inside the rush and bustle of Marrakech, and I can't recommend it too highly, especially at its reasonable price. The only fly in the ointment was finding it - my map was very inaccurate about the roads near the riad (it is not on the main streets), so it might be better if you are accept their offer of a lift from the airport to the riad, if you are coming by that route.

The Riad is really nice and quiet. It's in the heart of buzzling Medina but away from its noises. The staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfasts are awesome.

The owner was very helpful and nice. I liked way of his greeting manner. He seems mindful of his guest. Hotel was very quite. Like most of medina, it was difficult find. It is better to take taxi instead of public bus from train station.

Our experience with Riad Minorisa is very positive in all ways - from helpful staff, its location (which is perfect base for exploring surrounding Medina) to cleanliness and comfort (we didn´t mind sleeping on harder mattresses either :-). a tranquil place in an otherwise noisy town. Highly recommended!

The staff of the Riad Minorisa are very kind and helpful. The location of the Riad is convenient, either walking down to the souks or getting a taxi from nearby public car park. The Riad has free wi- fi and own hammam. The room has air-con and a mini bar, is clean, comfortable and traditionally decorated. Overall it presents a very good value for money.

10 out of 10 scale! By the time I arrived at the Riad, they 'forbid' us to enter our room, instead 'force' us to enjoy the Moroccoan tea and snacks as their welcome gesture. It was nice, I never feel so welcome to a hostel before. The staff is very helpful, though they dont speak English very good (they speak fluent French), you can feel their sincere hospitality to help us in anyway they can. The room is really nice, so comfortable, also romantic for couple. The breakfast is plenty and delicious, i always love the morning Moroccoan tea. Our flight back was cancelled and they welcome us for another night, but at the suite room (as our previous room was already occupied by other guest) with very affordable price. It was the most exquisite room I have had so far =) I would definitely back to this Riad when I come to Marrakech again. The only downside is its really hard to find, as it is in the middle of the souks (traditional market) of old Medina. The condition however is similar to other Riads, so compare to others it is normal. I tried to come by using a printed map from google map, started from Jemaa el Fna. But, it is impossible if it is your first time coming to Marrakech, you will lost in the crowd of people. So there was a guy offering help to show the way and he asked for 30 dirhams (3 euro). Another option is using their pick up service from the airport, if you are a group of 3 or more people, it is worth to try.

(+++) Good Price (+++) Superb service - filled up the guest form for you, welcome tea with Moroccan sweets (+++) the place is easy to find as it has clear signs outside and in the street corner (+++) among the 3 riads i've been to during my visit, Minorisa was the only one who served scrambled eggs (+++) they give you key to the main entrance and room so you have your own time to return in the evening, unlike other riad (+++) room was clean and comfortable

The staff is excellent. The house is a real traditional riad in Maroccan style. The location is very good in the nordwest part of the souks in de Medina. Walk in 15 minutes to the jma el fnaa square. No sounds from outside the riad. Breakfast is basic.

The staff, in particular Raduane, were very helpful. There was a peaceful atmosphere which was a pleasure to retreat to after the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in 2 different rooms and found the hot water in the shower difficult to control in both rooms.

Bardzo miły właściciel, który wyjaśnił wszystkie wątpliwości na temat poruszania się po medinie, podarował mapkę Marakeszu zaznaczając najważniejsze punkty orientacyjne. Przywitał nas herbatą miętową i ciasteczkami.
