This Riad is located in central Marrakesh, a short walk from the Djemaa el Fna Market Square.
Score from 55 reviews Very good
Riad Oumaima is a palace-style guesthouse, a 10-minute walk through the souks (markets) to Jeema-El-Fna square. It offers an interior patio with a heated plunge pool and a rooftop sun terrace.
Score from 163 reviews Very good
Located in Marrakech Medina, Riad Bab Agnaou offers a hot tub, terrace and traditional Moroccan lounge. Jemaa El Fna Square is a 10-minute walk away.
Score from 43 reviews Wonderful
Located in Marrakech, this Moroccan guest house is just a 10-minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square.
Score from 91 reviews Wonderful
Lovely rooftop terrace Staff great Location is excellent
Loved everything But don't bother trying to find the Riad yourself. Pay a local 20 DUR and they will show you where it is.
We slept only one night, everything was good, really beautiful riad.
No door to separate toilet and shower from the bedroom. Don't plan to arrive at night by car to the medina of marrakech ;-)
we love them all every single thing in that riad is the best!
Beautiful place, very homey vibe, good breakfast, felt safe, and helpful staff (if they know your language).
Being a couple of young girls without company of a man was very uncomfortable. Only men were allowed to attend us and their approach was not professional in any way. Not a good experience but solely because we were two young attractive girls traveling by ourselves. I strongly do NOT recommend doing so.
Friendly staff, nice bed, perfect room.
Breakfast. Bit poor, but it's the same in whole of maroc
Staff were really friendly and helpful; breakfast was excellent; location was great - in the heart of the Medina, but still quiet; price was unbeatable
Only downside was that wifi doesn't reach the top floor!
We were apprehensive about arriving in Marrakesh, but were relaxed as soon as we were met by the taxi driver we'd arranged thru the Riad. We were met by Redouan at the entrance to the medina and led to our hotel, greeted with tea and pastries. We had reserved a small room and at no extra charge were given a much larger suite as a present. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Abdelhay and Redouan helped us a great deal and inspired a lot of trust. I can't recommend this charming Riad enough. Ask Redouan about Prince of Persia!
Some beds were a bit hard, but I like that, but some people might not.
perfect location away from the hussle and bussle of the square very comfortable and clean rooms very accommodating and amenable staff
Its a riad in the old medina, so the quietness inside relative to the bustle outside is nice. Rather far from the plaza.
Decoration is super tacky. We've stayed in nice fancyish places in morocco that were gorgeous, but this was gold sink and two fancy looking clocks that didn't work.
Manager was very accommodating, very trusting and reliable! Comfortable room, great air conditioning, fantastic food, the list goes on! And at an amazing price!
My friend and I stayed at Riad Minorisa for 4 nights. The staff are so sweet and helpful. The breakfast was really good, and the cleaning team do such a good job in cleaning and making your room feel cozy. The riad is located in the middle of the medina, just a 10-15 minutes walk from the big square Jamaa el fna. Whenever we are going back to marrakech, we will definitely visit the riad again! :)
Very friendly staff, nice moroccan decoration and spacious common areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioner which is really important in Marrakech.
Owner is very nice and honest (which is sometimes hard to find in Marrakech). Room was clean and nicely decorated.
Might be difficult to find the place on your own.
Location really great, 10 min walk to Jemma El Fna and really close to main souks. We were staying in Eiden suite which is really beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly.
the only positive - It is nicely decorated, but there are plenty of riads, decorated the same manner.
difficult to find, takes long to find correct direction Riad located far from parking We were asked to pay for parking more, than when booked it was very small room, no space for luggage, only bed and toilet, no door in toilet. We booked bigger room, but they changed for smaller room and changed as for big room without saying it in advance, it was very unfair! they don't speak English and don't accept VISA cards, so, description is not true it is no fresh air in the room at all noise from ground floor, staff, reception well-heard in the room, impossible to sleep. If open window - other guests watching your bed and toilet It was the worst experience in Morocco (traveled more than 3000 km and stayed 10 different riads and hotels). Never recommend it to anybody
Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. I recommend the air port shuttle organised through the hotel as they also organise to meet you at the taxi rank. Marrakesh is horrible in terms of street signage, so for the extra bit of money it is well worth the shuttle service.
We really loved everything about this riad! They were really, really wonderful to us! It was our first riad and after several weeks in Morocco it was still our favorite!
The manager was amazing (very friendly, he helped us a lot) Breakfast was good.
It was little complicate to arrive to the riad
The hosts are extremly friendly, helpful and flexible. The breakfast is complete, varied and typical. They changed the breakfast completely according to my wishes! The cleaniness is very good.
Nothing relevant to complain.
I loved this riad. hot water, clean and stylish room, free wifi, really kind and helpful host, and good location and price! also the Moroccan dinner we ate at this riad was super delicious. Also we asked early breakfast (the breakfast time is from 8am,but we wanted to have at 7am), they accepted readily. I strongly recommend to stay this riad!!!!!!!!!!!
nothing! everything was perfect!
This hotel is well located within the medina but you will not have to concern yourself about any noise as it is very quiet. The breakfast is filling and varied and the staff very helpful. If you have any questions for them, just ask and they will make every effort to help you out! The room was large enough, pleasant and clean.
It would have been nice to have a place to hang our jackets and other clothes. There was also a lack of a place to hang our wet towels in the bathroom. The bathroom door was a drape rather than a door so it was impossible to keep out any "smells". The bed was comfortable but could have used a couple more pillows.
This riad is absolutely excellent! Good location at just a short walk to all the main attractions. The staff are just excellent, speak good English and exceptionally helpful, particularly as they collected us from the dropoff point for the airport transfer as vehicles obviously can't take you right into the medina and then took us back out to the transfer again at the end of our trip. They are also able to arrange multiple different day trips for you which we took advantage of and they come to the road to get you so no need to locate anyone to start the excursion. The breakfasts are generous and varied, and the traditional Moroccan meal we had on the first night was delicious. The riad was very clean and quiet, providing a very pleasant sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The Wi-Fi worked well in most areas of the building.
Ummm... Our little room didn't have a door for the bathroom area, but I'm taking it as a cultural experience :-)
Excellence staff, you feel like in a family. Really nice rooms
Impossible to find (as any other riad) without an help.
Very nice place! Would always come back
