Great location Wonderful staff Helpfull owners Good value for money Very nice food
Christine and Francise were great hosts. We were made to feel like family the minute we arrived. Staff was friendly, full of ideas and suggestions for activities. Rooms were warm and beautifully decorated. Something different and wonderful each morning for breakfast. We had one dinner our last night and wished that we had eaten there everynight. Food was fabulous! The Hamamm and massage experience was such a treat. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday:)
EVERYTHING the staff and owners were exceptional helping us with simple requests to helping us plan our day in Marrakesh. They accommodated my Gluten intolerance with ease and the room was clean and well decorated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the meal we had on the terrace on our first night. Simply lovely.
Staff helpfulness with planning of trips. Lovely ambience within the riad, arranged around a lovely courtyard. Varied cuisine presented throughout our stay. Nice roof terrace for meals. Could walk to town centre within a15 minutes through the ols town
Some noise because it was tamtam time just after Ramadan, but no problem through the night.
It was absolutely fabulous! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very lovely and the location was spot on! I would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone.
This cute Riad is well remodeled and maintained, with friendly french (the owners) and moroccon staff. The breakfasts are served on the roof which overlooks the medina, and are very tasty.
A bit difficult to find on arrival.
Very friendly hosts, excellent staff, great location. Excellent local knowledge.
Christine & Francis were wonderful hosts, relaxed, informative & extremely helpful. Book 1 of the special offers, I was collected & delivered to & from the airport, had the best hamman scrub & massage ever. Location is excellent, only a few minutes’ walk from Jemma El Fna square, you step from the peace & quiet of the riad onto the streets of the medina in Marrakech & could be instantly in a different world. I had the best nights sleep that I have had in a long time & that was during an on-going drum festival. I stayed for 7 nights walking around with a camera most of the time, obviously a tourist & never felt unsafe at any time during my stay. The staff in the riad were excellent making my whole stay a very enjoyable experience. The views to the Atlas Mountains from the rooftop terrace where you can choose to have your meals are superb. Highly recommended & if I visit again it is where I would choose to stay.
Nothing to dislike
A traditional Riad hotel with very welcoming and friendly owners and staff. A lovely break in a great city.
The location of the riad was excellent and away from the busy streets of Marrakech. Staff we're very friendly and helpful, accomadating to any needs or requests we had. Freshly made breakfast on the rooftop every morning was a real treat!
Riad Miski have a great host and staff, it's a 6 rooms Riad, well re-innovated and equipped, the terrace is nice and the staff members are all awesome. They took care of everything. We ate only breakfast, didn't have the chance to order other meals or their other extras.
no serious issues for Moroccan Riad
François welcomed us to the Riad and explained how everything works in Marrakech including what to look out for and how much taxi costs, etc. We arrived late and wanted to grab a quick bite. Not only he walked with us (since we were 3 girls and it was late) to Jemaa square, he also treated us to a light dinner! The Riad is nicely decorated and rooms are clean and comfortable.
Staff very friendly - sat with us and explained in detail all the best bits of Marrakech and how to get there. Food was good - both breakfast and evening meal. Really nice roof terrace and riad very nicely decorated.
Bed was a little hard - that's the only small complaint!
The staff were exceptional along with the owner Christine and her partner.A comprehensive brief was given to us after we had arrived outlininig all the places to see and some of those to avoid. Christine even gave us a personal walk around the winding narrow streets. All in all a very pleasant stay
The very early morning chanting at 05.30. Some of the squaller we had to pass every day to get to and from our place of stay
This is a characterful, welcoming and beautiful place to stay. All staff did their utmost to make our short stay in Marrakech as good as possible. We had the local area personally explained to us, small local restaurants pointed out and general information about the city and it's people.
The warmest welcome from Christine and the team make a stay in this stylish Riad a real pleasure. Central location but incredibly peaceful and tranquil. Beautiful surroundings, great breakfast and helpful staff make this a fantastic place to stay.
The personal attention and time which Christine and Francis dedicated to our comfort within the Riad and an appreciation of Moroccan life and culture beyond the Riad, was given to us with ease. Thanks too to all the staff.
Best location, best staff, not too big. Ignore the major hotels when going to Marrakech. This is the place to stay. You will be made to feel very welcome and it's the best location to see everything. The rooms are so clean it's a credit to the cleaning staff- I have not seen a cleaner bathroom in all my travels. The staff are so warm and friendly. You will regret not staying here. I will recommend to all my friends.
I had a double bed that was two beds pushed together. It would've been ok but the beds were a little soft. Personal taste but I do prefer a firmer bed for my back. I'm also not a fan of the hand-held showers but they are also common in France it would seem. The only frustrating thing was the strength of wifi connection needs improvement.
The wonderful staff - the owners Christine and her husband could not have been better. Coming back to this Oasis of calm every evening. Our room - especially the air conditioning. The dinner we got there was delicious. Breakfast every morning - it was delicious and served on the rooftop terrace.
We loved the staff, the dinners, the private, safe interior.
The walk to the shopping areas, where one had to dodge speeding motorcycles.
This Riad is stunning. A total oasis in a very busy city. All the staff are incredible helpful, calm and will do anything to help you. It has a brilliant roof terrace, which we stayed on late into the night. Lovely fresh breakfast and maps provided to help find your way in the tiny streets. Honestly bar (inc. beer and wine!) available and you just settle up as you leave. Great transfer to the airport in luxury car. Couldn't have asked for more.
It could do with a better website, with more accurate details on how to find it. We got lost trying to find it (as taxis didn't seem to know where it was) We called the mobile number of the hotel in last bid to find it, and the owner happily came out and saved us. Not sure how happy i'd be trying to find the hostel after dark - so we just made sure we were back by last light.
The young guy from the hotel was VERY KIND, he helped us a lot, and tell directions to go. The hotel is a little bit scary at first (if u never been in marrakech) but after 1 day, its ok and i prefer it than 5* hotels away from the real maroc.
Maybe is a little bit away from the main plaza (10 mins walking), but it makes u see the "real" marrakech while reaching it.. No TV or A/C (only a fan) on rooms, but the rest is ok. A/C should be a MUST HAVE on hotter months..
Christine and Youseff and all the staff are fantastic. Christine came with us several times to help us oriente ourselves in the medina. Youseff gave advice on good cheap places to eat. The Riad is in a quiet area away from the square so is very relaxing. The rooms are very big, well lit and comfortable. Bottled water is given every day.
None to think of
The Riyadh itself is beautiful, clean, airy, and quiet. The breakfast are great, but other meals per order are limited and very expensive.
The location relative to other points of interest, and good restaurants is less than ideal. There is no land line phone with staff at the Riyadh, so it is difficult for other people to contact us at the Riyadh.
Staff very helpful in making arrangements for pick up from train station.
Breakfast was boring two types of bread with coffee and juice.
