The Riad was comfortable and nice, Brahim and the woman who served the breakfast were very kind and made us feel as if we were at home. The room was very nice and comfortable and the Riad itself is very beautiful and calm. The breakfast was delicious, and when we needed to have it earlier, Brahim himself served it for us. He also gave us all the information we needed to get to know Marrakech and surroundings. Highly recommendable!! If I go back to Marrakech I will surely stay in Villa Mouassine.

I cannot explain how fantastically kind and accommodating the staff were. They showed us the way and helped explain the maze like Mouassine so well. I cannot emphasise enough how exceptional the location of the riad is; our experience in Marrakech simply would not have been the same if we had not stayed here. I cannot recommend highly enough; such kind generous staff, excellent security and such serenity! Thank you again!

The receptionist was a young man who was very friendly and welcoming and made our stay perfect. He was always willing to help and spoke perfect English. I emailed the hotel asking if they could organise an airport shuttle. He arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport, The taxi can only drive you to outside the hotel area (due to the narrow roads and busy street stalls) but the receptionist arranged for someone to meet us straight after the taxi dropped us off to wheel our luggage to the hotel. It cost us 15 Euros from Marrakech airport to the hotel. I definitely recommend this as we would have been hopelessly lost otherwise. There was free wifi in the hotel which worked. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Jemaa el Fna. The hotel was clean and well worth the money. Breakfast was included. Although we didn't arrange anything, they can also book you onto local tours. I would definitely recommend Riad Villa Mouassine.

No luxeries. You get what you pay for. Staff r very pleasent. A Taxi Transfer is Highly recommended if this is your First visit marrakech as it i, a long and very narrow allies from the square. 10 Minute walk but can seem like very long Time after a flight and in the heat especially if you arrive very late at night. breakfast is very Basic and same every Day so if you stay a,week, it can get a bit boring.

    Beds Were very hard.

Excellent service and beautiful riad. Really comfortable and recommendable.

Some helps in the street to find the riad would be very useful. It is quite hidden.

The staff were excellent and very helpful with places to eat and shop (and what is a fair price to pay). Mr Abdessamad was especially helpful, he would always try to assist his guests. The breakfast was tasty and the riad was very charming and comfortable. The bathroom was traditional, however pleasant to use. The rooms were very well services with fresh towel etc. The location was between the three main souqs. They arranged hotel transfers and meet us out side the city gates to escort us to the riad (otherwise impossible to find). I highly recommend the Riad.

Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Abdul and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the top-floor roof off of the roof terrace, and it was beautiful! Comfortable, lots of light, clean, we wish we could have stayed for longer than 4 nights!

As we stayed in the top-floor room off of the terrace, the wi-fi signal was pretty weak. But we're not complaining! we just went down to the lobby to make a Skype call.

The riad is in a perfect location not far from the main square. The rooms are big and clean and excellent value for money. There is a gorgeous roof terrace. The staff are very friendly and helpful and arranged tours for us.

We made a booking for some additional days when were returning from a trip but they double booked our room so we had to move hotels. Make sure you confirm your booking with them.

The riad was very central (middle of the medina) but it takes sometime to learn the way back. The bed was clean and comfortable and the breakfast large and good. The stuff was very flexible and polite.

The rooms dont look like the pictures. Some things need a bit of reparation but over all it is a very good value for money.

Great staff, quiet location not too far from main square and nice restaurants. Breakfast basic but fine. Small.

Rooms not quite as nice as photos but we stayed two weeks apart and some nice changes were made. Needs some repair/attention in parts but otherwise, lovely!

Nice room and Brahim was a helpful staff member.

There is no signage, once you find the street of the road, you will make many turns and you will need to take the road on the right hand side to look for number 85

The staff was very helpful, kind and super attentive. We loved our stay here and would definatley come back. In the court yard grows a large amazing orange three. The location is good. short walk from Djema el fna with restaurants and transport. Staff kindly came to meet me at the closest open street in the evening as I was by myself with my young son.

Maybe the decoration needs a little refreshing, and the roof terrasse was not very cosy. but all in all I hade a great stay and value for money is great.

Riad Mouassine was a wonderful escape from the mayhem of the surrounding souks. It was a peaceful and relaxing haven in the heart of the city. The staff (particularly Abdul) were extremely helpful and made our holiday all the more enjoyable.

Abdo the manager is an incredible gentleman! He helps the hotel maintain its peace and serenity. All the staff are great. It's so quiet there like a sanctuary. Great location. I felt like I was living at home. It was my first raid hotel experience and definitely not my last. I hope to go back to stay there again and where ever Abdo will be working, a friend for life. Anyone reading this must stay at Mouassine!

The bedroom itself was lovely and had aircon, which cooled the room really well. The lobby had a tall orange tree in the centre & has roop top terrace, small place but lovely.

The only thing was that in the room we were in (dormitary room) when in the shower plug hole blocked up and and you were stood in a bug puddle.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing. The staff were very humble and friendly, decent people. Myself and 3 friends stayed here and we felt very safe. The Riad itself was very clean, spotless. The food is great and traditional. Over-all if it was not for the staff our stay would not have been the same. I would definitely return only because of the amazing staff. Truly decent people who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was 100% perfect.

Little tricky to find, but i wouldn't stay anywhere else
