The staff Clean rooms Concept of a Riad [open ceiling terrace]
Price was 50 for three days, then 65 for three days, then 55 for three days....although I stated I was canadian...those prices were in Euros.....not as promised, price wise. Stating that far in the medina required a cab every day, twice a day...
Great value for money Tranquil and relaxing courtyard, pool and lounge space location in northern medina Friendly owner, Said
wi-fi didn't work in room
A beautiful, luxurious riad, very nice staff, great sleep
It's inside the medina, but far from the centre of it and the main square. Be very carefull when you book this riad as the map on booking.com is not correct. It's much futher in reality. Take the street address and put in in google maps to get the actual location. There are 2 riads in Marrakesh called Nabila. One is in the place showed in booking.com but it is not this one!
Only a water feature not a pool as advertised. Stairway with no side rails.Furniture very dusty.
Very helpful staff always there to help and assist
Rooms were all different. The manager was helpful.
Difficult to find. Quite far from town.
Beds were uncomfortable and wifi was spotty.
If this is what 50 quid for 3nights buys you I can't imagine what you get at the expensive places!!
Beware of the teenage hustlers outside and taxi drivers pretending they don't know where the place is, despite it being next to a mosque!! Just be firm!!
Nice Riad, helpful staff.
The courtyard was very pretty and the service staff attentive.
The manager (owner?) was manipulative, lied and blamed booking.com for charging us for one night more than we stayed after telling us that it would be no problem. There were a few other points of untrustworthy behavior.
Awesome value, wonderful staff, beautiful Riad, really authentic. Relaxing lovely place
Bit out the way but don't let that our you off, negotiatining the Znedina is half the fun, and taxi service with Said is great
The staff is very helpful and the riad has a good location. I would highly recommend it!
Terrace and all guest area.
Peaceful atmosphere. Felt like you were away from all the hustle and bustle of town while actually being very close to it.
It was very difficult to find, especially in a car.
Staff were pleasant and helpful and the rooms spacious. Breakfast was simple but plentiful and the Riad is pretty and homely.
Pictures a bit misleading before we got there - pool is very small and you cannot swim in it and use any other facility except for the rooms and courtyard area. Also services offered by the Riad were very overpriced - food, taxis, tours and massage services especially - if you just step out of the Riad you can find the same at a third of the price.
The Riad is charming and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the on-sir hammam (book in advance)
Location is appalling, a good 20-minute walk from the Jmaa al Fna. There is no street lighting at night, and we had to negotiate an unlit, very dark alleyway (accompanied by the usual persistent would-be guides demanding money) and it is extremely difficult to find.
Beautiful 300 year old building. Friendly staff. More of a B and B than hotel.
Was a little far south and off the track. Did not feel safe walking back after dark. Entrance is in unlit alley and we had 10 teenagers one night turn up demanding money. Other nights we were followed by the same. Rest of place with tourists was wonderful. Felt very unsafe. Hotel said it's normal but didn't really care. Wifi worked for 1 out of 4 days. Told tea was free and given £20 bill for tea on last day. Taxi only 100dm (£8) at airport and (£15) at hotel. With both options you have a 5 minute walk afterwards. Don't wast your money with their taxi service.
Very helpful staff. Clean rooms.
It is not mentioned anywhere in description that payment by credit card are charged extra 5%. Hammam and other extra treatment are of course not free of charge.
everything! SUPER staff, excellent service. Every day clean towels in the room. PERFECT place to stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Friendly staff, lovely breakfast and beautiful interior.
The wi-fi didn't work and riad was slightly off the beaten track making it difficult to get there in the dark!
Hotel set up and stuff are very nice.
Bad wi-fi signal in the room
The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The trips we booked from the raid were brilliant.
It took us a few adventures out from the raid to find our way back on our own!
The riad is quite hard to find but Samira, the manager, met me from my taxi and walked me back, she also showed me the easiest way to the souks etc and was always on hand to help in any way she could. all the staff were very pleasant. the riad is well maintained, the rooms are lovely and the breakfast of bread and freshly baked rolls, pancakes and ahuge pot of coffee was excellent.
Staff were friendly, room was clean. The Riad itself was decorated beautifully and very tranquil in comparison with the chaotic city of Marrakech. The breakfast was traditional and sufficient.
The Riad was located quite far away (25 min walk) from Place Jemaa El Fna (the main square.) If you're not adventurous or daring enough to venture through mosques and alleyways then you're going to have a bad time finding your way anywhere by foot.
Nice courtyard and terrace - problem was that in the rooms adjacent to the courtyard there was no heating, so as it was December, all communal spaces were absolutely freezing and as such unusable. Bread & honey at breakfast was good - but that's all there was!
No wifi in rooms, only in reception area, although wifi throughout is advertised. Difficult for taxis to get to - none of them know where it is We left at 7:30 and we're told we "had no right" to breakfast - not very accommodating for a small establishment where we spent more per night than in some decent 3-4 star European hotels Only one aircon/heater in room - bathroom freezing cold When we came to pay we were informed of an10% surplus if we paid with credit cards - this was not advertised on the site Should be called "bread for breakfast", as that's all there was. It was good, mind you, as was the honey, and we managed to get some yoghurt when we asked, but basically no choice for breakfast
