We loved our time at Riad No 10. Rasheed was so helpful and kind and went the extra mile to help us whenever he could. In a great position - only 5 mins from the Djemaa el Fna. We loved the colours of the Riad, the breaky was delicious and it was a perfect place to return to after the busyness of the Djemaa el fna! Highly recommended.

just everything about this Riad is fab! the location is virtually in the main square.the breakfast outdoor terrace was lovely but just needed a little re-decoration,even so very comfy.

nothing that any of us did not like and will most certainly return next time we are in Marrakech!!

Nothing basically. Old style may be attractive to some....

My reservation said 'Set on the terrace, this suite has free Wi-Fi, a safe and a private bathroom with free toiletries.' I booked a Junior suite with A/C, however what I got is: a room (not suite) with no air conditioning, not on terrace but on the ground floor with no windows, no safe, free toiletries only included a soap bar (complaining yielded a home filled (not original miniature bottle of shampoo). And the worse is I was taken to the room as if I was booked that room. Then I compared my confirmation and realised that is not the room type I've had booked. No apologies at all. They said no suite terrace room is available. More complaining yielded 10€ discount form 57€/night. Apart from the room, Riad N10 is extremely hard to find. You may have to call them and ask help for the directions or let them to pick you up. Poor management. Do not recommend this riad at all.

Finding the Riad is not so easy, but we did it, of course having an annoying guy escort us to it and demanded 10 dirhams when we gave him 5. We had to close the door on him. At the entrance to the medina, walk straight, pass Riad Jnane Mogador and watch out for Derb Jemma on your left, a tunnel looking road, walk past the mosque and turn right onto a narrow alley, there you'll find the riad. Upon our late arrival we were greeted by Rasheed, a very nice gentleman who helped us with our luggage up the million steps. He took us to a room which we did not like because it was hot, only one fan and a window to the patio (my mom is a bit claustrophobic). We didn't even have time to tell him we did not like it when he dissapeared so we went outside, knocked on the door and asked for another room, one with a/c as we booked. He kindly helped us move to a much much much better room with a/c on the terrace, with windows so the sunlight could come in, very comfortable, spacey, clean, only towells and toilet paper were provided. The breakfast was nice, on the terrace, sweet as is custom in Morocco, lots of bread, jam, tea, coffee and delicious orange juice, everyday.

The first room they took us too was very cute but a bit claustrophobic and no a/c, only one fan. We were going to stifle in there. The second room was much much much better with a/c and windows. My second complaint is that booking says they accept credit cards, BUT NO, THEY DO NOT!!! When we told the owner, she said it was a mistake. It's not nice to offer something which you do not have.

The staff were friendly, although they didn´t speak Spanish or much English. The rooms were lovely, well decorated and the rooftop terrace was a great place to relax in the evenings. Th location is great, next to the main square of teh old medina.

Very friendly staff. Nice design. Cozy. Very good location, nice terraces.

WiFi is not available in all areas as it is stated. Hotel tried to charge us more for an extra bed than it was stated. The windows of the Junior suite go straight to the terrace which is used as a breakfast room, so it was very noisy in the morning, this room is to be avoided.

From the very start the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel like at home. The location is excellent, in a quiet alley just a few minutes walk from the main square. The riad is cosy and fun: a maze of corridors, patios and terraces... my kids loved getting lost in it! Unfortunately, after the first day in Marakech, we had an emergency back home and we had to fly back urgently. Rasheed, the person in charge at the riad, was incredibily helpful, and he stayed up until 2am to help us find flights to go back to London. We wouldn´t have made it without him. We will go back to Marakech son and we will stay in this riad again.

We struggled with the computer available for the guest.Very old and slow and mvery messed up settings. Very frustrating specially because we were in such a desperate situation. WiFI was only available in certain áreas of the hotel.

Great location, great staff, great rooftop terrace for breakfast. Get your own key to come and go as you please.

Our room was a little noisy at times but it's important to remember children play loudly all around the world......and you are next to the mosque! No big deal really.

Lovely breakfast, comfortable beds. Warm room in winter. Brightly coloured décor. Very friendly staff in reception, and cleaning staff very thorough.

Only enough hot water for one shower at a time. Wifi didn't work in the room, but was fine on the ground and first floors. Our room was up on the terrace so wifi probably worked well in most rooms.

Great location, just minutes away from the main square. Charming decor.

The gap between the ceiling and bathroom wall meant that all noises from the bathroom could be heard in the room...

Nothing but good things to say about the staff and dedication to make it a great BnB. I loved breakfast time at Riad N10.

The only reason I'm writing here is cause I got bitten by what seemed to be bed bugs. I don't think it's a cleanliness issue but more a check and get rid of the culprit piece of furniture. Probably something transported by travelers and not even the houses fault. They meticulously clean everyday.
