Riad Nafis

Gorgeous riad guesthouse with an amazing pool at the centre of the building. Our room was beautifully decorated and we had a balcony overlooking the central pool. Breakfast on the roof terrace meant spectacular views of the Atlas mountains and nearby nesting storks. Homecooked dinner was fabulous too. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, arranged airport transfers for us and even ensured we didn't get lost en route to dinner.

Riad Nafis itself is stunning - the decor is beautiful and the upkeep and cleanliness perfect. The staff are what really make it perfect though - all very friendly, and can't do enough for you, going out of their way to make your stay special. I would recommend this little piece of Paradise to anyone (and in fact, have already!).

Difficulté pour trouver le riad.

Fantástico, he estado en varias ocasiones y siempre muy bien. El servicio es muy amable. El riad muy acogedor. El desayuno suficiente. Muy cerca de la gran plaza.

The hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast on the roof watching the birds was lovely experience.Having dinner under the starts was the best even though the weather was cold but to have it in hot weather would be wonderful.

The absence of court yard, Not suitable for people with mobility problems. The only room available to guest downstairs was next to the kitchen. The room was very dark, very little natural sunlight was getting in the room because of the tick curtains outside which was protecting the light to get to the rooms. To get to the roof you have to climb the stairs with no hand rails in one section of the stairs that it was mentioned it to the manager.

Very obliging staff, you could have breakfast anytime you like. When we came back at night they were happy to make coffee/tea The room was beautifully decorated in traditional style and extremely clean. The location was convenient for the main square and medina Maps and information was provided and they wre happy to look up things on the Internet and make reservations for restaurants.

The initial walk from the taxi was quite foreboding , up a series of alleyways, but actually it was very safe and well lit and once you got the hang of it was ok , but I would recommend the airport pickup otherwise it would be difficult to find. The first time we left the Riad the manager walked us back to the main road so we wouldn't get lost!

Me ha gustado mucho su personal, siempre amable y con afán de ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitáramos. Te sientes agusto desde el primer momento de tu llegada. El Riad estaba muy limpio y es muy tranquilo. La situación es buena.

Lo malo es que la habitación que nos dieron, en la primera planta, que era una suite, estaba justo en el pasillo que daba a la cocina, con lo que no era muy íntimo. No por el ruido que la verdad que casi no había, pero la intimidad era mínima. No podíamos tener las persianas subidas, ya que pasaban justo delante. Esto es algo incómodo para el tiempo que estás en la habitación. También nos pareció algo excesivo el precio de la estancia, aún siendo una suite.

Attention to detail and extremely helpful staff. A beautiful Riad.

Location was not excellent - bit of an unscenic walk to get anywhere.
