The Riad is beautiful inside with lovely furnishings, a nice room with very comfortable beds and a fantastic plunge pool. The food was also excellent with amazing breakfasts and one of the best Tagines that we tasted in Morocco. The staff were also brilliant with lots of advice regarding restaurants, shopping and sites to see. The location is also ideal being a short walk from the main Jerma El Fna square and the souks and also a short walk from a number of sites.

This is a lovely little Riad next to the Royal Residence, so guards around beside access path which gives sense of security. Recommend arrange pick up thru hotel as taxis may find difficult to find. Beautifully decorated and very stylish. Lovely sundeck on the roof which is great escape after a days sightseeing. Small pool on ground floor which looks great and imagine useful if weather very hot. Not far too walk from the main tourist area. Rooms were very comfortable and excellent quiet air-con. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The twin room is lovely with good bathroom. Would love to go back!

This Riad is an oasis in the frenetic pace of Marrakech. It’s a 10 minute walk to Jemaa El Fna. Rashid makes the best mint tea in town. Pick what you want to eat for your evening meal and it will be cooked to perfection from fresh ingredients. If I could wrap the Riad up and bring it home I would. Sit in the Berber gazebo on the roof terrace listening to the call to prayer or the clacking of the storks… with a view of the Atlas mountains under an upside down moon. Absolute peace in a haven of tranquillity.…Enjoy.

The staff were fantastic and friendly while never invading our privacy. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. When my girlfriend was sick they brought her tea in bed and offered to make her breakfast when she felt better in the afternoon. Cannot fault the experience, the riad was a gem in the middle of marrakesh.

The riad was an oasis of calm only 5 minutes walk from the manic square and many city sights. The building was simply beautiful and the staff extremly helpful. The welcome talk highlighted do's and don'ts in the city as well as a map which was a godsend and saved hours getting lost. A lovely short trip away made perfect with all the staffs hospitality & experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind and always had a smile on their faces. They made it a wonderful riad experience. I stayed with a friend in a twin room, it was a lovely room but very dark, I wish we could have had a window however it would of been nice to have had stronger lighting.

The staff were excellent on every level. Terrace very pleasant. Location was too far from centre (20 mins, not 5 mins as quoted) and was in a rough area. Room was adequate but nothing special and was lacking natural light.

This small riad is an oasis of calm in frenetic Marrakesh and it was wonderful to return and relax on the roof terrace after sightseeing in the noise and buzz of the city. The staff make this riad special, they were attentive, warm and professional, cooked us wonderful food, tailored a trip to the mountains for us, saw us safely to the end of the dherb at night, and even completed the exit forms for the airport! We have never been so well looked after. Fabulous bed linen too!

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast is great and varied. The room and bathroom decoration are extraordinary! The rooms and not very sound proof: you can perfectly hear other guests and the staff movements during the nights and mornings. There should be more accurate direction on the website to get there... because after all, when you're there, it is not that difficult!

Staff was courteous, terrace on top very relaxing. Breakfast is excellent, a little sugary (like a typical Moroccan breakfast though). Rather quiet. Difficult to find. The riad sent directions via email, but there are no signs around, not even on the entrance.

The impeccable standard of service provided by Laurent and all the staff.Nothing was too much trouble for Laurent and his help was invaluable when it came to booking restaurants and giving advice on what to see and do in Marrakech.Rachid and the girls were always courteous and helpful and provided excellent breakfasts and on one evening a lovely traditional Moroccan meal.If you are looking for a haven from the bust city of Marrakech I have no hesitation in recommending Riad Nafis.

The staff was really extraordinary! Never experienced such a good service before. They really did all their best to make our stay the most confortable and enjoyable. The hotel is small but beautiful and designed with very good taste. Dinner was very delicous, too. The location is very good and the neighborhood is very nice and friendly. You can reach any touristic point of interest very quickly.

“The location was fantastic... close to the Medina but far enough away to escape the madness! The SO lounge was a great entertainment venue and well placed adjacent to the hotel. The food was a little pricey especially the breakfast! Beds were amazingly comfortable and rooms were well furnished and very clean. All in all a fantastic hotel and I would both recommend it and return again myself.” Victoria, Leeds |
