Nice relaxing Riad. Beautifully decorated and very nice staff. Breakfast was awesome :) When in Marrakech i would recommend booking this Riad. |

The tranquility of the riad after the madness of the square, the friendliness of the staff and owners who could arrange any trips for you or offer information. This was my partners 50th birthday present and it was made extra special by being in a country where the locals treat you like their own family. |

The service and attention we received was faultless. The owners and staff could not do enough for us and made our stay truly memorable. The food was good and the advice and help we were given to arrange excursions and meals out was superb. We would highly recommend this Riad for a short stay in Marrakech. It might be better to take a room on the first floor as the ground floor is a bit noisier but not enough to deter from the charm, peace and friendliness of the Riad as a whole. |

Beautiful tranquil haven, in the centre of the Marrakech hustle and bustle. Wonderful owners and staff. Accommodating, friendly & flexible approach to absolutey everything. Will be going back! |

The twin room on the ground floor had no natural light and was gloomy and smaller than expected. The riad had a good terrace and very friendly staff who were very friendly and helpful. I would not recommend this particular room. |

Hospitality of hotel staff was great, and I really appreciated their suggestions on Marrakesh which of those were very helpful and gave us the chance to enjoy the city.. Next year, surely I will go there again.. |

Lovely tranquil Riad, well run, beautifuly decorated and lovely accommodation. We were very well looked after and loved having breakfast up on the roof terrace and relaxing and sunbathing up there each afternoon after the madness of Marrakech! |

Absolutely charming and well maintained little Riad in the center of the Medina. French proprietor Mr Laurent is a great and attentive host, his staff very friendly and the cook prepares an excellent tajine! Recommended! Give our regards to Nightwatch Mohamed. |

Calm after the chaos outside, very friendly staff. All requests completely satisfied including taxis and trips. We would have liked brighter lights to be able to read. Also the breakfast could have been hotter, and perhaps a little more varied. |

We loved Marrakech, the Riad was wonderful. Great location, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, huge bathroom with big shower, the rooftop terrace is a big plus at night for stargazing - perfect! The only thing I would change is to have someone there that speaks at least a little English. The Riad had two different people on staff while we were there (the owners were there the very first day for about an hour). Both of the people on staff did not speak English. This made it very hard to ask questions about the area. |

I loved the riad and the staff was great (especially Najet and Mohammed).Great location and amazing breakfast in the morning. No locks on room doors (but I believe this is the style of a riad and we had a safe in the room anyway and there was a guardian at night). |

Perfect. It is one of the best hotels in my life. In this trip, we used 2 hotels in Marrakech, and the other one was not better than Riad Naffis. Naffis is not big and the room is not big, but it is compact, clean and beautiful. The owner is very kind. The location is also nice. The most impressive is the watchman, Mohammed. He is so kind and nice guy. He satisfied us very much. |

The staff was very kind and friendly. Especially Mr Mohamed. The style of the hotel is excellent and very unique. In winter it would be very cold to saty. |

Upon arrival we were given a very nice welcome, and a one on one overview of the city, lots of helpful hints including a map as to where we were. We were made to feel extreemly welcome. The food was fantastic.... would recommend the Riad cuisine to visitors, and sitting in front of the fire in the evening after a full day of exploring was a perfect end to the day - thank you for a wonderful stay.. |

The owners and staff were very friendly, and extremely helpful. They picked us up from airport and arranged taxi plus breakfast at 6am on morning of our departure. Room was beautiful, and very clean. Loved our stay there, and will be recommending this Riad to Family and friends that are thinking of travelling to Marrakesh. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday. |
