We enjoyed our stay at the Riad Nashira! Their hospitalitt was great and were very prompt. We felt as if we were in an oasis with their decor. We will come back with our kids to visit!
rooftop, hammam and pool, courtyard, staff
There's nothing we didn't like about Nashira....1 piece of advice would be if you are booking a tour to the mountains through the hotel make sure you request an English speaking guide.
A tranquil atmosphere and a beautifully designed Riad with fabulous staff our stay was great I would definitely highly recommend.
Everything - very friendly staff, nice rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, the riad is only a 10 min. walk from Jemaa El Fna away!
Teh restuarant they recommended on our second day...dont send folk there!
Lovely Riad staff very helpful lovely room good food.
Nothing what so ever.
The staff is so kind that it feels as if we were amongst good family and friends
The building works next door which was in the mornings during 2 days.
The very nice atmosfere and very friendly staff.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was first class and nothing was too much trouble
Jacuzzi too cold to sit in and guests noisy in relaxation area and spa pool
Friendliness and anemia illite ofStaff, design, rooms, location
Sound-proofing of the room we were in. Bit of a noise heard in the morning, which isn't a problem if you are an early riser. Our room was on the first floor facing the main courtyard. Maybe the rooms towards the back are less noisy.
Very friendly and helpful staff who ensured that our stya was very comfortable. Very good facilites, including movies available to watch on hard drive in every room. Fantastic Spa
Excellent management and very friendly and attentive staff. A lovely place to relax just minutes away from "madness" of Medina.
A bit too far from the Medina
Service superb, food excellent and the rooms are delightful
The Riad is located in the middle of Medina, hard to come by with the taxi and very crowded. You have to walk to the Riad.
We really enjoyed our stay in our Deluxe Suite, because of the beautiful interior and excellent service
though it was close to main square, we got very lost every time we left the riad.
very swish lovely place great food attentive staff
Only criticism we have is the food in the restaurant was not great. The breakfast in the morning was nice & the omelets were very good. The orange juice is fresh squeezed which is nice in the morning. The dinners were not very nice. Meat was overdone & veg overcooked. However there was nice Moroccan wine.
We spent a lovely 5 days in Marrakech at Raid Nashira. The service was excellent, personal & friendly. Our room was magical with rose petals & white decor. We enjoyed all the spa had to offer, were able to get treatments whenever we wanted. The indoor pool was really a treat after spending the day in the city. We would go back again
Spa - massage - Rooms
At the restaurant food was lacking in quality and scanty
Staff very kind with great knowledge of foreing languages
the staff - the style - the spa
EVERYTHING! Such lovely, helpful attentive staff. Beautiful Riad. Great breakfast and lovely roof terrace.
The location of the riad was I thought I bit far (10 min) on foot - but since the alleyways can be confusing, it was quite difficult to get back to the riad. A taxi from the square only cost $5 (50 Dirhams) - which was quite cheap.
This is the first time we've stayed at a Riad and loved the accommodations. As soon as you walk into the riad, you feel you're in paradise. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests and it is truly a first class accommodation. The hotel porter walked with us to the square and upon our request, came back to pick us up.
I booked a superior room for the weekend ; everything was fantastic . Marrakech is beautiful but chaotic and spa , hammam and swimming help to move away from the urban bustle . the entire structure is extremely chic ; the rooms are warm and clean and the entire staff is extremely friendly and attentive to your every need . I booked for a special occasion : the birthday of my boyfriend and all the riad , was willing to organize something special for us . I recommend the riad from the heart , because everything was magic. we will return to Marrakech , and certainly in this riad. LOVE AND THANK YOU. Vittoria Baravelli
Cappuccino not part of breakfast. The street leading up to the Riad is very run down. The hotel taxi service from the airport is twice the normal rate.
Luxury Riad. Beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. Fabulous spa and roof terrace. Excellent breaffast except for .....see below.
The staff couldn't do enough for us, they were amazing. Couldn't recommend this Riad enough!
I was disappointed with the bed. It was so firm I had a hard time getting comfortable. When booking again, I'd inquire as to whether or not some rooms might have other bed options. I felt the presence of young children was distracting and detrimental to the enjoyment of the other guests. During our stay, a couple with two young children let them run and play quite loudly - running up and down the stairs and halls - and another family with a young child was arriving as we were leaving. I'd suggest no guests under the age of 12.
The staff here is excellent. They go over and above to make their guests feel welcomed and appreciated, and are very attentive to detail. Everyone quickly learned preferences and went out of their way to be accommodating. The riad is in a very quiet section, far from the square, and Muhammed is sent with you on your first trip out (if you want) to make sure you can find your way back through the maze of the souks. Everything is beautifully-decorated, and our room and amenities were wonderful. The climate control was perfect, and our room was in a quiet section - which I had requested. The breakfast buffet was not huge, but had a fresh array of options for pretty much any dining taste, and we enjoyed it every morning of our stay. The rooftop terrace is fantastic, and makes a superb place to sit and listen to the evening call to prayer. We booked a trip to the Atlas Mountains through the riad, and that was a highlight of our stay. We also got prompt and courteous help with dinner reservations nearly every evening. All in all a great experience, and I would most definitely stay again, as well as recommend the riad to others.
