I felt like it was my home. From the very first moment arriving into the hotel, I was relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I've never been so relaxed in a hotel before.

    Nothing, everything was perfect

Spa. The fact Abu took us to Jemna Al Fna to show us the way. The tranquility of the Riad.

Dining room soul-less. Menu limited. Swimming pool on the roof terrace would have been fantastic. A proper outside dining area would have also been nice

Amazing property stylishly decorated, good size Family rooms (we stayed in the superior double room), friendly staff, always willing to assist and guide. Breakfast and free Wifi included. Good choice for breakfast.

TV lacks international english speaking channels. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. Staff often forgot to provide the "free tea at tea time" so you would have to ask for the Service.

Lovely traditional feel but with contemporary comfort and impeccable style. We loved the pool and roof terrace. And the staff were very helpful. The room was delightfully decorated and comfortable.

It was all pretty wonderful - only small criticism: the mattresses were rather hard, which seems to be normal in Morocco

Honestly, absolutely everything was perfect . The Spa was wonderful and such an impressive space that way exceeds any I have seen to date both in London and elsewhere. Such an Oasis of calm and in the middle of a hectic City!! The staff were all simply wonderful too and I really felt they were genuine and didn't make us feel once that we were " business". We both felt such warmth from the whole Team!

The only thing I would comment on was the fact that the Riad is down a narrow side road and this could be a little daunting at times for a Female solo traveller , with a 12 year old Child . Hence, we decided to get taxis most of the time but that , I hasten to add, was my choice whilst travelling with my son.

    - Peaceful and relaxing - Excellent staff, will go to extreme measures for you to enjoy your stay (had a complimentary upgrade and also sent back a forgotten item of jewelry with no extra charge!) - Very clean at all times - Breakfast was lovely - Lovely spa and swimming facilities

    - A little hard to find (but that was our own fault probably!)

Beautiful Riad, decorated with taste, a heaven of peace and tranquillity to enjoy after the busy streets of Marrakech. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel totally at home. Rooms beautiful, lots of space, excellent beds. Many places to hang out (sun terrace, swimming pool, inner courts etc.). Also definitely worth having dinner at the riad, the cook is really good and serves the best tajine in town. No hesitation to recommend this riad to anyone who wants to enjoy Marrakech.

Sorry couldn't find anything negative to report, everything was perfect.

Absolutely everything! The staff were amazing. Mohamed and Tariq were incredibly helpful. Fatima the Manager delightful. The receptionist was also very helpful. A member of staff escorted us into the Medina and also took us to a restaurant and brought us back! Exceptional service from everyone we encountered especially the young men at breakfast and serving us by the pool. Lovely rooms, bed linen, towels etc. Great pool, lovely oasis to return to after wandering around the chaotic Medina. Would strongly recommend this Riad. If traveling on to Fes BEWARE - we were scammed into changing our hotel booking which ended up in a disaster for us.

    Nothing!

We stayed here on our last night in Marrakech and it was fantastic place to end our trip. Really comfortable Riad/spa with a great pool to retreat to when it gets a little hot in the city as well as a full spa. The Riad is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the main square. Breakfasts had a selection of fresh fruit and omelettes on top of the breads etc that most other Riads offer which we liked. Staff are lovely and made it an excellent stay. Thank you!

Everything about the place was just amazing. The service was faultless - the staff went out of their way to effortlessly attend to every detail. The location was ideal for sightseeing and soaking up the atmosphere. The Riad itself was a beautifully peaceful haven. The spa treatments were fabulous. The pool was clean and clear and we always had it to ourselves. The food was delicious and they catered for our vegetarian needs. Not possible to put into words how good this place was!!

Hotel was excellent and staff very efficient

Once you walked out the door you were harassed and likely to get lost. If I could have seen a picture of where the hotel was located and how difficult it was to get to, we would never have stayed there.

This hotel is beyond words. Traveling to Marrakesh is a little frightening for a foreigner but the hotel made it perfect. They sent a driver to pick us up at the airport at 11pm at night. He was very informative and walked us right to the door of the Raid. In the morning the staff had an employee walk us to the Souks and explain how to get back to the hotel as we went. Count on getting lost but It felt completely safe and the shop owners were beyond helpful in helping you find your way. You could wear what you want but when I wore a Jallaba, keeping covered (not my head) I was complemented endlessly by the locals. April was perfect weather. At night when we wanted to go to the night market someone walked us once again to the square and pointed out where to eat and see the best sights. One should note small signs along the way to navigate by, or roof top designs as the alley ways look different when the shops close up. I took photos as we went. Toilets are pretty easy to find, carry TP and small amounts of change. Bargaining in the shops can be exhausting. Dont make eye contact, ask the price of something or talk unless you want to be roped in. If you are a soft touch you will not be good at bargaining. Be willing to walk away if the price is not right. Make a chart on paper of the exchange rate before you go or they will confuse you switching from Euros, to other currency trying to keep you from thinking in your own money. I typically paid 25 to 33% the orig.asking price. If you step into a shop it is hard to get away without seeming rude. The locals get upset and concerned if they think you are getting upset with them so try not to get visibly frustrated. If you eat in public bring your own utensils or eat with your hands. Buy juice and pay for the plastic cup. Do not use the glasses they lend out at the stalls. The staff at the hotel went beyond anything expected esp. the woman Btissam at the front desk who helped at the Riad and in emails up to our arrival.

The one negative is the women who worked there were not quiet and there was a lot of happy laughter. As a American female I was not used to being totally naked during my massage, which included the WHOLE body. My husband also felt a little exposed but was barely draped.

The service was exceptional - nothing was too much trouble. The decor was very tasteful. The pictures don't do it justice. The spa was impressive and lounging by the pool or on the expansive roof terrace couldn't have been better. I'd visit again in a heartbeat.

The breakfast was a buffet and a bit unimaginative (but that's a minor fault).

Pool, court yards and the rooms were very relaxing and clean. Very friendly.

Breakfast wasn't great - the croissants were very dry and in general the selection was poor. The hamman was expensive compared to external ones. Service at the pool bar took a long time, often we had to look for someone to help.

We spent a perfect holiday with our 2 young girls. Marvellous Riad with extremely attentive management and nice staff. A real oasis of relaxation and and well being in the middle of the Medina, just North of the Souks.

Staff and service very good. The food was adequate , the guides they recommended excellent.

The location in a very poor part of the medina required hotel staff to ensure the taxi was present when you left the hotel.

The staff were excellent, very helpful. They took care if my elderly mother whilst we went out to the market. She enjoyed a relaxing massage after a very busy day and was revitalised ready for another shopping trip. The staff made us very welcome and made our stay memorable. The food and service were great. This riad is a tranquil and beautifully designed safe haven from the busy Madina souks.

The only disappointment sadly was that my elderly mother who has mobility issues could not benefit from the use of the jacuzzi due to its design as it has no shallow area making it impossible to get in and out withouth the use of the step ladder.
