I booked a superior room for the weekend ; everything was fantastic . Marrakech is beautiful but chaotic and spa , hammam and swimming help to move away from the urban bustle . the entire structure is extremely chic ; the rooms are warm and clean and the entire staff is extremely friendly and attentive to your every need . I booked for a special occasion : the birthday of my boyfriend and all the riad , was willing to organize something special for us . I recommend the riad from the heart , because everything was magic. we will return to Marrakech , and certainly in this riad. LOVE AND THANK YOU. Vittoria Baravelli
Luxury Riad. Beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. Fabulous spa and roof terrace. Excellent breaffast except for .....see below.
Cappuccino not part of breakfast. The street leading up to the Riad is very run down. The hotel taxi service from the airport is twice the normal rate.
The staff couldn't do enough for us, they were amazing. Couldn't recommend this Riad enough!
The staff here is excellent. They go over and above to make their guests feel welcomed and appreciated, and are very attentive to detail. Everyone quickly learned preferences and went out of their way to be accommodating. The riad is in a very quiet section, far from the square, and Muhammed is sent with you on your first trip out (if you want) to make sure you can find your way back through the maze of the souks. Everything is beautifully-decorated, and our room and amenities were wonderful. The climate control was perfect, and our room was in a quiet section - which I had requested. The breakfast buffet was not huge, but had a fresh array of options for pretty much any dining taste, and we enjoyed it every morning of our stay. The rooftop terrace is fantastic, and makes a superb place to sit and listen to the evening call to prayer. We booked a trip to the Atlas Mountains through the riad, and that was a highlight of our stay. We also got prompt and courteous help with dinner reservations nearly every evening. All in all a great experience, and I would most definitely stay again, as well as recommend the riad to others.
I was disappointed with the bed. It was so firm I had a hard time getting comfortable. When booking again, I'd inquire as to whether or not some rooms might have other bed options. I felt the presence of young children was distracting and detrimental to the enjoyment of the other guests. During our stay, a couple with two young children let them run and play quite loudly - running up and down the stairs and halls - and another family with a young child was arriving as we were leaving. I'd suggest no guests under the age of 12.
Difficult to navigate the old Medina to find the Riad.
The staff were superb, friendly and helpful. The decor was beautiful, calm and tranquil. An amazing contrast to the hustle and bustle outside.
We stayed at a few Riad's in Morocco and it compares very favourably to many great hotels we have stayed at around the world also. The design, layout of the rooms and the building itself is very nice and well done. The staff are very attentive and there are nice little touches like one of the staff walking you to the main square for the first time, pointing out little landmarks so you can find your way there and back. Rooftop terrace and pool are very nice, and we also had hammam/massage which was good quality and value.
Very hard to find faults. Biggest complaint would be that courtyard can be a bit noisy in the morning if there are children in the pool, and breakfast was not the most interesting but I mention this to show how minor the negatives were. Its a very good hotel and think most people would thoroughly enjoy it.
Very attentive staff Very well decorated / maintained Riad Quiet despite being in the heart of the Souks
Staff soooo friendly and helpful specially Mohamed and Aziz . So clean and the location is perfect to see the real Marrakesh.. And near from everything
Wifi poor inside rooms
The staff is great and pays attention to details. This is located in the heart of the medina, so it was a short walk to the market and city center. A must see is the palace. The riad is extremely clean and is decorated beautifully. It is a truly Moroccan experience.
Because you are in the heart of the medina, you can hear noises from the medina (sheep, kids, motorcycles), from the roof. I couldn't hear them within the riad. It is part of the experience.
Everything ! We were made to feel very special and had a wonderful time. The staff could not have done anymore to make us feel welcome . It is the best accommodation I have ever stayed in!
Absolutely nothing !!
The Setting is enchanting, the attention to detail a surprise, the design elegant.
The pool is too cold to swim in. Our room backed onto courtyard and fronted on to pool do it meant we jade to keep our windows and curtains closed a lot. Get a room upstairs instead. The heated indoor pool was not heated. The selection in the restaurant is quite limited but nice.
Staff are so attentive and friendly. We were given a guide free of charge on our first morning to help get us used to the narrow winding streets and find our way around. Great central location. Suggest getting the hotel to arrange your taxi pick up as it was cheaper than picking one up at the airport. I loved marrakech and the Nashira!
Spa was nice, my only comment would be to invest in slightly more generously sized dressing gowns! My friend is pretty slim guy and the gowns were a snug fit even on him. I would have the staff in the spa stationed further away from the rest area also so they can chat without disturbing the guests. Having said that these were minor points and i had a fabulous Hammam and massage!
Attentive personnel. Nice and peaceful atmosphere. Overall very nice Riad.
Sink was stopped up but fixed when requested. Noisy air conditioner.
We had a great stay at Nashira and Spa. The staff was so nice. Very pretty Riad and great Spa. Great breakfast also. They gave us a better room for the same price. I will really recommend this Riad.
We loved everything.
Small perfect riad perfectly decorated and with outstanding personal service from delightful staff. Excellent Spa.
Jalal was amazing always there to help and quit an entertainer, the spa team is also fantastic (sorry I forgot the names but all are professional and friendly)
All three nights I heard noise above my Suite like pulling chairs at around 2.30 and 3 am, one more towel in the shower would help as one not enough, water pressure needs fixing as they tried to fix it but seems not to be strong as very minimal level.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them.
The location - our taxi from the airport left us in the souk with a group of teenagers to"guide us" to the hotel. When we got there they aggressively demanded money, even coming into the hotel. The same happened the next day when we lost our way coming back from the main square. Even a friendly taxi driver said it was a bad part of town!
Customer service Food at the Riad The spa Free wifi facilities
Very friendly and helpful staff, always approachable. Pleasant ambience. The availability of two swimming pools and the almost always deserted terrace was a huge bonus. The complimentary Moroccan tea at all times was welcome.
I felt like it was my home. From the very first moment arriving into the hotel, I was relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I've never been so relaxed in a hotel before.
Nothing, everything was perfect
We had a fantastic stay here. Staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond their duty to ensure our stay was an enjoyable experience. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
Spa. The fact Abu took us to Jemna Al Fna to show us the way. The tranquility of the Riad.
Dining room soul-less. Menu limited. Swimming pool on the roof terrace would have been fantastic. A proper outside dining area would have also been nice
Amazing property stylishly decorated, good size Family rooms (we stayed in the superior double room), friendly staff, always willing to assist and guide. Breakfast and free Wifi included. Good choice for breakfast.
TV lacks international english speaking channels. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. Staff often forgot to provide the "free tea at tea time" so you would have to ask for the Service.
Lovely traditional feel but with contemporary comfort and impeccable style. We loved the pool and roof terrace. And the staff were very helpful. The room was delightfully decorated and comfortable.
It was all pretty wonderful - only small criticism: the mattresses were rather hard, which seems to be normal in Morocco
