Nice rooms in the first two floors, good location in the medina, nice view over the medina, nice staff, beautiful lobby
Like any place in the medina, is very hard to find. The rooms in the rooftop had cockroaches in the bathroom and smelled and was very hot (owner made a discount for this reason). There was a big difference between rooms in this Riad. Linings were not totally clean (common in Morocco budget hotels).
Just on the edge so not hard to find, nice wee place with lovely roof terrace
Some rooms are not the best, but we were swapped about till we were happy
Location in the medina, wi-fi, excellent breakfast
Small and dark rooms (as expected in the medina)
the staff was veryveryvery friendly, funny cooperative flexible and nice, we had a great room for a very nice price. we booked a double suite and never expected it to be so sweet! quite difficult to find the location so use staff pickup point or check map on their website
the locals can be very nice to point you to the hostel but becarefull if they walk with you, they ask for money which is never enough and then they get angry... just start with some dirham and after some angry whining maby make it 10 (obviously depending on the effort the local does for you) kids are better! you will get lost servral times in the medina
Beautiful Riad, very friendly staff, excellent service from Omar, Abdellah and Mohammed
I got lost every time I went out but somehow managed to find the way back always
It was a beautiful riad. Nice room on the terrace.
The location was quite bad. It was at the far end of the medina in a labyrinth of streets.
The staff is amazing. They cater to every need and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. Some things are hard to rate. The room was tiny and beds uncomfortable but yet comfort was good because the hotel and those who run it are really an experience. The rooftop terrace is great and so is the breakfast but the reason to stay here is because of staff. They sent a taxi to train station and when we arrived at entrance to medina, 2 staff were there and carried our bags. This place is smoker friendly so nonsmokers may not like it and if you hate the sight of hashish, you won't like it at all. Stay here for a real experience of Morocco.
Tiny room. We had to take turns putting suitcases on bed to get ready but it was a small thing for us.
Nice guesthouse. Staff was very accommodating with everything we wanted - restaurant recommendation, day guide, etc.
Location was difficult to find even though it looked easy on the website map. Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived but the needed repairs were attended to quickly.
decoration , really old eastern surroundings
location, so difficult to find way to it
The room was so beautiful. The view from the roof was great. The kitchen man was lovely.
The breakfast was nice in a sunny terrace. The people was so nice and open.
This is a very nice Riad. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is great. The Riad has a nice terrace with a beautiful view. Its a bit hard to find it but you can take a taxi to palais jamai hotel which is very close to the riad.I really enjoyed my stay in Fez!
My room was quite humid.
Location was close to the Old Medina, Room was clean, Wi-Fi was reliable
Certain members of the staff were awkward and off-putting, lack of restaurants in close proximity
The staff working at Riad Nassim were really friendly and helpful, thank you so much Omar, Khaled and Mohammed. The suite we had for our last night was beautiful. Amazing rooftop terrace to enjoy your breakfast and the mandatory mint tea!
First nights we were in a small room and the sewer system from the bathroom gave a pretty foul smell.
the interior is nice
the room is not that clean, the riad is very very hard to find
Accommodation in Riad Nassim was highly recommendable. Especially we would like to highlight the extremely helpful staff, Khalid was organized anything we wished, and Mohammed, who has worked hard all day busy as a bee. We recommend Riad because it is worth the money. Boris and Sabina from Slovenija
Loved the view, staff, services, etc. It was all just nice and good.
The wifi is quite poor. I don't really have any problem with my stay there except the way to the place is not "somehow" clean. Well, that's normal in Morocco, but not normal to some other countries.
The staff is so nice!!! Good hostel to chill out one night. Good breakfast
humidity in the room, bad smell in bathroom
The place to stay in Fez. The guys working there are really cool and will get you anything you need! The view from the roof is breathtaking! Thanks for everything Khaled, Omar and Mohammed!!
The rooms were not very soundproof
Very frendly and hospitable staff. Nice view from the great terrace, we enjoyed our breakfast there.
Bathroom could be a little cleaner
big room, excellent wifi, nice view at breakfast time
challenging in finding the location, especially at evening time (but most Riad in the Medina are just quite similar situation I think)
It was cozy and clean with nice staffs. It will be staifactory for the people who are looking for hotels in good condition
A little bit hard to find the location.
The staff is very gentle My Girlfriend was sik and they cooked for her some light dish The location is far from the bus station, but in the border of the medina, so confortable It is possible to pay by credit card
The darkness of the room; there are no windows
