Friendly, helpful staff. Style of bedrooms & public areas. Hot water was not always available; air-con/heating unit did not heat room to specified temperature, probably due to unit sited in grill-covered alcove (ran for short time, then switched off); cost of 'extras' (for drinks and an evening meal) was quite high. |

L'accueil et l'amabilité du personnel. Nous nous sommes vraiment senti chez nous dans cette riad. Le calme de la situation de l'hôtel, allié au service et à la gentillesse du personnel ont vraiment contribué à faire de ce séjour une pause de choix dans notre quotidien stressant. Le petit-déjeuner continental marocain sur la terrasse est un pur moment de bonheur. tout était parfait |

De ligging van het hotel, riad, is onmogelijk. Ligt in een hele slechte wijk, taxichauffeurs weten het niet te vinden, je kan niet alleen naar buiten, door eindeloze steegjes kan je nooit zelf de weg vinden.Door de prijs en foto's heb je hele andere verwachtingen, wij hebben na twee nachten ons heil elders gezocht en deze Riad voor gezien gehouden, ondanks alle extra kosten. De bedden waren veeeel te hard. |
