Only a 15-minute walk to Jemaa El Fna Square, Riad Ajebel offers guest accommodation in a typically Moroccan, 11th-century building.

Located a 3-minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square and a 10-minute drive from Marrakech city centre, Riad Agdim features a furnished terrace with sunbeds offering views of the Koutoubia.

The food was nice and the staff made attempts to help out whenever possible.
The WiFi was spotty and often cut out. We asked for 2 beds and when we arrived they only had one. We had to wait a day for that to be fixed.
Good location not far from the square. Very attentive staff.
Hot tub not in use..
Riad Nesma is situated on a street that leads up to Jema el-Fnaa which is exactly a 5min walk away (normal pace). Its also conveniently based a stone's throw away from the main road with access to taxi's and other transport facilities. The staff were exceptional (AbdelHafiz, AbdelHadi, AbdelAziz, Chef Fouzia and co.) treated us like royalty. On our 1st day AbdelHafiz went through a map with us guiding us to the points of interest as well as Do's and Don'ts in Marrakech. Cleanliness was at a very high standard. Traditional Moroccon breakfast is standard and is deliciously prepared every morning along with freshly squeezed orange juice. We were even given lessons on how to cook authentic Moroccon cuisine by the riad's in-house chef - Fouzia. The staff went out of their way to help us out when we needed it the most. Even the owner and his wife checked that guests were alright. The terrace was fantastic! Has amazing views of the Atlas mountains on a clear day and a good view of Marrakech. Moroccon tea is served upon request and they don't charge for it. The jacuzzi didn't work the 1st time we wanted to use it, but this was attended to very quickly, fixed and was fully working at the 2nd time of asking. Wifi was accessible at all levels of the riad inc the terrace. For the money we paid we got much more in return in terms of the level of service, quality of rooms, comfort and 'feel at home' factor! Honestly, our holiday wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for these guys. My family really appreciated everything they did for us. Truly humbled and blessed that we had the opportunity to make good friends with staff and the owners in the process. I would highly recommend Riad Nesma to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech!
Really helpful guys. The riad was so clean and situated just next to jamaa el fnaa in a safe road.
Everything was great
Location easy to find, staff very friendly, clean, comfort room even it not too big, nice bathroom.
Wifi good signal in my room (ground floor) but slow.
It is a very nice hotel in a traditional Marocan style close to all main city atractions. Good traditional breakfast on the roof top. Very helpful hotel manager. Overall vey nice place to stay to discover the city.
It is a bit noisy (as everywhere :))
Friendly and knowledgable staff Can't beat the delicious complimentary breakfast served on the beautiful rooftop terrace Great location, you can walk anywhere inside the old medina
Very good staff and Service. Easy to find.
I enjoyed the staff and the fact that I was right in the medina. The place was easy to find, service was great, and wifi and everything else worked fine. The staff was really excellent.
My single room was a little on the small side, and breakfast was served on the roof... which wasn't that comfortable, given that the temperature was nearly 45'C. Also, the street that the riad was located on got a bit spooky late at night.
Service staff are very friendly, the place is very clean, quiet and close to the most archeological sights in Marrakesh
Wi Fi is very weak
The aspect that I most enjoyed is their excellent stuff. They were always friendly and smiling, willing to help. One night I was arriving late to the riad and I was afraid to walk back alone, so I called the reception and the receptionist came out to the Jamma el Fna plaza to pick me up! I am very grateful. The price to quality relation is excellent too. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was included in the price. The riad also offers many additional services to make your stay in Marrekech more convenient.
No room cleaning service every day.
Service was very nice and helpful. The bed was excellent and private bathroom. Proper air conditioning. Simple but good breakfast. The cleanliness and decoration was very good. And a lovely terrace.
We were misinformed about the nature of one of the excursions we hired from the riad (ourika valley). And I suspect the tourist tax extra of 2€pp/day they added at the end of our stay is higher than the actual tax, which would be a bit cheeky, but I could be wrong.
All ok. 5 min walk from square. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Not much choice for breakfast.
The hotel/Riad was beautiful, clean, cosy and comfortable and the room's we booked were kind of spacious too. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful too. We had no problems staying there. It was close to Djama Al Fana, which would take us a five to ten minutes, comfortable walking. It was very close to the two PalacesI.t was also close to the main streets too but because we had hired a car for the duration of our stay, parking was a bit of an issue because the Riad itself was in an off road area (but wasn't hard to find)where the car (9 seater)could not get in. Otherwise everything was brilliant, if there were to be another holiday to Morroco for me again I would definitely book Riad Nesma again. But will need to take a small travel iron as they don't provide one but the ironing gets done only with laundry service, which we used. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable!
Location is excellent - 6/7mins from the square Staff are great Wifi really good Roof terrace is nice Breakfast is ok Mint tea on arrival was a nice touch Very comfy bed Room was clean and with air con (def needed in July. I love hot weather but couldn't have stood the heat. Air con def a must) Nicely decorated
Rooms with no windows (felt a bit like a prison room) You have to ring a bell to be let back into the riad so feels like you're in someone's home rather than a 'hotel'. Could do with offering a drink now and then when you're chilling on the roof terrace so you might go thirsty I arranged an airport transfer but had to get my own taxi due to no show (was arranged ok for way back though)
Breakfast on the terrace. Tea was available all day long for free.
Smokers are allowed in the main courtyard next to the rooms which caused discomfort for non smokers
great staff and walkable to everything. great breakfast on roof terrace
room was small with no outside window but was also very inexpensive
Nice, friendly helpful staff. Relaxing environment. My room was a single and small, but cute and efficient. Great shower.
Advantageous location. Helpful personal. Nice terrace to sunbath.
Amazing staff and great location near all the attractions. The free breakfast was very good as well .
Wifi did not work in rooms only common areas.
excelent location. the staff are really kind and careful.good accomdations.very authentic and beautiful marrocan style. We feel secury and warmful really make youselve confortable.
the breakfeast is good but can be have other kind of bread. what a sweet and marvellous orange juice .
The riad was very clean and well-kept. The decor was very nice. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent...very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good...different breads and pastries, a boiled egg, fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee. The location was very convenient, right off of Jemaa El Fan.
The alley way could be a little creepy at night. It's also lined with shops so you have to walk past people constantly wanting you to buy things. It could also be a bit hard to find the doorway.
A great place to stay that's minutes from the square and souks but also far enough away for a bit of peace. The staff were simply superb and so helpful and friendly. The mint tea was amazing and they helped us with transfers and booking camel rides. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and homemade. Although there is mention of problems with wi-fi in other reviews it is actually very good and there are several networks depending on which part of the building you are in at the time. This is probably one the best places for service I have ever stayed and I highly reccomend staying here.
The water in the hottub on the roof didn't look particularly clean so I stayed out of it.
Very friendly staff and welcome. Rooftop terrace is perfect.
Liked the friendly staff and the homely decor and feel of the place
