The hotel/Riad was beautiful, clean, cosy and comfortable and the room's we booked were kind of spacious too. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful too. We had no problems staying there. It was close to Djama Al Fana, which would take us a five to ten minutes, comfortable walking. It was very close to the two PalacesI.t was also close to the main streets too but because we had hired a car for the duration of our stay, parking was a bit of an issue because the Riad itself was in an off road area (but wasn't hard to find)where the car (9 seater)could not get in. Otherwise everything was brilliant, if there were to be another holiday to Morroco for me again I would definitely book Riad Nesma again. But will need to take a small travel iron as they don't provide one but the ironing gets done only with laundry service, which we used. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable!

    No iron

Location is excellent - 6/7mins from the square Staff are great Wifi really good Roof terrace is nice Breakfast is ok Mint tea on arrival was a nice touch Very comfy bed Room was clean and with air con (def needed in July. I love hot weather but couldn't have stood the heat. Air con def a must) Nicely decorated

Rooms with no windows (felt a bit like a prison room) You have to ring a bell to be let back into the riad so feels like you're in someone's home rather than a 'hotel'. Could do with offering a drink now and then when you're chilling on the roof terrace so you might go thirsty I arranged an airport transfer but had to get my own taxi due to no show (was arranged ok for way back though)

Breakfast on the terrace. Tea was available all day long for free.

Smokers are allowed in the main courtyard next to the rooms which caused discomfort for non smokers

The riad was very clean and well-kept. The decor was very nice. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent...very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good...different breads and pastries, a boiled egg, fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee. The location was very convenient, right off of Jemaa El Fan.

The alley way could be a little creepy at night. It's also lined with shops so you have to walk past people constantly wanting you to buy things. It could also be a bit hard to find the doorway.

A great place to stay that's minutes from the square and souks but also far enough away for a bit of peace. The staff were simply superb and so helpful and friendly. The mint tea was amazing and they helped us with transfers and booking camel rides. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and homemade. Although there is mention of problems with wi-fi in other reviews it is actually very good and there are several networks depending on which part of the building you are in at the time. This is probably one the best places for service I have ever stayed and I highly reccomend staying here.

The water in the hottub on the roof didn't look particularly clean so I stayed out of it.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and cheerful! They recommended things if we asked them and made reservations etc! Great location and the riad was very clean and tidy! Lovely rooftop terrace for breakfast which was usually Moroccan pancakes and cake and most days egg and bread with freshly squeezed orange juice!

Very good location, near by the big square and the Medina, but also by the palaces and the Jewisch area. Could not be better, also safety in the evening is OK. Rooms are nice and clean, not to big. Shower, towels, etc. very good. The people in the Riad are very friendly and they help you were nescessary. They speak good English. Very good breakfast (incl. jus en egg). Further more it is a beautifull house and very clean. At least, very easy to travel to from the airport and back (near by a main-road), also near by a taxi point.

It is sometimes a little bit noicy, special if visitors in the house talk to loud. But that is the situation in most of the Riads and people who visit a Riad know that.

The riad was beautifully kept with an outstanding staff that was incredible attentive and friendly. We were helped out with everything from where to shop, where to eat, getting bus tickets, and how much to pay in taxi fare. The location was fantastic and it was easy to find. The free breakfast was excellent as well. Highly recommend to anyone.

No wifi available in the bedrooms, only common areas.

I stayed in one of the rooms near the atrium which sometimes we could hear some noise. But that is also the mágic of staying in a riad! Nothing special People make you feel like home!!! Amazing

Great personell. We had to leave very early for the airport, at 7 am and they prepared a great breakfast. Will definitely go back. Place was also very neat and quiet while in the middle of the city center. The nice thing about the location is that it is just 3 minutes walk from the traffic so it is very reachable by car/ taxi.

    Rooms are quite small.
