Everything! Fab breakfast, beautiful decor, extremely helpful staff - who even played some traditional music for us one evening :) Place was extremely clean and tidy, and in my opinion the huge stay was unbelievably good value to for money -- will absolutely be back. About 15 mins walk from the main square, so easy to explore the city, but nice and quiet place to stay.

As I imagine a raid it is like be in the 12 century, all nice and neat, a beautiful decoration with a bath in the middle of the patio so you can relax your feet after a long day walking. I chose this raid because I want to invest my money in one owned by spaniards. Good taste, good food and ask for marroco wine.

I was very surprised that the owners were no there, but my disspointment was when thre was not a little touch from them, like a letter as a welcome to us....it was our honey moon and nothing was set in the room but roses petals on the bed.....they should be more into those touches....it would make a huge difference.

Great location, amazing and very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast and excellent rooms. The riad only has 5 rooms, so feels like a very special and intimate place

Swimming pool is more for decoration purposes rather than for swimming

Beautiful place! Comfortable stay! Our best times in Marrakech were spent lounging in the riad, drinking wine, and enjoying the atmosphere.

Simo and his colleagues, Noor and Driss, took wonderful care of us. We were guests at the Palacio for a week. They helped up rent a car to retrieve a lost suitcase in Casablanca and many other small things that made our stay in Marrakech memorable. While the location of the riad seems a bit daunting at first, all taxi drivers know "Le Parking de Larousse." We found the location to be great; we could go through the souk or circumvent it, to get to the Katoubia. We had a terrific time. Hans von Baeyer & Barbara Watkinson

Amazing breakfast, home made moroccan food, excellent service. Beautiful riad, exquisite design and taste in the deco. Receptionist Simon treated us like family and made us feel at home, he was the best ambassador for Marrakech and the riad would have not been the same experience without him.

We had cold showers twice, but there was construction next door so it could have been caused by that.

This riad is in a good location (within a five minute walk of the souk). I could not have chosen a better riad. It truly gave me a wonderful Morrocan experience.

Wonderful hidden gem, you open the doors to a gorgeous palacial riad. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. We throughly loved our stay and would highly recommend staying there.
