Excellent and beautiful Riad in the heart of the old part of Marrakech. All staff extremely helpful. Each room is unique and traditionally decorated. Overall one of the best parts of our trip to Marrakech!

The restaurant is lovely but there are better value for money places elsewhere. Difficult to find but so are all Riads and they will provide a transfer for you if request.

The Riad was everything that we could have wanted. Great atmosphere and style.

47 steps each way to one of the top suits in the Riad. With recent replaced hips and knees this was difficult for me to undertake! With the extensive walking in the Madina I need a holiday to recover.

    Building, location, staff, authenticity, ambience.

Breakfast could be better - sometimes no bread and labelling would help.

    Tranquility & Cleanliness

Shortage of drink options. ( ran out of Rose Wine whilst we were there and took several days to replace) I guess to be expected for an Islamic country though)

Most beautiful Moroccan architecture, unmatched in other riads. Every detail is worth the stay. A must see.

Breakfast and food in general need work.

Good location but hard to find at first time. This hotel surely has more to offer..but we dind't see it.

Minimum assistance from reception. Poor breakfast for value and quantities.

The riad itself is breathtaking. The intricate detail of every surface, corner, and tile is beautiful. When you arrive you're seated in the lobby and served sweet pastries and Moroccan mint tea. Our suite was very large, comfortable and romantic. We slept better here than at any other place during our 15 day trip through Spain. They offer an hour- long massage that cost about 15 dollars. The restaurant served a delicious dinner in an intimate setting by the pool. There is a rooftop terrace and many locations throughout the riad to sit, relax and enjoy someone's company. The place really feels magical.

I was traveling with three female friends, so we felt a little out of place amidst all of the couples staying here. I would say that this is more of a romantic destination. Also, there was a misunderstanding regarding the number of guests in my party. I'd sent a notification far in advance of my arrival that there were 4 of us but upon arrival the woman, assuming she is the manager, thought there were 3 of us and a baby. She wanted to charge us an additional 280 euros. In the end, she did charge us this additional rate, which I don't find to be reasonable. The suite we reserved was by far large enough to accommodate four women. We could have easily booked elsewhere for a much cheaper rate but we were tired and already there so we were really forced to accept the situation or be displaced at night in a Muslim city. The woman said she would try to work out a deal for us but in the end she did not. On our last night they sent up a nice bottle of rose, which was a nice gesture but I'm still not pleased about having to shell out an additional 280 euros. I had also arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport but he didn't show. We had to take a hot, smelly taxi and were dumped outside the medina. It was very intimidating with motorbikes and cars zipping around and men cat-calling us. I phoned the riad and they did send a man to guide us to the riad, which was through a maze of passageways. Our return transportation was provided for free and they did haul all of our luggage up to the top floor for us. We enjoyed our stay but definitely feel like we way overpaid for it.

Very convenient location, great design, friendly staff. If you want to go back to medieval era and see inner decoration like in old time you can make decision about booking this riad.

Poor breakfast, only limited choice on the each table, no buffet and fruits.
