The Riad was Lovely and tranquil , with a plunge pool. Just what you need after the hustle and bustle of the medina. The Staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, Breakfast was different every morning and delicious! We had dinner one evening in the Riad and it was fabulous freshly cooked tagine cooked by the managers sister. the rates were very reasonable - what a gem of a find..we will definantly return and stay here again

The location was superb. The Staff were amazing and and organised transfer from and to the airport. We arrived at the riad quite late, the staff immediately suggested that we might want to have something to eat before bed we were to a nice restaurant were we had a our first experience of Morroco cuisine. We received breakfast every morning at a time of our choosing. Rashid, Faoud and Samira were always at hand to help us when ever we needed help. Faoud and Jean-Francois were exceptional in the advice they gave us in exploring Marrakech providing maps, booklets to manage our way through the souks. They also arranged an excursion to the Ourika valley which was one of the highlights of our trip. On the whole the riad was great and the staff even more so. I would recommend this for Families, couples of any age and solo travellers.

    - great location in the heart of the Medina, just 10 mins walk to the famous Jamaa el- Fnaa square - Riad is really lovely with the amazing huge palm tree in the middle of the beutiful courtyard, amazing view from the roof terrace - very quiet and relaxing, great escape from those busy and noisy Medina's streets - Rashid! He was so friendly and extremely helpful! - free transfer from the airport upon our arrival! It was really great giving that we had landed at midnight and the driver was already waiting for us so hassle free - breakfasts were served whenever you wanted even if you had to leave earlier in the morning, they comprised of bread, delicious marrocan pancakes, jam and yoghurt

    - water in the shower was draining really slow so after evening shower there was still plenty of water in the morning, not really pleasent - they definately need to replace those old towels - wi-fi connection quite often was lost or really poor Despite those small inconveniences we had really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this Riad strongly!

The staff were happy to arrange excursions even at the last minute. The company that they use for visits to the coast were wonderful. The staff were very polite and helpful. The roof terrace is lovely and is a sun trap for most of the day. Breakfast was good and when we had to leave early for day trips they provided breakfast early. Always someone at the riad to help any time of day or night. The riad was very quiet even though it was situated in a bustling area.

You have to knock to be let in as the main door is locked but this is the same with most riads in the area. Luckily we were never left waiting! The shower took a long time to drain so u have to leave enough time for this between people using it!

The location is good if you're driving a car and old medina is your goal -- parking near El Badi Palace is very close and with a bit of luck you will manage to find the riad with no problems. Dinner, hamam (a must!) and services in general are excellent. Pool is a nice touch. There's a fine although a bit touristic restaurant nearby overlooking Place Des Ferblantiers (you can get directions in riad - just ask for the closest restaurant). Going to Jaama el Fna don't be afraid to take the straight shortcut route through the narrow street.
