A 10 minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square and Koutoubia Mosque, this Medina Riad features an outdoor pool with a poolside bar.

This riad is situated in the heart of Marrakesh’s Medina (historic quarter). Set around a central patio, sheltered by trees and with a central fountain. It offers 4 individually-decorated rooms.

Me (30), my wife (30) and our daughter (10 month) stayed in this Riad for 4 nights and it was awesome. The staff was very politly and helpful. The Riad is very fancy and it's quite and clean. When I come back to Marrakech, I'll book this Riad again.
Authentic but yet modern. Stepping into the Riad from the busy streets from Medina is like entering a different word- absolutely beautiful. Very clean. Staff absolutely wonderful- couldnt do enough for us. Great value for money. Could easly compare to a stay at 4/5 star hotel. It's an expierience from the minute you make a booking to the last moment before you leave.
Could not fault anything
The staff were amazing - some spoke excellent English and would tell us the best places to go and things to see, and a couple spoke only a little English but were so lovely and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms very clean and luxurious. The location is great because it's central and easy to find (comparitively that is - you'll inevitably get lost a couple of times wherever you stay in the medina, but since it's right near the Baba Ali mosque, you can easily get directions to there). They even put little hats on the sun chairs for you - it's just full of little extras like that.
Both the owner, Thierry, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and very attentive to the needs of the guests. They really try to make sure you enjoy your stay there. We even got cookies for our flight back! There is a lot of attention payed to small details like the design of the rooms, and even the table design for breakfast, which keeps things interesting for the guests. Also, the food is delicious, I highly recommend having dinner there at least once!
If you are one of those travellers who cannot make up their mind as to which riad to choose for their stay in Marrakesh (as was exactly my case), I honestly advise you to search no more and to book this riad straight away! Writing a positive review is unfortunately all I can do to express my gratefullness for all that I was provided with during my stay at the riad and saying it was perfect won't make a full justice to it! Pm is a beatiful riad, the perfect blend of European quality, Moroccan decor and the top-class service. The manager is the best host I have had during my numerous travels - he makes you feel at home, at the same time paying attention to every detail and foreseeing all your questions, doubts and needs you may have while exploring the city. The stuff is equally attentive, kind and helpful. I have never given '10' as the rating of any hotel I have stayed in but in case of PM I would have given more than 10 if that was possible! Hope to be able to come back there one day!
Absolutely nothing...Just maybe that the stay in Riad has made it too difficult for me to get back to reality...
Thierry and his staff are wonderful people. Dinner at the riad was great (we had a very romantic private dinner because there were not many other guests). Breakfast was even more great to me, but I do like a sweet breakfast.. Thierry gives great advice and goes out of his way to arrange things for you. Room was perfect. Service was outstanding. If we ever go back to Marrakech, we will sleep here for sure.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice- beautifully presented. The roof terrace was a little cool at this time of year, but I can imagine it being a nice escape when it is slightly warmer.
We were there for 5 nights; the medina is charming during the day but less inviting in the dark - it can be hard to navigate, particularly after sunset and the Riad is a good 10-15 minute walk from the main Square. The Riad itself was faultless, but the location became a bit much by the end of the trip.
We stayed in this Riad for one night and it totally exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, modern and stylish whilst still maintaining Moroccan traditions. The room was very comfortable, with a large bed and TV. We arrived late to the Riad after being on a 3 day desert trip and we loved the room so much we ordered a take away and had a bottle of wine in our room! The staff of the Riad were more than happy to arrange this for us and brought us plates and nuts and olives to accompany our meal. Thierry was the perfect host and always made sure we were comfortable. After a day out we came back to the Riad and he offered us complimentary mint tea and Moroccan pancakes which was lovely. The breakfast was also amazing, fresh and beautifully presented. Couldn't recommend this Riad enough. You can't beat it in terms of price vs quality.
My only recommendation is to have more English channels. The only channel we could really watch was CNN. It's great that the Riad provides a DVD player but it would be better if they had a selection of movies. Apart from that everything was excellent.
Extremely attentive staff - nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner, manager and staff, who all made our stay, a special one. Fabulous food which was beautifully presented. We would definitely recommend this Riad. The most relaxing way to spend time in Marrakech!
Thierry spent ages with us giving us recommendations and directions, all of which were excellent. We would especially recommend organising a cooking lesson in the Riad, we had fantastic fun and made some delicious food!
Great place. Recommended. Service, location and facility, all top.
+ Very friendly and helpful hotel owner Thierry and excellent staff + Very tasty breakfast and mint tea served whenever you wish (great kitchen) + Very clean room, modern and beautiful interior, spotless + Nice roof terrace, ideal for enjoying the sunlight + Good value
- Although it is really close to the main touristic venues, the Riad itself is situated in a dark and narrow alley, which can be scary to walk in at night. - Isolation could be better, you can easily wake up in the morning because of other guests having breakfast or staff preparing breakfast
Thierry, the manager is a fabulous host. Extremely friendly and helpful, knows how to make guests feel at home. Staff lovely, very gentle and helpful. Breakfasts fabulous, one of the best we had during our several trips to Morocco. The riad is very pretty.
Staff. Comfort. Rooms. Breakfast. Home from home feeling. Relaxed atmosphere. A truly excellent Riad & well recommended. It is my 2nd New Year in a row and we will be booking for NYE 2014/5. 5 Star plus ;-)
Better wifi signal needed. TV needs more English channels or MBC (2, movies & action).
Very friendly, motivated and caring staff! Thanks Thierry, Sebastien, Tarek, Iqbal and all!
The service from the staff was excellent. The interior of the riad is lovely. Good wifi on the ground floor but signal weaker on the first floor bedrooms. It is a 12 minute walk to jealous el fna through the medina and souks. Breakfast is of excellent quality and presented well. We took dinner one evening and the entree and lamb and chicken tagines were lovely. The lemon dessert was not to our taste. Would recommend a stay at the riad.
Great welcome. Very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner, including impeccable, very courteous and gentle service. Homely atmosphere. Convenient location.
My answer is to: What improvements would you recommend? prefer solid room door, glass doors to enclose shower, suggest notice that "mixer gets hot" and that "drain is pop-up type"; TV slightly small; more English channels; alley way can get very dirty; you have to get used to the fact that most Riads do not have windows to the outside of the building but facing courtyard.
We definitelly recommend it. Very nice, charming and clean place. Breakfast was delicious and served in a very pleasant way. They have gorgeous roof top terrace. The manager is super helpful, gave us a lot of good tips about Marrakesh and explained all routes around the riad. Other staff is also very friendly. It felt like home, if we were to go back to Marrakesh we would stay there again.
the staff goes above and beyond for you, Thierry is great! Rooms are comfortable and nice, very simple but a great price to stay and experience the Riad
