Staff were really friendly, very accommodating and helped with planning our days. The rooms were lovely and they always made great mint tea when we came in :) They also explained some landmarks so we would not get lost coming back.

Despite the great directions, it was still quite hard to find. Maybe have some sign posts down the correct alley way?

We stayed at the Riad for 3 nights with friends and what a memorable time we had. The Riad was beautiful and the food was delicious, definitely the best we ate in Marrakech. What really made the stay special though, were the staff, they were outstanding. Youseff, Simon and gang made us feel like old friends. They were incredibly accommodating, nothing was to much trouble for them. They were also informative, friendly and fun. We spent a wonderful night dressed in traditional clothes, being entertained by them with music, stories and some great dance moves. We had a fantastic few days. Thank you, you are all stars!

The staff at the riad were so welcoming, helpful and informative. In addition, they went beyond what you would expect, in that they treated us like friends and had lovely humour and some great dance moves!!! The rooms were very nice and the breakfasts fantastic - best eggs ever!

A full length mirror in the room would have been nice - not much to complain about!

    - location is very central (down some long winding alleyways but you quickly get used to it!) - team are really helpful and friendly - I really enjoyed the breakfast - ate there one evening and the food was good - Wifi worked telly well for me, even on the roof terrace

    Nothing particularly noteworthy

Nothing At this hotel is worth it- terrible service. DO NOT stay here

-The Riad is poorly located far into the medina in several winding alleyway -The staff did a terrible job in welcoming us and making us feel at home -There was barely any checking in on how we were doing or how they could help us throughout our stay, which was done by all the the other Riads we stayed at -The room was very stuffy. It appeared as though they sprayed an air freshened prior to our arrival to try to cover this old musty smell but the scent provoked terrible allergies -The silverware used to serve meals was old and not clean -There were ants on the floor of the room, another sign of old building and poor maintenance In summary, do NOT stay here. There are plenty of other riads in the city that offer way more for your money, with better location, and are cleaner with friendlier staff. Do not waste your money here

Great venue close to the souks and main square but completely quiet, lovely staff, lovely decor, the best food we had in Morocco was cooked here. The staff arranged everything for us like airport transfer and showing us options for making the most of our time here. Thank you.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and courteous - they made us feel like we had become part of their family. The riad surroundings and furniture were beautiful and the Moroccan ambience just made it an exotic and atmospheric experience,

Usually, when you say that a hotel has a friendly staff, this means that they will say hi or give you a smile. This is so much more, you feel like you are family while staying at Princesse du Desert. Great food, great atmosphere, very nice rooms, overall great experience.

The staff were all fantastic and the riad was beautifully clean and nicely decorated. We were very happy with our stay.

The bed was super hard but this is a Moroccan thing I believe!
