We did not gået new Towels Day 2
The staff were really helpful and friendly. You are treated like you are part of their family there. They are also great at advising tourist how to avoid getting ripped off in Marrakesh. It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
The WiFi connection was poor in the rooms.
They made their best to make my stay enjoyable. They even lent me some money one evening when I went get beer, which by the way is not sold inside the city walls.
Due to the time of the year nights are cold and my room could have been preheated. Another thing: I ordered a transportation upon arrival, but there were no such thing. Fortunately one fellow waiting for his pick up promised to take me. And that was truly a godsent, because the hotel is impossible to find without someone taking you there for the first time, let alone in the middle of the night!
The Riad is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the Sultan Suite which was spacious and exotically furnished on the ground floor. Such a warm and romanic welcome awaited us with absolutely charming red rose petals carefully placed to adorn all the rooms. Such a delightful touch. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. the Riad is very spacious with a lot of areas to eat or sit quietly by the beautiful pool or on the roof terrace. We had breakfast served by lovely staff up on the roof terrace, which was also a great place to view this fascinating city with the backdrop of the High Atlas Mountains. The sunsets in the evening were absutely glorious. Well located in the Medina. We found everything within walking distance. The main square being about 20 minutes walk. Plenty of Restaurants within walking distance but we can recommend that you consider eating at the Riad for at leSt one evening as it is an experience to be remembered. ABSUTELY delicious! Congratulations to the Riad Rabah sadia staff for your first class service. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering treating themselves to a bit of luxury while visiting Marrakech. Thank you for a truly delightful experience.
The staff were on hand if we needed them (and so polite) but we were also left in private which suited us perfectly. The Riad is stunning and well worth the walk through the alleyways. We would definitely stay again.
It was quite difficult to find - we would suggest getting them to collect you from the airport and then showing you pointers so you can remember how to get there. Other than that we loved it.
A lovely Riad on ethe edge of the Medina, with lovely rooms and courtyard. Safe, warm and very comfortable, we were upgrade to a superior room at no extra charge. Good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.Nice and quiet but close to the souks.
A bit difficult to find
The helpful and friendly staff How clean the room and general areas were Nice orange juice and coffee for breakfast Nice sized room and bathroom Really reasonable price Central Rooftop seating areas
2 x twin beds pushed together, wasn't very comfortable and the beds themselves were really hard and uncomfortable Very limited breakfast choice - bread or pancakes only every morning with no accompanying fruit or healthy options Wifi was pretty patchy and only in the main area The driver linked with the Riad was very expensive - maybe we should have negotiated a better price for the journeys we took but we had no idea a 2-3km journey would be 20 Eur.
Friendly welcome, professionally handled booking procedure, met from airport (very reasonable charge, and good driver) Late night drinks with a smile (& no charge!) Easy quick access to sights GORGEOUS rooms & building Proper hairdryer in room
Only that there was no way to make coffee/tea in room. Not a problem when the lovely Amin will do it for you! Oh! and I wish Liptons would stop telling everyone that they do the Brit's favourite tea. They do not!
While the architecture of this boutique hotel was beautiful and the location very convenient, it was the staff (Hamza, Amine and Sara) which really shone and made our stay so special. They went above and beyond their duty to ensure myself and my partner had a terrific time. They gave us travel advice and most importantly advice on how not to get ripped-off by local merchants. They went out of their way to purchase our train tickets. They also bought Moroccan goods on our behalf to ensure we got a great deal as non-natives are subjected to inflated prices and extended haggling. They also taught me how to make Moroccan mint tea which is a much more complicated process than one would think! I highly recommend this Riad for it's architecture, location and especially for its staff and would like to thank them again for their hospitality.
The Wifi connection only worked in certain locations and the signal strength varied. The hotel was not well sign-posted from the main street in that area making it very hard to find when we arrived - expect to walk down some alley ways but don't be afraid!
A beautiful hide-away. A treat and the best stay on our Morocco holidays.
The staff made you feel relaxed and at home right away. They also were willing to be of any assistance they could. The location was within the Medina so most things were within walking distance. The area that the riad was in felt safe and the place itself felt like a little oasis in a busy city. Our room was clean 7 comfortable, the continental breakfast was filling and the coffee was good. The free wifi also worked well.
Only problem we had was on arrival. We had booked a transfer (not through the riad) who took us as near as he could drive which was beside the local mosque. He sent us the wrong direction but a local put us right and led us to the door. Hamza, the manager, took us out of the maze the next morning, showing us the signs on the way and we had no problem navigating ourselves after that. Perhaps better to book a transfer from the airport to the door through the riad even though it is more expensive.
Brilliant holiday in Marrakech. Better because of staying in riad rabahsadia. Great location and great staff. Unbelievably helpful.
Great staff and quite location.
shower drain was slow.
A nicely decorated and relaxing Riad in a local neighborhood within the Medina. Located close to both Jemaa el fna and to the new part of the city. It's a bit difficult to find at first but that is the case with most places in the Medina. Nicely decorated rooms and lounge area. Very good breakfast. The staff was truly great, always eager to help and provide useful tips and information about the city, the souqs, the taxis! Anything you need just ask them, they will be glad to help.
We asked for a room at the top floor which was rather small. Actually the best rooms are the ones in the middle floor which are spacious and have more privacy then the ones in the ground floor. Still you can see all rooms in the website.
Very clean, extremely helpful staff, comfy beds, excellent facilities, good location (once you find it!), roof terrace
Hard to find - someone will need to show you the way as taxis can't drive down the road it's on.
Friendly staff Beautiful riad Convenient airport transfer
Breakfast is served very late The door bell rings everywhere in the riad (really annoying at night) Several items in the room were not working properly Communication is sometimes difficult with the staff The riad is hard to find
Lovely relaxing riad. Very clean and comfortable. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great, large room. Beautiful place to stay.
Breakfast was nice but a bit too much bread. After the first couple of days we got fed up of the same thing. Some fruit and variation would have been nice.
The staff were friendly and helpful: they booked restaurants, ordered taxis, carried our cases and even took us shopping one day! The rooms were lovely: very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and luxurious with as much hot water as your heart could desire.
It is a bit tricky to find - although the proximity of the Mosque is a helpful way marker. Due to the traditional riad design, noise does reverberate throughout the building (although this was kept to a minimum by our hosts)
Service!!!! Very friendly and helpful!
Difficult to find ... But anyways perfect spot to head to old and new town!
Staff were lovely, very attentive. We we're well looked after and breakfast was amazing. Fresh juice and coffee with an amazing range of local breakfast goodies every day. The riad it's self was very pretty and peaceful considering how close you are to everything.
Despite requesting an upper floor room we were assigned a small room on the ground floor that opened onto the communal area. There was little privacy due to its location. The bathroom had no heat, was really cold & the broken shower head had to be handheld. The wifi only worked in the communal tv room which was not heated. Breakfast was terrible, 3 types of bread jam & lukewarm coffee. There was no kettle or coffee/ tea making equip in the room, no tv. We thought it offered very little for the price. There are much nicer riads & hotels elsewhere.
