Very friendly staff and personalised service.

Not best location as this Riad is located in very narrow complex streets and can be bit difficult for someone coming back after night out ;). I guess its all part of the Riad experience.

The welcome, breakfast on the terrace, dinner was great value and tasty. Room was beautiful everything you need. Local knowledge good and transfers easy from raid to airport. Incredibly relaxing and surprisingly quiet. All the mint tea you could ask for water available if needed ok price. Offer excursions if wanted too.

On ground floor not the most private sound wise as door right by toilet which only had a curtain for privacy. Was quiet in raid so ok but would be a bit uhh uncomfortable if busy downstairs as its right next to where people sit. Research the hamman at the other raid was very vigorous as scrubbed severely was painful at times as was the massage the English and French was limited so hard to explain this.

Traditional beautiful decor all done to a high standard. Individual rooms , we has sapphire suite which is fab for families as separate twin room leading off. Friendly and helpful staff. Good mix of breakfast all served on terrace which is beautiful. Readily offered mint tea when came in from tramping through the medina which was very welcome.

Location is very central moments from medina shopping streets but it is down a set of narrow alleyways which makes it hard to find on first arrival (they do offer to meet you though on the road where the taxi would drop you, for a charge presumably) and we were back early because of kids but I would fancy in the dark as not sure lighting all that great so torch might be useful.

I am a frequent traveler and this was by far my favorite hotel stay ever! I traveled with my mum and sister and we felt so welcome by everyone it was as if we were in our own home! Everyone at Riad Reves D'orient was sweet and kind and would go out of their way for us. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and makes you want to spend a day just lounging around having tea and hanging out in the hotel. We had considered staying at a modern hotel chain, but we're so glad we didn't! We would have missed out on meeting these wonderful people, Samira, Yasin and Yousef, and we would have missed out on being in a Morrocan style home with beautiful architecture and lovely people. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea are served whenever you want! You don't get that at a chain hotel. The Riad is also very close to all the markets and the Jamaa Al Fna and everything is within walking distance. All in all, we were delighted with the Riad and it's wonderful staff and wouldn't think twice about staying there again!

    Nothing! It was all positive!

The gang at Riad Rêves D'orient were absolutely fantastic. Mostapha, Yassine and Yusof all helped us feel relaxed and welcome in the lovely and peaceful surroundings of the Riad. The location of the riad was, in my opinion, perfect. It is inside the medina and therefore close to all the things a visitor to Marrakech wants to see, but at the same time manages to be secluded and traquil as it is down a sidestreet away from the main thoroughfare. The food in the Riad was fantastic as well. The Lemon Chicken we had here was probably the best of our trip. When we returned to Marrakech from Essaouira we wanted to book back into here, but it was fully booked, so we booked into one of the sister Riads- Princess du Desert and we were not disappointed. I would have no qualms in recommending this Riad to friends and family.

There isn't much to criticise. The free Wifi is a little weak in the rooms, but there isn't much else I can think of.

It was great being picked up from the airport and being taken to the riad. I would have not found it on my own. Mustafa welcomed me and he was amazing the whole time. Meet Samira and she was absolutely lovely too.Always checking if I was ok without being too intrusive. Breakfast was fresh and filling had dinner on my last night that wa excellent too. Very relaxing! I cannot wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Reves d'Orient. The staff, especially Youssef and Mustapha, were exceptional and made sure that all our wishes are being fulfilled. Starting with a really good breakfast every morning to organizing trips during the day and having a hamam in the evening - the staff exceeded our expectations! Thanks for a great time in Marrakech!

I really liked everything about my stay at Riad Reves d'Orient! The staff there are amazing;Mustapha, Youssef and AbdulHadi always made sure that we are having a great time. Samira and her sisters were very welcoming too. Prior to our arrival, we informed the staff with all the activities that we would like to engage in during our stay in Marrakech. They did a great job with the organization and indeed we were able to enjoy all the activities. The breakfast was always ready at the time we previously agreed on. Overall, Riad Reve d'Orient was up to my expectations and I would definitely stay there again during my next visit! Thank you Mustapha and the whole staff for the wonderful 3 days :-)

    The friendliness of the staff.

Water took to long to drain from the shower. The walk from the road to the Riad took about 10 minutes.

We stayed in a family room. It is quite big and very traditional atmosphere...we loved it.

The air conditioner in a room(with twin beds) wasn't working. TV didn't have any channel...only one channel was working. The shower sink was stuck and water didn't go throw well. Need to be fixed.

Excellent Hospitable staff, great rooms and decor (we had the Saphire suite 2 adults & 3 children), quite location, great breakfast, great service, very flexible with checkout timming. All round this is a great place to stay for couples and family, highly recommended & the owner was very pleasent.

Lights were not fully functional. Air conditioning in the kids room was leaking water inside the room quite badly

We love the staff especially manager Mostapha is the best. He showed us how to reach to the big square and he recommended places for eating. We felt like a part of a family. Hotel is very authentic.
