The staff were exceptionally helpful, the room was comfortable and the location was good for both the square and the bus station

Hard to find at first. Definitely worth paying extra for the airport transfer

We had an amazing time whilst staying at Riad Rimas. The staff were so helpful, from advising what we should pay for taxis to helping us with directions. Very clean and the rooms are spacious. The roof top terrace is clean and a great place to relax after a morning in the markets!

This was a lovely little Riad. Staff were enormously friendly and helpful. It was a delightful place and really relaxing.

The website has been airbrushed so that you arrive to a feeling of Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. Although the plumbing worked very well, with lots of hot water!

Very ok, clean friendly, silent perfect taras, great hospitality

Difficult to find, wrong location on Booking .com map. Far from main square. But the most strange that I have seen send by booking com reservation info with mentioned all my credit card details, even with CVV secret code!!!

Warmness of the staff. Well done ha is and Hamzah

being in the walled district, taxis are unable to take you there and there is 500 metre walk through a maze

perfect place to relax, nice atmosphere, chill out music in the common area, good breakfest, nice room design

very diffcult to find in medina, there should be some signs on the way, be careful and do not trust false guides, prices offered by the owner for dinner or extra services are much higher than in the city

The staff speak French and English, and they were willing to show us how to get places. The guest house is really clean, especially compared to other places in Morocco. The tea is also tasty. The staff were willing and able to answer our questions. The location is quiet and peaceful.

Our first room didn't have hot water (but the second one was so hot, we were almost scalded ;)). The rate was a bit more expensive than what we had booked, and we didn't get the same rooms as what we reserved (one was nicer, the other was about the same as what we had reserved). One of the staff was helpful in running out to get us good prices on things, but then he tried to give us a large bill at the end. The location can be difficult to find as Medina is a labyrinth. When we arrived, lots of men wanted to "help us find the hotel," but then asked for money later.

Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Very good value for the money.

A bit hard to find in old medina.
