Very helpful and friendly staff.
Aircinditiining very noisy when it's turned on,
The staff are excellent ,good welcome and so helpful.Very clean and comfortable.Traditional Morroccan style place in a good position able to walk to main square.Quiet and peaceful.
Mostly the staff. They were kind, helpful and nice to be around. They plan my excursion, loaded me up w.maps ans directions. The guys are there 24/7 w.out complaint. As a solo traveler I couldn't have felt more secure. It can be tricky to find but the people on the street will stop what the are doing to help. I wish I could recall their names b.c I'd like them to know how much I appreciated it all. One morning I didnt eat the egg they served and didnt mention it. The next morning they were concerned and wanted to know what kind of egg would make me happy. Such nice people who go out of their way to make it a pleasant stay. Shokran guys!
Can be difficult to find but the cities of morocco can be diificult at first. Find a monument as a point of reference!
Very professional and helpfull staff. Clean and nicely restored riad.
A little difficult to find. When you see the sign above an arch at the mainstreet (route sidi abdelaziz according to Google Maps), you enter the alley and go straight to the end (there is an other mosque). At the end you go left, then is the building on your left side.
staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable the breakfast was delicious and filling
the riad was a little difficult to find and we should have taken up their offer of a taxi pick up from the airport,
very friendly staff cental location clean and comfortable good breakfast
The riad is really nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and breakfast is fantastic!!! In terms of price quality it's really great!
As anything in the medina, it's quite hard to find the riad, once you get it it's not so bad. On arrival, a kid helped us find it and wanted to charge us 5 pounds for it, the riad owners didn't really help us sort out the situation, which was a bit annoying. But apart from that, it's a fantastic place. Walls were quite thin, so you could hear all the noise in the other bedrooms
This place is great. Staff was very helpful, they arrange us a taxi at a good price when we depart to the airport, location is 15 min by walk to main square, but this is not a problem, you are in Marrakech! Rooms are clean, breakfast is ok for this price. I recommend this place if you want a price/quality accomodation.
The staff first of all who was onsite 24 hours a day! The accommodations, location - all of it - were perfect! As a solo traveler, I felt like I was at home. I misplaced all their names but Yoseph, his friend & Asana(?) took care of my every need. They had maps, highlighted directions, arranged an excursion & transportation and made me so welcome. I am truly indebted to them for making the end of my trip in Morocco a dream vacation. They were even concerned that I enjoyed my breakfast! Thanks to each of them. If I return to Morocco, there's no question I would stay there again.
Everything is perfect in this hotel. Easy to find.
Location of hotel, not nice surroundings walking to main square Jemaa el-Fnaa.
Breakfast included makes it a lot easier in the mornings. Staff always looking to help when needed and really friendly. I emailed previous to our stay a few queries and everything was dealt with efficiently.
Bit disappointed we were a little way from the main square, but only took us 15 minutes to walk, when we figured our way around
The location, value for money, friendly staff, very comfortable.
Trying to find it was quite difficult.
the hidden location was very autentic, but it is not so difficult to find with a map. the staff is nice, mentha tea is perfect. the roofterrace is wonderful. the breakfast was delicious.
the sound of the continuously gurgling water (but it was not a big problem :) )
we had a lovely time. The owners are very, very nice people and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The location is great. It was no problem walking there after dark. The riad is beautiful. We had breakfast on the rooftop (yay). Would definitely return, if I went to Marrakech again.
it was a bit difficult to find when we first went there --> maybe put a sign up
Stylish rooms Oasis of quitness of busy city Good breakfast Very friendly guy that helped us with everything
Co- visitors are quickly loud due to echo of small courtyard (typical for a Riad though) Showerheadholder was unfortunately broken Be sure to arrange a time for pickup at the beginning of the street. Pedestrian area and the hotel is pretty difficult to find at first.
Riad staff was realy nice and helpful. Tasty breakfast.
Room on the ground floor are noisy.
Great location..and the most important the best hospitality ever, amazing staff family Riad wich they can do anything for you to help you and always with a smile!!
Very friendly staff, in particular Yousef! Rooms were very nice and clean and breakfast was good.
Wifi was weak at times.
+ excellent breakfast + very attentive staff
Beds are good, location is fine. Close to both the old and the new town. Clean rooms.
We stayed at this riad two times. First time we had a room in the 'blue building'. This room was fine. Second time the blue building was full so we had to stay in the red building. Our room here was very small and the shower was broken. We could leave some stuff in the riad while going on a three-day desert trip, but when we came back we found our bag unguarded in the hallway. When we left for Essaouira the owner sent us to the wrong busstation, which made us miss our bus. The tourist tax is €2,50 per person per night, which is not included in the price shown on Booking.com. You should keep this in mind when booking your riad.
The staff is great, they are friendly and helpful. The room service was made everyday, even if it wasn't necessary. The location is great as well: 10-15 min walk from Jemaa el Fna Square, situated on a clean, quiet street though. Good wi-fi.
The rooms are not soundproof. This is not the cleanest place, but it is OK for the Maroccan standards.
Limited breakfast and not much point in the room having a lock, since the window is left wide open by the cleaners each day!
The Riad itself the location and the friendly staff
Riad Style. Big washrooms. Rooftop terrace. Friendly owner. Good part of Marrakech Medina.
No Air Con in the cheapest room, and no fan either. Impossible to find without a guide the first time. Late at night, I had difficulty getting back into the riad because the security guard fell asleep.
