The personel who worked there really made our stay special. Thankyou Muhammed for being a friend away from home, where our comfort, well being, and enjoyment was first priority. We will miss you! Hotel advertised wireless interenet access, there was NO internet access at all, and we had to walk 15 min to an interent cafe. Also the given phone number for the hotel was wrong and had to re-inform our contacts of the right number. |

The room rates where higher than quated by bookings there where hidden taxes.but we hadto pay because thay had my credit card no.this hotel was hidden in a back street of a madina where all the streets where dug up and swimming is sewage there where only 3 guestes in the hotel and we all booked thruugh bookings and we all complaind but did us no good |

Peu de chambres donc personnel à l'écoute des clients, belle terreasse agréable ou l'on peut prendre un bon petit déjeuner copieux merci à hanane et SIMON,Riad bien placé proche de la place,parking gardé à 2 minutes Problème d'eau chaude quand on est le dernier à se doucher! Mais problème qui devrait etre résolu bientot car travaux prévu |

Ubicación y cierto encanto El internet es imposible que funcione a menos que lleves una llave usb comprada en Marruecos. El hamam tampoco funciona. |

Me ha encantado el personal muy simpatico y muy amable. Muy bien decorado y la limpieza. Los desayunos son geniales y abundantes. Está muy cerca de la medina efectivamente como dice la publicidad a unos minutos de "la plaza". Para encontrarlo necesitamos la ayuda de la gente del lugar pero os aseguro que siempre encuentras quien te indique y aunque parezcan las calles un poco regulares la verdad es que el 2º dia parece que estas en tu casa. |

Personal muy atento sobretodo "Moja", lugar tranquilo, limpio. Ha sido dificil encontrarlo, la dirección de la reserva no corresponde a la realidad, tuvimos que ir a un "locutorio" conectarnos a internet y buscar la dirección correcta. Buena situación. Hay cervezas. |

La hospitalidad de Mohamed. (Con la dueña del riad solo puedes comunicarte en francés) y el desayuno es muy completo Las fotos del hotel en internet y los servicios que ofertan no se corresponden con la realidad... |

Een zeer mooie Riad met sobere, maar stijlvolle kamers. De Riad is centraal gelegen, wel in een klein zijstraatje, dat je zelf nooit kunt vinden de eerste keer. Het personeel is zeer gedienstig. Un grand merci pour Hannah et Mohamed !! |

cortesia e disponibilità del personale. Inoltre la proprietaria ci ha lasciato a disposizione le stanze sino alla sera senza alcun supplemento per quanto non distante dalla piazza principale, il percorso per raggiungerla è piuttosto contorto |
