Everything! The staff were great, the location was perfect and the breakfast was brilliant. The rooms were clean and all had balconys, ours overlooked the giant orange tree in the middle of the Riad. The owner sat us down on the first day and talked us through a map showing us good places to go as well as booking the cookery school for us, very helpful and would highly recommend.

The staff was really nice, the facilities were great, and the food was delicious - especially the dinner! Location wise it was good, a 20 minute walk into Jemaa el Fna.

Our room was small and quite humid, so try to pick one of the other rooms. Also, it is right next to a mosque (as are all riads in the medina, I assume), so if you're a light sleeper, I would recommend staying outside of the medina.

It is the hospitality of Francoise and her staff (with special mention also to Abdul) that really makes this such a great place to stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was different each day and there was plenty of it. Francoise took us to Jemaa el Fna square on the first morning so that we got our bearings and one evening Abdul walked with us to a restaurant. We thought we may get lost but we found it surprisingly easy to find our way around and did not get lost at all. We loved our stay at Riad Safa and would highly recommend it.

The rooms are a bit small but this is really not a problem as you have access to the roof terrace and patios etc around the Riad and spend very little time in your room.

Wonderful staff, very clean, comfortable setting, good breakfast. We enjoyed breakfast, reading, and drinking wine on the roof top! It was about a 15 minute walk to Jemaa el Fna. We'd recommend to friends traveling to Marrakech.

We were in a very small room which was fine for us but it may not work for all.

This place was simply amazing. The staff were very attentive and always more than happy to help where they could. If I ever return to Marrakech, I'd 100% return to Riad Safa.

We loved our stay in Riad Safa. The Riad is very atmospheric and quiet. The staff is very helpfull and breakfast on the roof terras is lovely. There is a nice restaurant around the corner 'Le Foundouk'.

The Riad is a bit difficult to find. The Riad offers a transfer service from the airport. My advise is to use it, it saves you a lot of trouble and hassle.
