Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms and breakfast.
Good location in the heart of Medina; however, it is not very easy to find the hotel.
Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Great staff took good care of us. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.
Location is near but in old city. Very hard to get to the hotel. (It's in the center of old souk so if you're a group of friends it's fine if you're alone Not recommended)
design bed breakfast staf bathroom
Being in the middle of the souk, the location was excellent and everything was clean. For taking taxi for a one-day excursion and back to the airport, the duty manager walked with us to the pick-up point to make sure that everything is all right.
There was a new, large TV in the room, but there was no manual so we did not know how to select channels in English language. Though our room was very large and there was a big coffee table, there were no chairs. For coffee in breakfast, ask for 'a small coffee' if you do not like granule coffee. Finally, this is not the riad's fault, but after 9pm or so, the shops in the souk are all closed and nobody is around, so you may not feel quite safe walking back to the riad on your own.
Excellent staff & helpful. Allowed to stay in the room after check out time.
In the bathroom when touching the tap there was short circuit and were not happy with this.
Gigantic beds, beautiful rooms
Wi-Fi didn't work that well
Perfect location but a bit difficult for timers to get to. After the first time, it is the best location. Great helpful staff and excellent facilities.
Well located, nice modern interior in the rooms.
Very very very very noisy in the mornings. There should be a sign to educate early risers to keep their voices down at breakfast!!!
The great location and the friendly and personal touch from the hotel management and staff.
All staffs are incredibly helpful, super clean room
Although the riad is close to Jemaa El Fna, it is impossible to find it by your own. Do not follow Google map!
in the square, good place for travellers staff are really kind! wonderful breakfast, room is clean and comfort
a little difficult to find the place at first time
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It was exceptionally clean and a very comfortable king sized bed. We wish we had stayed our whole time in Marrakesh here. Excellent location and Abdel went to come get us from the main square. We do not have enough good things to say about this place. A must stay!
+The location: inside the souk but at the end of a small alley. So, it is both close to the main place and quiet. +The staff was really friendly and helpful. +The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped (small fridge, TV, AC, hairdryer). The riad seems brand new. +The breakfast was very copious and excellent.
If you go for the first time, the riad is kind of hard to find. But, you just have to call the riad and someone will come to pick you up. Unfortunately for us, our phone ran out of battery just before we could call. But thanks to our lucky star, the first shop owner we asked for help happened to be friend with the riad staff and called them to pick us up at his shop.
THe Riad Samarine was an excellent place to stay. The hotel was very clean, quiet, in spite of being located in the middle of the very busy Medina. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, going out of their way on several occasions to help us. The food was likewise excellent. Highly recommend.
stronly recommend this Riad to stay in marrakesh, near city center and all staffs were super nice to us! they even have prepared early breakfast for us at 6.30am!
not that much spacious, but dfn nothing complain about this hotel.
Location ideal for first timers, 100m form Batha museum. Immediate access by car; parking (paid) at 50m. New building and friendly staff. Dinner advises very succesfull. A bit strange smell in the room, but easily forgoten; nothing to worry about.
Stairs too narrow for bulky luggage (however, staff eager to carry stuff up and down)
Silence, but near the centre of Marrakech. Very clean and the staff were very hospitality
Beautiful, quiet riad very close to the Djemaa el Fna. Lovely modern furnishings, big rooms, and a great rooftop terrace. Breakfast was very good.
There are no signs for the Riad so it's probably a good idea to have one of the staff come meet you. Also there was some kind of problem with the water heater so there was no hot water for a few hours in the morning.
The staff were great and went out of their way to help us. Excellent roof terrace and would recommend having dinner there at some point as great tagines! Perfect location. Right in the heart of the souk. Ask for someone to take you there on arrival as otherwise likely to get lost!
Good location just 5 minutes from the square. Comfortable beds and fabulous hot shower. Provided with great breakfast to set you up for the day. Staff very friendly & helpful. The Riad arranged a english speaking taxi driver who we used for various sightseeing trips.
The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were three girls travelling alone had a wonderful short break
Abdelatif and Ismail were very accommodating to us (and our bikes!) and we received an amazing welcome. The room (suite) was very spacious and comfortable and the riad is a real haven despite its location right in the middle of the souk. The evening meal was a real treat and one of the best we had in Marrakech.
Absolutely nothing - we would go back in the morning!
Great location in the Medina, close to Jamaa el Fna. Very good facilities and the best breakfast I had in Morocco. Helpful and nice staff too. I will come back.
Impossible to find on your own, pay someone to guide you there for 20-30 Dirhams
the location was an adventure and it was yet so quiet. The staff was so helpful and friendly.
we had a moldy smell in our room. It was ok for one night but since we suffer from allergies we could not have stayed there longer.
Location and the staff, helpfull and really nice
