Good ambience. Very relaxing. Close to the main square (5 mins walk). One staff member speaks good English. Accessable by taxi from train station - knock on the big shiney wooden door (unmarked) down the side alley off the square in which the taxi will stop. Evening meal a little on the expensive side. |

I returned to this riad after having done a excursion to the atlas mountains. Our first 3 nights there we stayed on the first floor and hated our room. For the return we stayed on the 2nd floor. The room was much bigger, it didn't smell bad like, the other room. This room was only $20.00 more than our other room and it was so much better, and the furnature matched this time. we didn't like the riad manager. He scammed us on dinner. He invited us to have dinner and didn't give us a menu just served us. When we checked out we were charged $80.00. We thought that was wrong of him to do that. Also the location was difficult and the riad didn't have a sign or light outside the door at night. |

Book this riad! Have stayed at a few riads and this is my favorite by far. Nice location-close to everything and quiet. Most helpful staff speaking so many languages. Great rooms and roof top terrace and yummy breakfast. Not booking here would be a mistake. |

Staff at Riad Sefia were very helpfull, friendly and welcoming even though our French isn't very good and neither was their English. The Riad is very comfortable and beautifully decorated and just 5 minutes walk from the Djemaa el–Fna square. The staff were also able to recommend a lovely restaurant, Mama Ti Lee which had just opened a few streets away. I'd get them to take you there, as I'm sure that only locals to Marrakech would be able to find it! |

Very friendly staff. Riad quite close to Jemaa El Fnaa, which is definately worth a trip! Food at the Riad was great and Thierry only charges 15 euro for a 3 course meal - well worth it. There wasn't any pivacy in the rooms as there are no curtains on the windows. Also, I found that there weren't any locks on the doors when we left the Riad. This said, nothing went missing. Staff are honest. Also, the walk back from the sqare is down a few dark alleys. Again, this didn't cause us any problems. Although there are loads of people begging for money, we didn't see any evidence of people being touched or robbed. |

De plek was niet zover van het plein en tamelijk rustig, personeel deed erg zijn best ons naar de zin te maken. Ontbijt was erg matig De kamers stonken naar riool en was het muffig, de badkamer maakte geen frisse indruk en zagen de handdoeken er erg verbruikt uit. Geen sloten op de deur en was er geen gevoel van privacy in de kamer omdat het erg gehorig was en je alles mee kreeg van de andere gasten. Handdoek rekjes vielen uit de muur, putjes waren verstopt en moest je zelf steeds naar dingen vragen zoals toiletpapier, water etc |

Nordin, dello staff del Riad, è stato molto gentile e disponibile in tutto. In particolare ci ha preparato la colazione anche alle 6 del mattino in due occasioni quando dovevamo partire presto. Il Riad è in una posizione centrale ottima! Il bagno in camera non ha una porta che separi i due ambienti, quindi non c'è privacy quando si va in bagno,ma in compenso è molto carino. |
