Nice room Good wifi connection Good breakfast
- Local youth in the neighbourhood would not stop bothering us and even kicked our luggage when we asked that we didn't want to be bothered. - Swimming pool is not heated, in contrary what is stated on booking.com - The Hammam is only a small room, which only allows for one person and is very expensive. Poor value for money.
Staff members excellent: Mohamed.
To cold in the hotel at this time. (feb) AC was not working properly.
Everything ! The riad which is beautiful, the bedroom, nice and clean, the breakfast, fresh and generous and the staff very warm and welcoming.
Nice home cooked breakfast and cosy family run business and they tried to help us in every possible way -- felt like being at home.
The decoration of lobby area is really beautiful. Our room is nicely designed and no window, so it is quiet in the morning when everyone having breakfast downstairs. The staff in the morning are nice and helpful. They have big discounted price in booking.com
Difficult to find, the location map in booking is wrong, we have to ask 4 people to get here. And there are some guys ask you money for stopping a car there even though it is not a parking space, and after refusing to pay, they said there is no parking, we moved our car to a real parking after got to the hotel in 10 minute, but we found our car has a big scratch on it. And 2 guys trying to guide us to the hotel but we refused, we ask the location from a store, and they get really mad and being so rude. Feeling unsafe in this location. And it is a bit away from the center medina, like 5 to 10 minutes walk for shops, restaurants, banks, etc. The bed sheets and pillow covers have so much stink and hairs. Double bed is combined 2 single beds. Hairdryer is not working. No wifi in the room and it is limited in the reception area. No air-conditioning and heating in triple room.
Everything was great, we came with some friends who were in another riad, and ours was cheaper than theirs but much better, the room, the decoration, the localization, the staff, it was a perfect stay for us, we'll come back !
Everything was perfect, I advise it to everyone who goes to Marrakech !
This riad is really nice, as well as the staff which was very welcoming. The decoration is great, the room quiet and comfy. Perfect breakfast, too. I'll come back.
People were friendly Nice and quite inside the riad Cool temperature while hot outside Always someone around in the riad to support you while needed
Finding the place, which is difficult the first time
I came for a business trip and I'm really satisfied of the quality of this Riad, it's very quiet, perfect for working, the staff is very polite and helpful, it was a wonderful stay. I'll definitely come back !
Riad Sidimimoune will not disappoint. It's location, a walk away from Jema el fna and in the Old Medina part of town is excellent. The staff are helpful, warm and welcoming. Breakfasts are set, traditional, and plentiful. My room was comfortable with most of the mod cons to make the stay a pleasant one. An enjoyable stay overall and highly recommended.
Location, architecture, breakfast.
Receptionist's attitude. Also, they insisted on us paying in advance. Too noisy, rooms too dark, no fresh air in the rooms.
-local breakfast served in the morning, was very nice -had mint tea from many places but only really liked it in the Riad -very friendly staff -were offered to leave luggage in Riad after checkout time until flight time
-were told mint tea for three would cost 40 dirham , had it twice and were charged 60 dirham total, had it another time and were charged 40... think staff are unsure or don't have fixed rate -main issue if any was slow speed WiFi but I don't know how good internet is in Marrakech, good for routine facebook twitter whatsapp use, videos won't load, slow upload/download of pictures
