A member of the staff picked us up from the airport and took us to the riad. When we arrived Omar received us with some mint tea and explained us everything about the riad, the area, the city. It was a bit late so he walked with us to a nearby restaurant to show us where to get some food. The riad is one of the nicest we stayed in our 2-week trip to Morocco. It's clean, comfortable and breakfast was very nice and filling. We also had dinner once in the terrace and was great. We were two but the couscous was a big portion!
Akeem who works there was excellent. Friendliness.
Pool on ground floor not ideal.
Omar and Hakeem and Khadija made you feel at home and they were very hospitable and helpful. The breakfast was superb! The rooms spacious.
At night because we were traveling with a baby the rooms all face the courtyard so the guests and Omar were getting a bit loud. Also didn't like the fact that people would smoke at the courtyard and we can all inhale and smell the smoke. Bathrooms were clean but need to be remodeled .
From start to finish the entire experience was an absolute delight.Staff were friendly, accomodating and professional. The Riad itself was stunning.
Really welcoming staff and very friendly; always went out of their way to help. Beautifully decorated interior with a lovely roof terrace and we had a great room. Breakfast was tasty and always served with a smile - lots of choice too. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice service from staff Very nice and traditional atmosphere
Down a dark alley with no sign on the entrance door (looks like a dungeon). Basic breakfast Pool was absolutely freezing
We loved everything about this stunning Riad. Especially the staff, location, and beauty of the rooms and facilities. They could not do more for us, and made us feel so very welcome. The owner Omar was an incredible host, and made us feel almost like his family. The Riad was exactly as it was portrayed in the photos and description and without doubt we will return again.
Omar the manager was extremely helpful and very kind. Would definitely recommend to stay here!!
The Riad is very charming, located in the ancient medina at a walking distance from Jamaa El Fna. Our host was very welcoming and nice and the staff as well. They really treat you like royalty, definitely a place I highly recommend!
Good location. It is in an alleyway that is difficult to find but once you know the way it's no trouble. The owner, Omar is friendly and hospitable and speaks good english. The riad is beautiful and comfortable and the rooms are tastefully decorated. Breakfast was nice. It's 10 minutes walk to the main square.
The area may seem to be dodgy but really, what part of Marrakech is not a bit dodgy?! You will be fine if you just prepare yourself for the intensity of Marrakech. Most likely you will have to pay someone a few dirhams to guide you to the riad through the winding streets when you first arrive. Bed we had was quite hard. Lack of english speaking staff was a problem, The owner speaks perfectly fine english though.
Loved the decor, beautiful house, and Omar the host was very nice as were his staff. Also the roof terrace. Where the riad is situated you think you have gone back In time, authentic. Loved my time there
Our room was a little dark, probably as it was downstairs, I think others on the second floor would have been brighter.
Nice hidden location, great beautiful riad and roof terrace. Good breakfast
Owner is rarely there, you are missing a big portion of the Moroccan Riad hospitality as workers are not so helpful and dont speak English. Owner is nice if you can ever meet him. Difficult to find first time, and not the best map was provided.
