    nice terrasa, good breakfast

owner very agresive, riad is not so easy to find, very small rooms, everywhere dirty, because they making renovation, a lot of dust, wc and shower in one place, not enough space even to wash face. staff is hard to find, because riad is always empty.

Nice easy going staff. Very cheap. Lovely breakfast. Very central location but a quiet side alley.

Very hard to find if new to Marrakech.

The location of this Riad was excellent and the staff were friendly, polite and incredibly helpful. We arrived late at night and were met on the main square and walked to the Riad-incredibly helpful as the Riad would have been most difficult to find otherwise. It was in a quiet back street but within a 5 min walk, we were in the centre of the Medina. The bedrooms were perfect for us-although people should address exactly what they wish to experience from a hotel before booking. It is authentic and comfortable but it is not a 5 star hotel. The room was small and the passages were tiny and winding. I loved it-really added to the experience and made for a delightful stay. The wifi was good for us, although there is no tv etc in the rooms. The hot water was good in the mornings but didn't work in the evenings. The breakfast on the terrace was ideal and a lovely start to the day.

There was not a great deal of privacy between the bathroom and bedroom (an ill fitting curtain-no door) which can make for an intimate stay with whoever your travelling companion is.

We reserved a room on and when we arrived that room was already full and there was not an equivalent available. The bathroom was up a flight of stairs and had nothing but pipes coming out of the wall at the sink. Not impressed.

    The breakfast in the terrace

The room we had booked was not consistent with what we were given.

location is good and staff is nice

The room is small with a moldy smell all the time, but we cant open the window as our room is right next to the common area, where sometimes people sat there watching TV. The smell led me to an impression that the towel and bed sheet were not clean, which made me very uncomfortable throughout the stay.

The riad was very close to Jemaa el fna and relatively easy to find. Breakfast was standard for Morocco (bread, Moroccan pancakes, assorted jams, butter, tea, and coffee). Wifi worked well.

The shower took some getting used to, as the wall mount had broken and you had to hold the shower head with one hand. The bathroom seemed to collect a lot of moisture and could use an update, but it was nothing we couldn't deal with.

Located less than ten minutes from the central square (Djebel na fna); Warm and genuine welcome from Tarik, the owner; Excellent value for money; We had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing stay.

Not the easiest place to find, even with a map - the "street" it is in turned out to be a 1-metre wide passageway that might be a bit intimidating to a solo female traveller (though in fact, once we got used to the area, it felt far less intimidating than it did at first).

    Breakfast. Views. Location.

Staff. Our room was not available when we arrived and Tarik tried to sell us a different one (with no air conditioning). We had to wake him up just before leave to ask him to give us the money he owed us back ( apparently he didn't remembered he owed us money!).

The location was good, as we were in the midst of the souk and close to the square.

The room was never cleaned while we were there. The bathroom was VERY sloppily constructed with construction debris, such as paint drops and leftover glue, left over. The pipes rattled when using the cold water and one night we did not have hot water. The large cockroach did not help our impression. There was a strong wind one night and paint blew of the outside walls.
