This traditional Moroccan guest house is set in Fes, just 400 metres from Bab Boujloud. It features an enclosed courtyard patio and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Medina.

A very friendly and personal service throughout our five days. Great breakfast that is healthy, varied and tasty. The riad and its rooms are not fantastic but still very nice. Like nearly all riad, Tizwa is reached through a small alley, but we got an excellent description of how to find it and with that we fount without problems.
Few place-tables-cupboard to put our stuff. And - like two riads in Marrakesh - not much water in the shower. Wifi was patchy, but so it was in the two roads in Marrakesh,
Very friendly helpful staff. Great location with easy access into the medina and to outside for taxi pickups etc, Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight-superb home made yoghurt.
We stayed four nights in this absolutely beautiful riad - the staff were amazing, friendly and went to great lengths to make us feel at home and find our way around Fes. The building is beautiful and breakfast every morning on the rooftop superb and everything we hoped for in Morocco. We totally recommend this Riad as the place to stay. Wallace family
We were looked after as if we were family members, and it gave us a real feeling of Moroccan life.
Wi-fi was very patchy. Difficult to work.
The bed was made up nice with clean linin
The smell of the place no tv in the room, inconvienance of the shower and toilet air condition didn't work
Close to the blue gate, helpful staff, little extras in the room.
Riad Tizwa had a lot to live up to as we had come from a luxury riad in Marrakech. Riad Tizwa was half the price, however, so we had to adjust our expectations accordingly. The staff, Mohammad and Anas, were helpful, courteous and engaging and I cannot speak too highly of them. Breakfasts were tasty and plentiful and although we didn't eat at our riad, the smells from the kitchen were delicious. It was in a great location and the rooms were spacious.
Our bed (on the very top floor of the riad) was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress sloped dramatically and it was a constant battle to stay in the bed. It would have been nice to have had a more inviting place to sit on the roof of the riad. There were couches and chairs but I think more could have been done to provide a tranquil, inviting space.
Excellent staff who went out of their way to help us. Traditional building.
Location and the building, breakfast the first day
Poor welcome, staff not very helpful, room had to be changed. Room and lounges dark, unwelcoming and cold. Breakfast on second day not as good as first day. Not recommended
Staff were lovely, very helpful. Breakfast was the best we had in morocco
Wifi wasn't working very well during our stay. Location of riad was brilliant but no signs made it very difficult to find. Street sign in Arabic and not even a sign outside the front door of the riad. Bathroom smelled bad but probably just needed a bit of drain cleaner so nothing major. It was very clean.
Very friendly and helpful staff . Great location. Relaxed breakfasts on the roof top terrace. Traditional design features and relaxing ambience
