Location was great and rooms delightfully appointed.

Beautiful Riad with old furniture and decor

Price too high for the offer: no TV no minibar no beach towels no slippers not even drinking water in the rooms. All things which I usually found in Riad even at a lesser price.

Great location. Lovely ancient riad with many amazing features of Morrocan style. The panoramic roof terrace The quality of the staff. The ambience and candles and dinner settings.

This is not a criticism of Villa Maroc as they did everything to rectify the problem when we arrived and were told we didn't have a room there.. But Booking.com sent us a 'successful confirmation' letter which was apparently superceded by an email from vm which we didn't receive. I didn't get confirmation of our airport transfer either until I went through Booking.com..maybe the third party for booking got the emails but we didn'T...we did get a room there but only after a very stressful start to the holiday! Would it be better if Booking.com only confirmed when the hotel are sure they can offer the room? Vm contact email did not respond...certainly not directly to my address anyway? A mystery. Again ...no complaints about them..I Just have a desire to make sure the system works for all. Babs Day

The view & situation

Our room was on the top terrace with sea view. Unfortunately everyone used the space around us for breakfast & all day - some right out side our bedroom window. This was hotel policy. Cracked & chipped crockery given for drinks & food. Dinner was very poor. My wife became very ill on the final day with food poisoning.

Great location minimalist beachy feel

I thought it was expensive for the quality of the rooms and services (we had a suite), compared with where we stayed in Marrakech but also throughout Europe.

This riad was a disgrace. Our room was damp to start off with. Our sheets appeared clean however an hour after going to bed we woke feeling itchy and could feel a horrible sensation of the sheets with bugs on them. We decided to go down to reception to ask to change the sheets but there was nobody there. We waited close to an hour with no sign of anyone around.During this time I sent an email to the staff to let them know what was going on. We had to sleep under and on top of the bath towels to get some sleep that night. The next morning the manager suggested that we brought the bugs with us!! We were offered an upgrade but the accusation and the way the problem was handled was a disgrace. Stay away from here.

Fabuleux. Riad plein de charme idéalement situé. La Chambre 25 est suberbe: deco et terrasse privative. un vrai bonheur. Excellente table egalement.

Il prezzo è completamente folle, un ladrocinio la qualità delle camere non vale il prezzo. 500 euro a notte per una stanza al jardin di villa maroc, un furto. La stanza non merita assolutamente il prezzo richiesto

Een samenvoeging van enkele riads waardoor een wirwar van gangetjes, kamertjes en trapjes is ontstaan, alles ingericht in een authentieke en prachtige sfeer, De ligging is aan de rand van de kleine medina maar aan het belangrijkste deel van de stad, de haven. Het uitzicht over de haven vanaf het dakterras waar het ontbijt wordt geserveerd is schitterend,

Via internet een kamer gereserveerd met een behoorlijke prijs. Daar aangekomen kregen we de kleinste kamer waar net een twijfelaar in kon. . wel direkt ook de mededeling dat grotere beschikbaar waren, tegen bijbetaling natuurlijk, terwijl veel leegstond. Niet erg aardig.

De ligging in Essaouira en het hotel zelf. De kamers zijn alle even fantastisch, de keuken is goed en het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

L'autenticita' e l'austerita' del decor. La bellissima camera sulla torretta nella terrazza.

La villa maroc est une combinaison de vielles maisons (et donc un dédale d'escalier) bourrée de charme et très bien entretenue... Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la plage est vraiment un plus! Je recommande cette maison d'hote pour séjourner à Essaouira ( à 2 pas du port et au début de la vieille ville). Bref je recommande tout à fait!

Tout le personnel est super efficace sauf la réception qui laisse franchement à désirer en terme d'organisation... Mais toujours avec le sourire, mais ne comptez pas sur eux pour répondre aux mails pré séjour ou vous répondre clairement à une question un "oui" pouvant dire "ok" ou "inch'allah" mais ça fait aussi partie du voyage. Comme ils s'étaient trompé dans la résa nous avons eu des suites au lieu des simples chambres réservées, tant mieux pour cette fois. Pour les filles, pas de seche cheveux!!

Mein Zimmer war das Geld nicht wert: keine funktionierende Heizung, schlecht funktionierende Toilette und Dusche, Zimmer eher spartanisch und baufällig.

La qualite du service individualise et le professionnalisme ainsi que la chaleur depuis la direction jusqu'au porteurs rend l'endroit tres agreable. Les petites alcoves et la terrasse panoramique sont des atouts supplementaires. La possibilite de passer quelque temps aux jardins en campagne aussi.
