Very nice riad in the center of the medina. Staff very friendly and breakfast excellent (on top of the roof or in the Patio).

We had a lot of ants in our room.

The Rhiad was absolutely perfect for us. I booked this place after reading the brilliant reviews for my best friends hen party. The staff at the Rhiad are what make it. Mustafa is incredible! What an absolute gem. He couldn't do enough for us, looked after us in tipsy states and was always available to lend a helping hand. The Rhiad is intimate and beautiful. We were a little worried when we first arrived as it is down a few very dark alleys but once you see the route in daylight you soon get used to your surroundings. You should book this if you want a cultural stay in the old town of Marrakech but as a group of girls wanting to head out at night, bear in mind you will need to cover up with leggings or a sarong for the trip through the Medina. Breakfast was lovely. The cleaners were superb. We were all so impressed by the staff at the Rhiad. They made our stay for us. Thank you!!! Would highly recommend.

Location - very good for souks and Jemma el Fna plus museums etc. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to leave luggage there and return for a quick change!

Room was dark and quite oppressive Whole place was hot and not very comfortable. Roof-top terrace could be lovely but full of ugly loungers with used towels - not very enticing!

The location near LA place was convenient and easy to find, but also quiet. The staff were very welcoming, extremely helpful without being overbearing, and accommodating. Nice to sit in hot tub on roof.

Location was excellent in the center of the Medina, facility is very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful with tourist sights, restaurants, and all other questions. Breakfast is included and was excellent. Again staff very accommodating to requests

not all staff were very good with English, luckily one of us spoke french. Not sure getting help with sight seeing, etc. would have been too easy if we did not have a french speaker. Airport transfer, was late picking up my friend and did not show up for me - I arrived at 120 am so being stranded at the airport at that time was not a good first impression. The riad said they would be switching companies for transfers after our experiences.
