Sincé the first step into the Riad Zolah is like you've arrived to an oasis in the middle of the desert, the service and treatment from the personnel is just very nice, the you will be taken to your room wich im sure wont desapoint you at all, if posible take a day and have dinner there, you will be delighted. Beatiful place and definitely i would recommend it!!

We took a taxi to the closes place to the Riad Zolah since it's inside the Medina cars are not allowed inside, so we had to walk for aporx 500mts, if posible as for help from the people on the stores cos it's a labyrinth, and a wave a people and motorcycles. Imposible to find the way even on "Google Maps". So be ready to get a bit lost. Good luck!

Firstly, I would like to say a massive thank you to Fatima, Kadija, Oman, Abdul and all the other staff who made our short stay such a comfortable and memorable one! The Riad Zolah and all its staff are a real credit to it owners and truly a paradise right in heart of the medina. Its literally 5 mins walk to the Souq’s and a 10 min walk to the famous Jamaâ El Fna square. The Riad Zolah is clean, very well kept and nothing is too much trouble as its staff are there to ensure you are well looked after day or night and always made sure we were ok. I must admit when we first arrived in Marrakech and approached the Riad Zolah via the small lanes which are at times dark and dirty I wondered what I had let myself and my family in for, but once we stepped into the court yard of the Zolah, all our fears disappeared. We took our 14 month old son and walked all around the Souq and streets, even at night and never once felt unsafe. There is a fantastic restaurant 5 mins walk from the Riad Zolah called the Café Arabe and getting a table on the roof terrace for dinner is a must, but be warned it gets busy so book if you want to want the sun go down on the roof terrace. We would definitely go back and stay at the Riad Zolah and if you’re looking for experiencing Marrakech at its best and staying a traditional style home it has be to Riad over a hotel everytime. Thank you once again.

The friendly and efficient welcome that included meeting us at airport and giving us a very tasty and large meal, plus welcome drink. Our room was very welcoming too, with fresh roses, fruit, candles and attention to every detail.

Only 5 nights

Everything was perfect. Riad Zolah is truly an oasis in the hearth of Marrakech. Just two steps away from the Souq and Jeema el-fna, you will be able to reach all the beauties of this wonderful city just walking. The rooms are wonderful, the staff is more than excellent. Breakfast was something delicious, and the hammam was something that you will really enjoy after a day spent in the labyrinths of the Souq! Staying in Riad Zolah was really a wonderful experience, trust us, you will not be disappointed! Marco & Irina

La struttura è molto bella ed in zona centrale. Il posto è molto curato e le stanze sono molto belle. In particolare la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale è eccezionale, un ringraziamento particolare a Fatima e Omar che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.

Rooms are spacious, bed is a wonder and the staff will do anything to help you. Breakfast is very good. Location is good for shopping and wander about the Medina but cars will not go to the door, if you have dificulty with carrying your bags perhaps it is advisable to ask for help before going.

We enjoyed everything and were happy to stay here but perhaps we could suggest to put telephones in the rooms and terrace to call reception when needed.

Inderdaad ingewikkelde steegjes om te bereiken- maar dat went snel- en steeds begeleiding door iemand van hotel.

Eccellente, non si può dire diversamente. Il riad di sera assume un fascino straordinario, gentilissimo lo staff, sempre sorridente e disponibile. La prima sera abbiamo mangiato in Riad perchè eravamo stanchi dal rientro del safari e la cena servita in terrazza è stata una delle più buone di tutto il viaggio in Marocco. Grazie ancora a tutti. Vi ricorderemo con affetto.

We spent three nights at the Riad Zolah. This place ist such a beautiful oasis in the middle of Medina. The service is excellent. You feel happy and at home the minute you step in! The diner was excellent, too. You may enjoy breakfast and diner on the roof-deck. And the best: Most places of interest are in walking distance!

A perfect location and a beutiful room. Spa facility and trestment was great. Breakfast on the terrace excellent.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, helping us with restaurant bookings, advice for the city - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were delicious and I thoroughly recommend the hammam!
