The staff, our room, the service are all focused on our comfort. If we needed anything, it was immediately and happily provided.
There is nothing to critique at Riad Zolah. We had a wonderful stay.
Everything - excellent staff, friendly, informative and super helpful. I always stay in the same suite which never fails to please, the breakfast is fresh and served on the rooftop and Kadija and the team are just brilliant. I can not recommend Riad Zolah highly enough.
Very kind staff.stylish rooms.the location of the Riyad is excellent to dive in the morrocan culture . We have enjoyed our stay there . Special thanks to khadija , zineb , omar and abdelmalek . See you next time inchallah
People, location in old town
Excellent location and the breakfasts included were delicious with a lot of variety each day. The dinner menu was very good and among the best food we had on the trip. The staff were extremely helpful and always looking to help in any way they could.
Only downside was that the plunge pool was downstairs in one of the courtyards compared to the sunbathing area on the roof terrace, though this is only a minor inconvenience. We felt awkward to make use of it while the staff were working away tirelessly in the kitchen near to the pool and around the riad, though this was our own choice.
Wonderful staff and a beautiful Riad!
The staff was extremely friendly and helped with everything. They made us feel at home. Riad Zolah is well tucked away but easy to find once you are shown around- it feels like really living in Marrakech and not staying at a hotel.
absolutely loved this Riad , the service was impeccable the staff wonderful and could not do enough to please , loved the mobile phone in case we got lost in the souks and loved the little extra touches like rose petals on the bed , candles lit in the evening would stay there again most definateley
We got lost in the souks on the way to the riad but a member of staff came and met us. Excellent service, friendly staff and welcoming rooms.
Bath was quite cold, however we did shower at 5am as we had an excursion so might have been solar powered.
Having the Hammam in the Riad was great Fatima and the other staff were unfailingly helpful Great to have English speaking staff Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was marvellous
Very friendly and helpful staff
EVERY THING IS GREAT!! Room is beautiful.Bathroom is very clean and big enough. All the atmosphere in the riad is impressive.Dinner in there was also very nice, it was one of the best dinner in Morocco. As other people say that it is difficult to find the place so, i asked a transportation from the airport to riad which is only about 15euros, and it was very comfortable, no worry especially when it's dark in a night. There are three staff in the riad and all of them are very kind and helpful. they suggest many option of restaurant, must to see and try to make our stay better. we spent 4nights in there and could have amazing time in Marrakech with them and i would love to come back soon!!
Quiet spot in the middle of the Medina. Great roof terrace. Wonderful staff.
It is the ideal place to spend your holiday if you go in Marrakech. If you like to travel and know the local traditions but have special conditions highly recommend Riad Zolah. Comfort is great, the staff is very helpful and the service impeccable. The rooms are spacious and traditionally decorated but equipped with everything you need. Terrace for breakfast is amazing, indoor pool is heated and can be used even in winter, hammam and massage are indispensable. It seems that everything is done there is done with soul that customers feel great. Congratulations!
I have nothing meaningful to say.
Quiet location but close to FNA Good size room Great roof top terrace for breakfast & relaxing Good massage & hammam All staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful ..
Exquisite and authentic Moroccan decor. Heated pool useable in winter. Lovely place, friendly, helpful staff. Peaceful and quiet. Continental breakfasts. Wonderful nooks and crannies with traditional board games and books available. Covered courtyards, yet able to be opened. Hammam and spa great. Comfortable king beds. Location great for shopping in souks and not far from main square.
Rooms not secure, no glass on windows. Stray cats came into our room on occasion. Safe never worked. Fireplace doesn't vent easily, so the room filled up with smoke. Dinner overpriced. Definitely get an airport transfer because it would be extremely difficult to find and taxi try and overcharge. We thought the off season price was still rather high.
Beautiful Riad, perfect to relax for few days. The staff cannot do enough for you and it was great to be able to enjoy the pool with our 2 year old son. The location is also very good although dificult to find on the first day. We asked to be picked up from the airport which was a good idea.We had great few days in Marrakech, totally recommended!
Nothing, very difficult to fault this place.... maybe the price a bit high but you get what you pay for.
The staff could not do enough for you. Great luxury room; with iPod Dock, roses and rose petal, and water, fruit and nuts replenished daily. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. One of the best places we have ever stayed.
Omar was amazing, the service was just great. The riad was beautiful and the location was great.
This is a very atmospheric hotel, very attractive, quiet and calm. All the staff are exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace, and was excellent. We also enjoyed dinner in the hotel on two evenings. Our transfers to Essaouira and back from there to Marrakech airport were organized by the hotel, and everything went very smoothly.
The water in the bathroom wasn't always as hot as it should have been. In the warm weather this didn't really matter.
The rooms were beautiful. The service was friendly, helpful and efficient - impossible to fault - and the location was perfect for exploring the souks.
The Riad is very hard to find - impossible without help when you first arrive. We managed to find it with the help of some locals, so it wasn't a big deal and they had actually contacted us to arrange transfer from the airport. Unfortunately, the email was sent after we had left for the airport so we didn't get it in time. If we went again we would definitely take advantage of this - getting a taxi at Marrkech airport is difficult and expensive.
