Lovely spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the location was excellent.

Breakfast food ran out and some things could not be replenished, however an alternative was offered. The noise from the nearby nightclubbers/taxis was very disturbing on the front rooms (sat eve)

The sea view was great the room was clean Staff were nice

I did booked the room via booking but at the checkout they made me pay for extra tax though it was included in the booking price. And didn't gave me an invoice for it.

I love the location, it is near to the train station, to the port, and main attraction at Tangier.

Fantastic hotel; excellent facilities, great location.

There is a large construction project to extend the pier in front of the hotel. It is quiet, but does detract from the view. However, when complete it will look fantastic! The beach is not suitable for swimming.

The hotel is very well located, about 15 min. walk from the port, right on the beach. We visited in Tanger in January, so everything was pretty much quiet. The staff was very nice, the hotel facilities (restaurants, cafes) very nice and stylish.

The location was superb. Close to the main port in the city of Tangiers, and right on the sea side.

Very poor quality. The hotel is not at all maintained, and no frills whatsoever. The room and bathroom seemed to be outdated. The staff tried to over charge me when I was checking-in. Though the attempted overcharge was about 4 Euros, under the pretense of currency exchange differences, it was the principle of the matter that bothered me, and they did not back down until I insisted that they call the Tourism police.

Some of the decorative features of this hotel are great and convey nicely this exotic destination.

I have traveled a lot but I can not recall staying at a hotel with staff as incompetent as you will find at this hotel. They verge on the comical. There doesn't appear to be any management structure overseeing the running of the hotel. And the staff appears to have had no training in the service and hospitality industry.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is by the sea. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and sea view

I have been here before and believe it to be the best value for money in TaNGIER

No hotel parking. Only outside parking lot. Most staff don't speak English, not even at front desk. We asked to arrange a sightseeing tour. Got a real old, nasty taxi with driver who doesn't speak English. Hoped the hotel would have made better arrangements.

this was my second time in this holel. there is a big diffrence between the 2 times related to accomodation.

Location - near to the beach and a few shops. Easy 20 minute walk to the port for the ferry. The doorman and the cleaner were friendly. The hotel itself is a very nice setting, but more training in customer care would enhance its status.

No tea/coffee making facilities and no fridge. Hotel food prices are double the cost so it was good to eat out every night. At weekends you don't see many staff so the standard of cleanliness in the breakfast area was not good - dirty table cloths and chairs.

Almost everything, it's really very very quite, I didn't hear any noise, neither from the bar restaurant nor from the hall, you know, almost evy hotel has these disadvantages, it's 2 steps from the beach, and quite 5 minutes from the center :), and the personal are very helpful and really kind, I liked the room too, it's quite large, and the shower room is big too, comparably to other hotels, the price is not expensive for a 4 stars hotel well, that's all, good luck guys

La vue sur mer, et la proximité du centre ville et de la médina.

Limpieza y orden muy bien

Debido a una gran cantidad de pasajeros el personal se ha visto superado y la calidad y cantidad de desayunos fue deficiente. El personal no sabe idioma español a pesar de ser vecinos, (Tarifa, Algeciras etc)..

Confort de l'habitacion amabilidad de algunos empleados el bar

El spa muy sucio .. falta de profesionalidad de algunos empleados-- el desayuno buffet.

Proximité du centre et confort.

Quelques petits détails comme le manque de serviettes à l'arrivée ,la douchette à la cuve des toilettes à fixer.bruit du à l'animation côté piscine.le claquement des portes.

A la réservation sur Booking.com le prix était de 180€ ttc "petit déjeuner compris" malgré que je n'aie pas pris de petit déjeuner le jour de la facturation j'ai donc payé 200€ et je trouve que c'est du vols pur et simple.

La proximité de toutes les commodités (mer, centre ville, shopping...). La vue panoramique sur la mer...

Ubicacion es perfecta. Salas comunales son muy preciosas.

Servicio de limpieza puede hacer bastante ruido. Si quieres dormir por la mañana, es imprescindible poner la carta: "no molestar por favor"
