The staff is nice, he is willling to explain and solve all the problems that you have. Room is big. Breakfast is good.

The location is difficult to find with no sign in the main street. It's better to make a call when arrived. The tour guide that recommended was cosy, just bring you walk around the main places with less explanation.

Breakfast was very good and the place is very nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was charged an exhange rate 10% higher than market and i was charged tax for 2. Also when arranging for a taxi to the train station the rate quoted by the hotel staff was 10 times the normat rate (150 MAD or 15€ vs 15 MAD which is what i paid a street taxi).

Excellent welcoming and lots of practical logistics information about how to move around, what to do, what to see and where to eat.

It's not easy to find the place, but asking locals it's a good solution in change of a few coins.

A very nice riad. Good service and a very open hospitality. The breakfast is very rich and can be taken until late in the morning. We apreciated the open terrace on the roof.

The rooms on the patio are a bit noisy in the morning.

The staff were incredibly helpful and ready to make our stay the best. The owners are lovely and so accommodating to our schedules. We typically had plans very early before breakfast hours which they would alter for us. This Riyad made our stay in Fes the best and our favourite city in morocco

Great hotel and very friendly, helpful staff valuing personal relationships with clients. They advised us about what to do and see in Fez and where to eat local and clean food! Big breakfast with local, quality ingredients. Very clean rooms!

    Nothing to say

The staff were helpful and friendly. They arranged transportation, a guide to Fes, and helped us find a restaurant our first night in the medina. Breakfast was wonderful and it's a beautiful riad.

The Riad was very central and spotlessly clean. The owners were very friendly and the Hotel Manager (Abdul?) was wonderful and so helpful! Great cook too.

It is right in the middle of the souk yet a total resting place once you go through the door. We ate a dinner in the riad and it was delicious.

The stairs are very steep so if you have any knee problems... Think twice.

Lovely and helpful owners and staff. Excellent food; well worth dining there. Better than any of the restaurants we tried. Homemade ice cream is to die for.

Tour guide we booked through the riad was awful. In six hours we learned almost nothing about Fez. He was only interested in trying to get us to spend money in shops and restaurants so he could collect his commission.

Abdul is a wonderful host and made sure all our needs were met and exceeded! Wonderful meet and greet, sharing of information about the city, breakfasts were amazing, really wonderful experience. Located in the heart of the Medina.

The beds we a tad hard, but that was the least of our concerns.

Greeted by the owners upon arrival, we received a very thorough brief on what to see in the Medina. In addition to arranging transportation to and from the airport for us, they also enlisted the services of a couple of guides who showed us in and around the old town. The riyad was very interesting. I can't remember taking more pictures of any other place that we have stayed. The part that made the stay so memorable was the Operations Manager, Ahmed (I believe is his name), who oversaw all the details, to include the preparation of breakfast and dinner which were consistently excellent. He even arranged a cooking class for me, my wife, and twin boys which turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. Highly recommend!

Everything was very good, the staff very supportive, the location is central in the medina (the staff picked us up at the nearest parking place), there are large, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent.

A beautiful riad in a great location. Wonderful terrace. Great breakfast. Beautiful bathrooms with great shower! Bottle of water in room and tea/biscuits on arrival were a nice touch. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful.

Had a sense that the French women who own the place cater for the European market as everything is quoted in Euros. This is a little disconcerting when you are not from Europe and are not familiar with the currency. The dinner was very overpriced and was not very good at all.

Great location, great breakfast, quite luxurious, very comfortable rooms

Bathroom not as clean as it could be (hairs everywhere), relatively expensive compared to other riads.

Valerie and Karine were fantastic hosts who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The riad is beautiful and a haven of tranquility.

Our driver was not invited in when he came to collect us for our 4 day tour which was embarrassing for us and in contrast to usual Moroccan hospitality.

The room was excellent, staff the best, the space of leisure very very nice to get a rest from the "caos" of the medina. Its really really nice. We'll stay here again if we came back to fés! If you go there don't pay to anu guide before you try to find Rashid the best guide in the world!!

The ryad is very well situated but its hard to find but wich one isn't?
