Terrace on the roof worth a lot, interior is cute, receptionist Abdul very kind.
Stairs are narrow and you have to watch your head also! Street is dirty and scary but you'll get use to it.
Very helpful staff.Warm and friendly.
The narrow and tapering alleys. It was difficult to find our way around. Also lot of uphill climbing .Very difficult to carry and pull baggages and luggages in the narrow and cobbled alleyways
Nice welcome with Moroccan the and cookies :-) the place is nice and had everything we needed. Breakfast very good. It is inside the Medina, so you will have to park your car (if you are driving) at a parking close by and walk to the hotel, there is people there helping you with luggage for 20 dirhams, I did like to be inside the medina for a night
I will not stay there for more than one night, there is more to do at night outside the medina. I did not like the shower, there is not door or courtains so when you finish bathing there will be water all over, and the bathroom it self is a bit dark. I understand all rooms are different so that was my experience.
Beautiful riad, very clean and tidy. Very nice atmosphere. Staff very kind and helpful. Very tasty local food offered for dinner, don't miss it! Home-made ice cream is a delight. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Location, Breakfast, Room and Staff.
Staff Tips given by the staff They have good connections with transportation bureaus so you don't have to worry about taking taxis everywhere or paying overly high prices
First of all the staff, especially Hassan. Probably the nicest and more helpful we met during our trip in Morocco. Location was great Breakfast was very good We taste also dinner for one evening in the riad and was very good.
The staff is nice, he is willling to explain and solve all the problems that you have. Room is big. Breakfast is good.
The location is difficult to find with no sign in the main street. It's better to make a call when arrived. The tour guide that recommended was cosy, just bring you walk around the main places with less explanation.
Very nice stay in riyad Al Atik
Good service, clean, very good breakfast
Breakfast was very good and the place is very nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I was charged an exhange rate 10% higher than market and i was charged tax for 2. Also when arranging for a taxi to the train station the rate quoted by the hotel staff was 10 times the normat rate (150 MAD or 15€ vs 15 MAD which is what i paid a street taxi).
Very kind & efficient assistance and advisc on what to see and do in & around Fez! Very nice breakfasts, comfortable and clean suites! We really enjoyed our stay in Al Atik! Very much recommend it! :)
Excellent welcoming and lots of practical logistics information about how to move around, what to do, what to see and where to eat.
It's not easy to find the place, but asking locals it's a good solution in change of a few coins.
A very nice riad. Good service and a very open hospitality. The breakfast is very rich and can be taken until late in the morning. We apreciated the open terrace on the roof.
The rooms on the patio are a bit noisy in the morning.
The staff were incredibly helpful and ready to make our stay the best. The owners are lovely and so accommodating to our schedules. We typically had plans very early before breakfast hours which they would alter for us. This Riyad made our stay in Fes the best and our favourite city in morocco
Breakfast is superb. Rooms are nice. Staff is very helpful and informative. Very good value for money.
Great hotel and very friendly, helpful staff valuing personal relationships with clients. They advised us about what to do and see in Fez and where to eat local and clean food! Big breakfast with local, quality ingredients. Very clean rooms!
Nothing to say
The staff were helpful and friendly. They arranged transportation, a guide to Fes, and helped us find a restaurant our first night in the medina. Breakfast was wonderful and it's a beautiful riad.
The Riad was very central and spotlessly clean. The owners were very friendly and the Hotel Manager (Abdul?) was wonderful and so helpful! Great cook too.
It is right in the middle of the souk yet a total resting place once you go through the door. We ate a dinner in the riad and it was delicious.
The stairs are very steep so if you have any knee problems... Think twice.
Lovely and helpful owners and staff. Excellent food; well worth dining there. Better than any of the restaurants we tried. Homemade ice cream is to die for.
Tour guide we booked through the riad was awful. In six hours we learned almost nothing about Fez. He was only interested in trying to get us to spend money in shops and restaurants so he could collect his commission.
Beautiful Riad everyone is very Friendly highly recommend
Abdul is a wonderful host and made sure all our needs were met and exceeded! Wonderful meet and greet, sharing of information about the city, breakfasts were amazing, really wonderful experience. Located in the heart of the Medina.
The beds we a tad hard, but that was the least of our concerns.
Greeted by the owners upon arrival, we received a very thorough brief on what to see in the Medina. In addition to arranging transportation to and from the airport for us, they also enlisted the services of a couple of guides who showed us in and around the old town. The riyad was very interesting. I can't remember taking more pictures of any other place that we have stayed. The part that made the stay so memorable was the Operations Manager, Ahmed (I believe is his name), who oversaw all the details, to include the preparation of breakfast and dinner which were consistently excellent. He even arranged a cooking class for me, my wife, and twin boys which turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. Highly recommend!
Everything was very good, the staff very supportive, the location is central in the medina (the staff picked us up at the nearest parking place), there are large, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent.
