About agadir when I arrived there was small issue then I found all the staff of the hotel working hard to solve it the director upgrade our staying without any further charges lovely Baddia was very smooth and very helpful the perfect Loubnq public relation she is the dynamo of the hotel she give all the help she helped me with bank with reservation of flight she was amazing and cute girl GeGe Jehan she was lovely animator she take care about our kids. This hotel perfect location staff quality thank for all
I don't like leave this hotel very short because it was perfect
i always book with booking.com but this is the first time i hated this hotel we thought it s by the beach while it is far away from the sea.there was no toiletries in the room, the room was dirty, the bed was not a 4 star hotel standard, and the toilet was leaking.there was some activities by the pool early in the morning and we couldnt sleep, and the food in the buffet was not much choices.
The pool area was lovely and the location is good for exploring Agadir. Our room was kept clean. Staff are helpful and funny and always up to something around the pool, fun for two days but a whole week of it might get intense!
Our room had two single beds and we couldn't put them together as there was a marble top table between them.. Not very romantic! Also our room was on the side towards the main road, which made it very difficult to go to sleep, and sitting on the balcony was not really an option. I am not usually bothered by a bit of noise but this was loud, even though we were on the top floor.
Staff were very helpful especially omar and hisham they took good care of us
Proximity to the promenade. Balcony view.
Everything except those stated above. Totally unworthy of the money. I learnt how a bad hotel stay could ruin a day in my trip. Telephone not working. Toilet flush button not working Ordered double bed but got a twin bed. Staffs didn't return my passport after they asked it for verification. Then only after I realized that my passport was missing and went to enquire at the reception. There it was lying. For Christ or Allah or whatever god's sake, couldn't anyone call me to give back my passport. Ridiculously lethargic. After all it was the single most important thing I had. Breakfast ok but the plates were not clean. More importantly, Ac was not working. Gym appears to have been shut down for a month now. Seriously u call this as a 4 star hotel, I pay the money for a 4 star hotel and all I get is this. Of course it has a nice pool, a lounge and a fountain. But come on, I cannot sleep in a lounge!!!
My partner has marocan origin, so since we didn't have our mariage certificate with us, she had to take her own room, even when she even have not the marocan nationality anymore Also they overcharged me
The entertainment staff were very friendly, especially Ayoub. He was great! For the price the food was very good. They breakfast has msemen, omelets, pastries and tons of fruit. Lunch was a lighter version of dinner. Each night has a different theme. The rooms were nice. The nightly entertainment was okay the acrobats were the best. Trivia needs a little help!
The rooms had two small beds instead of one bed. The coffee in the buffet area was terrible. But you could go get a cafe au lait from one of the bars.
The food was awfull, it's called "beach" but is far away from beach. It felt like a elderly home with free booze. The staff ripped us off by exchanging our money three times. Payed by us card in usd on Swedish site translated to sek, then translated to Euro and then to Durham. Lost about 20%. Any question asked was answered that they sold a "package". Asking for direction, and they wanted to get paid for a guide. The "heated" pool was absolutely freezing. The children's pool was unheated and even more freezing. The Internet worked 5 out of 60 minutes and changed ssid every 10 meters. This was my worst hotel experience ever ever. Stay away!!!
1-the efficiency ,cooperation & devotion of the whole staff. 2- the amazing location.
The noise of the animation team competitions in the middle of the lobby where someone needs to meet a friend or to read.
We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights was good but the most friendly staff was miss. khadija who made our holiday just perfect
