it was a very tranquil hotel which is most welcome after the hustle and bustle of the centre of Marrakech , ideally situated and within a very beautiful area of the city. Pool was lovely and likewise the staff. Breakfast was not the best (not a great selection)I've seen in Marrakech hotels especially not for a 5 star,

The waitress service in the restaurants, very attentive and not very busy Buffet breakfast, had no hot water for tea,no cups,no butter,no clean tables or cutlery,no orange juice, had to ask for each item individually, also had to move rooms because of night club next door playing music til 0545am. No apology for inconvienience of having no room for 5 hrs.Clocks went forward the next morning (sunday)and even though had been talking to receptionist was not informed of time change so consequently missed breakfast and then had to pay e30 for breakfast ouselves. Absolutely no service at the pool bar had to go in search of barstaff, menus etc.Not what I would consider to be classified or charged as 5 star.

The hotel is a good place to stay, and gives you good value for the money. The rooms were big and nice with separate bathroom and toilets. Minus though for the stiff beds. The breakefirst was big, but not so fancy and fresh as we had expected. A big plus for the nice and clean swimmingpool. Very nice!

Hotel was very clean. Gardens kept lovely and swimming pool. Staff were very friendly always on hand. Very close to the souks and to Jemaa el- Fnaa Fresh towels every day. Food in the hotel is lovely albeit we only had lunch there was very nice food. Great value for money Drinks very pricey, little overpriced Hotel is a bit tired but not really a complaint as very very clean. Bathrooms kept lovely and clean

The location (just between the 'old' city Marrakesh & the 'new' city Marrakesh). The swimming pool is very nice Outside at the swimming pool: quite noisy (from the traffic just behind the hotel). Restaurant: the quality of food, the personel and the service is far away from a 5 star hotel. It merrits only a 2 star. Rooms have to be refreshed, especially the bathroom (becomed a bit old fashioned).

The hotel was very nice. I usually stay in Riads when in Marrakech, but I wanted somewhere that I knew the room would be a fair size and we could get a good night's sleep (early flight the next day). It did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, allowed me to park my car directly in front of the hotel, and were helpful. The beds were comfortable, clean, and the room was smoke free. We weren't there long enough to use the amenities but the wi-fi worked in our room just fine and the walk to the medina was quick. Everything was fine, the hotel was clean and well appointed. I live in Morocco so I am always pleasantly surprised when service and upkeep is a priority of an establishment. There was a strange "no outside food or drinks" sign and then I couldn't find a place to buy water in the night. Not a big deal, I snuck a bottle of water in my purse. Contraband!

Good location:10 min by walk to Medina and 10 min to business part of city with restaurants and banks. Quite green area. Hotel looks luxury and it's very clean. Rooms and terraces are big. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was good but the same every morning. Nice pool and sun beds. I'd recommend this hotel because we've seen a few hotels in Marrakesh and this one was the best of them. Wi-fi room doesn't work in room. Guests are allowed to smoke in the hotel, bars and rooms. We stayed in a room facing the street. It was a horrible noise of vacuum machine or something like this every hour during the night. Probably you won't hear it from other rooms.

Excellent protected location & magnificent interior. Hugely better value than the hotel arranged at the same price by our tour company for the first night of our holiday. Felt rather cold & unfriendly after touring & staying in lower class hotels all over the country however I would still thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very good price for quality. Lovely lobby, nice garden with pool. The room was spacious but rather anonymous interior design which contrasts with the typical maroccan decorations of the lobby. Nice breakfast with delicious maroccan pie and crepes (yummy). Try the compot de figue- cinnamon that goes perfectly with the crepes. Also it is a good location: it takes about 20 minutes to walk to Jamaa el Fnaa and 10 minutes for the modern neighbourhood of Gueliz. Although they say 'free wifi' in the room, there are several free networks but you will not succeed to connect to any of them because they simply reject your device (we tried two iPhones, two laptops etc) from several points of the hotel. Only at the reception you will establish one connection that will not work in the room. Unfortunately we did non have enough time in Marrakesh to spend some 10-15 min arguing with the manager about that but someone should do it one day. Also the cabs they offer you for the airport are at a higher price than the official rate of 70 Dirrhams which you might obtain from a driver if you are good at negociating.

The hotel is very beatiful, whit quite large rooms. The location is also good; it's outside the Medina, but one block of the city walls and a 15 minutes or less walk from the Jemaa el Fna square. The hotel is located in the new town of Marrakech, which is a very beatiful neighborhood. The hotel had a very good pool, and a bar and restaurant (that were quite expensive though). A dinner, or just a bottle of water cost more then doble that in any expensive restaurant in Marrakech. I'll recommend walking to Avenue Mohammed VI (it's a 10 minute walk), which is a very beatiful street with a lot of cafes and restaurants. The breakfest was ok, with the usual dishes you find in any 4 star hotel (plus pancakes). However the orange juice they serve was not natural. I found that very cheap considering that Marrakech is full of oranges and that you can buy on the street a glass of juice for less then a dollar. The services in the hotel are too expensive. The rooms very good and large but not very well maintained (they were clean, but my room had all the door handles broken). Also the room was very cold, specially at night (I don't know if the heating worked). Finally the hotel was not eco-friendly, something that really annoyed me. They washed your towels every day, even if you wanted or not. They could at least give you the choice toavoid doing that, if you are more concerned then them about the environment,

Excellent room for size and comfort; clean and well serviced. Hotel foyer is impressive and pool area looks alluring even in January! Central location with an easy walk to the old city of Medina. The hot food at breakfast was cold! Limited restaurant facilities although it was off peak.

A beautifully decorated hotel with spacious rooms, very nice pool garden, located just outside the old city walls and close to city attractions. Staff was friendly and service minded. We had a good breakfast, and two excellent dinners during our 7 days stay. Nice experience. The spa service could be better, the hammam (turkish bath) was a too light version.
