Nothing really a big disappointment. Cancelled our further two nights stay and found alternative hotel. Our room was poor and not at all like the photos on the internet. Bathroom could do with a total refurbishment.
Our beer which was served to us in the main hall/reception area was flat. I asked the bar man for a fresh one. He came back and said that it was not and just poured it again into my glass. Totally unacceptable. We just left it there. Instead of offering us another bottle he became defensive. Most annoying and bad service. Not good. Won't be back.
Good location with beautiful gardens, pool and furnishings in the public areas.
Bedrooms and access corridors were poorly maintained and certainly not to five star standard as advertised on website. grubby laminate floors, stained furniture, broken handles and poorly maintained paintwork in all 4 rooms that our group occupied during our stay. I suppose the price does reflect the lack of five star experience but does not excuse the lack of cleanliness in the bedrooms.
Location, pool the moroccan spirit decoration
Definitely not 5 stars hotel, mo spoon in breakfast it took us 15 min to get one, no wifi at all at the hotel, no musik by the pool, far for 5 star hotel
Closeness to other leisure spots.
Everything else - food, noise, staff, cleanliness
Pool was nice and good location.
There was only approx 12 people staying at this huge hotel when we were there however we still had trouble every morning at breakfast in getting enough good, clean cutlery, any assistance from staff. We had lunch by the pool once and most of the items on the small menu were unavailable. Rooms also needed to be updated.
Outstanding room enormous and very clean. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Great for families. Beautiful pool and great restaurant with quality food. Managers are fantastic and very understanding and attentive.
Staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our holiday in that hotel.
Everything was perfect
everything was disgusting food , hotel ( toilets ) , very poor pool , very poor bar , very poor location , peoples looks like they never had communication , they very rude ..... just wasting my money for nothing
Room not cleadn its full of aunts and bugs
Very large and clean pool and wonderful gardens. Building is palatial Very friendly and polite staff
Poor breakfast Under staffed Wifi doesn't always work Very expensive food & drinks Bad policies .. Like guests not allowed to bring anything from supermarkets or outside shops to their hotel rooms
Good for this value of money, it needs to work it up better
WiFi is very poor!!!!
Daughter loved pool. Staff helpful. Comfy bed
Would have liked coffee facilities in room. Wifi connection not available in room.
The location in relation to the old and new medina. The moroccan food in the restaurant was excellent.
The rooms are a bit dated and are not so well cleaned. The noise of the night club.
Conclusion: perfect location but totally awfull service, room, wifi. So it's level of pension not of 5 star hotel!!!!
Its a big property with lot of space, big pool etc.,
room service is not good... no mini bar in room, on request also not provided the kettle and pillows.. no wifi.. spa n massage parlour staff was not present. compared to agadir royal mirage, its very poor
We went in early June and the hotel was fairly quiet - which is good as there was no need to fight for a breakfast table or sun lounger. Staff are brilliant, rooms are clean and very spacious and the location is fantastic for the price. Lobby is beautiful and every room comes with a fairly decent sized balcony that we sat on to eat lunch.
The gym lacks any equipment that actually works properly, except for the dumbbells. This is my only gripe with the hotel to be fair. Although it would've been really good to have weight machines, treadmills and cross-trainers that would've provided a good workout as that was what we were expecting.
We liked the location and the staff and the price
We did not like that it was old/outdated.
the noise of the night club quality of food
Location, staff were nice and very helpful, descent and clean pool
No wifi in the lounge or by the pool
Grate location, big rooms and swimming pool.
Hotel needs urgent renovation, furniture in the room and handles are felling a part.
The worse hotel. It's a ghost house and staff useless. The food is so bad and not clean at all
The location was good (walking distance from the Medina), the foyer was beautiful and the area around the pool was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and had a good sized balcony.
Wifi was advertised but the service was continually terrible. I had no wifi in my room and it was very hit and miss in the public areas. The breakfast was terrible, the same stuff day after day. Everything was the cheapest product available, poor coffee, cheap watery sugar laced juice and cereals. I ate in the hotel restaurant one night for convenience, the food was good but overpriced.
