This superb palace is located near to place “el hedim” and the wonderful door “bab el mansour” in the heart of the Medina of Meknes, an authentic city of the Arab world classified by Unesco.

Riad Felloussia is a guest house in a traditional riad. It is ideally situated on the main square of the medina of Meknes, near the gate Bab Mansour and the museum of Meknes.

Exceptional. You can feel like a Moroccan princess. It wasn't easy to find it in the Medina, but when we arrived we found out that it was the best accommodation throughout our stay in Morocco.
We arrived at 21h and hopefully the taxi driver came with us through the Medina to find the Riad, which made it much easier. Close to the Riad there is a big sign, so it's easier to find than other ones. Once arrived the manager was very kind, we made the check in and payment. After we told him we where hungry so he guided us to a place for taking a sandwich and come back to the Riad. The Royal Suite, where we were hosted, was very bid, nice and clean. The breakfast was huge, with cofee, a lot of bread, fried eggs, msemen, butter, jams... on the living room. When we told him we wanted to visit the town, we gave us a map, the first time since I am in Morocco! And he guided us to some street markets. Very nice !
The telephone number didn't work for calling them before arriving to the hotel, and so asking them which was the easiest way to arrive to the Riad.
Nice as it seems on photos. We stayed in this riad only with owner and his 2 family members for 2 nights. So it was friendly and quiet place. Good location in Medina with nice view from the roof. Ahmed is a good man - god bless him. In sa Allah.
Kindness of the owner and his wife Position Breakfast Everything
This was our favourite riad in Morocco. I loved listening to the canaries and watching the turtles. It was a little paradise in Meknes. We felt very welcomed! Their associated family restaurant was excellent- try their chicken and prune tangine.
Staff is very helpful, they picked us up from bab mansour to accompany us to the hostel, and they even accompanied us to the restaurant (chez kemza, exquisite!). nice rooms with cozy atmosphere, I would definitely recommend it!
the bathrooms were clean but a bit "old style".
Staff is very friendly and can give good advices for day trips
Really nice place
Friendly staff. Good and quiet position. Nice Riad.
Very friendly owners Awesome roof terrace with lots of plants and great view Good location, about 200m easy walk from entrance to medina
Breakfast took too long to come. Bathroom was supposed to be private but we couldn't lock it and the staff came in sometimes to fill buckets of water in the batroom, which was not a big problem for us but this could have been mentioned to us beforehand
Nice Moroccan decoration in side the building. Cooperative Manager Mr. A'Salam
Nothing negative about the Riad
Extremely beautiful Riad with extraordinary nice people. We recommend this Riad 100% to everyone who is looking for authentic places and people!
We loved staying here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big, beautiful room/Riad. Meknes itself had the most pleasant medina compared with Fez and Marrakesh.
The Manager is a very nice guy. The breakfast was great. The Riad is located in a very quite area, just few minutes from the center.
Excellent service and hospitality. It made my Moroccan journey the more fulfilling.
French manager extremely helpful and staff very friendly. Room delightful.
The hosteller is very nice
The place of hotel in the Medina is hard to find. The breakfast supply is a little late, after 8 o`clock in the morning.
Size of extra beds
Breakfast was extraordinary, Staff was helpful and friendly.
Bab Berdaine was a disappointment after other Riads we had stayed in. To be fair the cost of this Riad was considerably less so that should be taken into account. Salem was very friendly and helpful but we felt he need some inspiration to improve the quality of the Riad. A lovely building that would be great with a bit of tlc. Did not get a good night's sleep because sheets smelt and were of dubious cleanliness.
breakfast, location, the lovely (kind, honest, helpful) guy of the reception, the terrace
The staff was great! Both the owner and his assistant were extremely kind and accomodating with us and our children, gave us information and tea whenever we asked for it and really made a difference in our stay in Meknes. We even arrived unannounced very early in the morning and our kids were given breakfast way before checkin in! We stay in one of the ground floor rooms and the room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was fine, hot water working well. Internet connection worked perfectly as well. Breakfast were good and filling, as well as dinners. We got very detailed directions to get there and the riad was very easy to find, even in the dark at 6 am!
The bathroom had sometimes an unpleasant smell. It was though very clean and well functioning.
The staff there were very friendly and spoke good english! Very accommodating and helpful with advice on where to go for meals and hammams (for women) WIFI was excellent and fast and worked in the rooms
beds were a little hard .. but good if you need a firm bed! lack of shower curtains in our bathroom - we flooded the bathroom a little everytime we had a shower.
Salam is a cool, interesting and friendly host. The Ryad was beautiful and spectacular. It was very clean and comfortably set up. It is located inside of medina but secluded enough to avoid noise. Warm and awesome breakfast was served every morning; Bread, Moroccan pancake, Yogurt, Egg, Olive, tea, CafeOle.. it was a feast. Very cheap for its value. We enjoyed our stay.
I had a large room with an enormous bathroom, aircon, a heater.I've got for my breakfast an excellent omelette instead the cheese la vache qui rit.Wifi was OK.
Location was bad, very far from Bab Mansour.I spend a lot of money for taxi trying to see something without a good map. In three days I couldn't see a maid cleaning my room.Towels, sheet with a dubious colour. The bed was very hard. The owner was polite but totally unhelpful.
