Sun terraces were great.. Breakfast was good and plentiful
No hot water. Beds were really wet and uncomfortable. Lighting bad and no heating. It was so cold we asked for the heating to be fixed... A man said it had been fixed but it still didn't work.
The staff was first class, very helpful and friendly. Excellent service throughout our stay right from airport pick up to drop off. We felt relaxed and at ease which made for a very enjoyable holiday at the riad.
The riad is charming but could do with updating in the bedroom. The bed linen and towels were worn and faded, bathroom shelves hanging off the wall and cleanliness was an issue with regards to dust in corners and under the bed.
the staff was so awesome, Thouraya, Mohammed and Faissal was so helpful, we really had a great time with them! I became sick one night and Thouraya made me magic tea! Love u guys! See u soon!
the roof terrace, terrific views, spacious rooms, staff were lovely, breakfast was fresh and filling, the welcome, the location, would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!
wifi signal in the annexe wasn't so good but great in the main ryad.
We liked the decor, the space, the staff were lovely- all polite, helpful, friendly, and pleasant. loved the little swimming pool and the breakfast and thought for a cheap hotel it was marvellous value
we didn't like leaving!
Avoid unless it's ok for you to see your money fly away
Just check on the web, they charge your card some extra money very frequently
Great location Very very helpful staff Good continental breakfast Lovely sun terrace Good food Unique rooms
Doesn't serve alcohol
sultan suite didnt had windows but was good for sleeping as i didnt heard any calls for pray. The other one was on the other side of road. Nice views from roof terrace. Pool was working, even though its kinda small and i think they were putting too much chlorine. Also many thanks to guy who gave us map of marrakesh it helped a lot. Also we rented scooters through them and wondering around marrakesh with them was the best thing in our travel.
The staff is friendly, the security is top notch and 24 hrs as well as the concierge, can book tours from the hotel pick up and drop off right at the hotel. Walking distance to Jemaa el fan (15 minutes max) Pool, restaurant on site, rooftop dining area and tanning. Very busy area, which I enjoy
There is no luxury, just what you need. Good place and good cost.
It's located just outside the tourist area among the hustle and bustle of the areas normal life. Great breakfast.
-In the middle of Medina (everything is near) -Fresh orange juice every day with breakfast -Berber Tea on welcome -Patio -Architecture of main building
-In the middle of Medina (lambs and roosters on balconies) -Small pool -Hotel has two buldings separated by busy street
Cleaniness very poor. No room service. No windows. Wifi issues. pool not fit for swimming. Bed as bugs which as given us all rashes.
lovely rooftop terrace and very friendly staff
air con in room did not work, very hot at night
After emailing several times about us having food allergies on arrival staff were rude about it and said we were fussy and had to pay if we wanted something different. Very unaccomidating.
great staff,I stayed across the way and it was so quiet. The bed was comfortable. They had local prints on the walls. The location was ideal as it was accessible to many things.Had breakfast in the mornings. The food ok but it's nice to get a cup of coffee without heading out of hotel ,sometimes.
I liked everything.
The Kotoubia View room with 2 dble beds was just fine 4 our family of four, for 2 nites. Very small but had ev.thing we needed Masses of hot water in shower. Separate toilet and basin. Its at very top of the separate building across road from the main Ryad. This building felt safe+secure. We had a small balcony w seating which we felt was safe 2 leave open at nite. Very quiet. Kids lived the pools in the main building. Staff were pleasant+helpful. Easy, interesting walk into main medina once you get your bearings.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was basic but good. I would recommend the riad for short stays.great views from roof top terrace.
Dirty. Unconfortable. Not the same than the photos
Very helpful staff friendly very clean i would like to stay there anytime i visit Marrakesh
The small pool and the terrace. That's it!
We had a fridge that didn't work and they didn't care about it. Small room and breakfast uneatable.I usually can eat everything but definitely not that breakfast. First time that i had problem with a booking reservation.
nice terrace on the roof with cold refreshing tub; good breakfast. Decoration is very nice
first night we were in the top room of the dependance; did not sleep a wink because of very hard beds. The second night we were in room 303; there the beds were better. Dependance is very noisy, dont know about the main building.
Friendly kitchen staff who assisted us with bottles, etc for 7 month old baby.
Waiting 2 hours at the airport after arranging pick up per instructions, and being told to wait 10 minutes each time we rang them. Being stuck in annex building on 3rd floor with 3 young children.
The breakfast was satisfying and the place that the hotel was located(inside the medina, almost near to everything). Also it has a really nice terrace with a great view of Marrakech. In addition to that, there is 24h security.
The room was not clean at all, sheets were not being changed from the previous that stayed there, lack of windows in the room that made it claustrophobic and the rudness of a cleaning lady . Also some personal things from other customers were still in the room, like a used razor was forgotten in the bathroom.
