Worst hotel I've ever been in. Room smelled like moth balls, the beds were like wooden planks. Asking 200 Dirham for the worst buffet diner ever is ridiculous. Being ripped of for airport transfer arranged by hotel staff is priceless. I definately would never recommend this hotel, not even to my worst enemy.

Very good prices , location near train station , no noise.

Good location, a few hundred meters away from Gare de Marrakech (Marrakech Traint Station). Suitable to get ot out early in the morning, roam the city, go bacj to hotel have a rest and get out for a dinner and all by foot. If you like to walk there is no need of taxi. The main tourist attractions are about 30 minutes away from the hotel. You must buy a tourist map, sold for 10 dirhems (1 Euro) and you won't need a guy or taxi.

Room was not clean. Furnitures look like from late 80'S. Bathroom was not clean, there were spiders and nets. Breakfest is poor and every morning the same, sparrows were flying in the restaurant.

staff , beds are not comfortable , lacation, breakfast is really bad,

-some of the room facilities were deteriorating -restaurant was hard to find-need more signage

The staff were very helpful went out of their way to help us.

There was a constant smell of sewage around the hotel

we only stayed here because we needed to catch the train at 4:00 am in the morning

only stay here if u have a good reason, like catching a train or plane otherwise get a nice riad in the old town

The hotel bathroom wasn't good at all in general , most of the parts in hotel is bathroom too .

i liked the location price and friendliness of staff .the only problem we had is that the walls are not sound proof,and you can hear everything from the next room,

Le professionalisme de l'équipe dirigeante, qui a su rebondir face au problème lié à l'accès des salles de bains. La gentillesse et la disponibilité, des femmes de chambre.

J'aurais apprécié que l'on me redirige vers un autre Hôtel de même catégorie quand j'ai précisé que j'étais accompagnée d'une personne en fauteuil roulant, car il nous a été impossible d'accéder aux salle de bains dans aucune des chambres même les suites, je vous laisse imaginer la galère pour se laver!!!!

Otel 5 yıldız diye rezervasyon yaptık 4 yıldız çıktı.Türkiye standarlarında tek yıldızlı bir oteldi.kahvaltı tatlı ağırlıklıydı.terlik 2 günsonra alabildik.İnternet var dendi sadece lobide kullanılabiliyor havuz küçük.resimler aldatıcı!size çok kızgınım..ben yorumları hiç okumadım bu da benim hatam.Önceden rezervasyon yapmanın hiçbir espirisi yok.

D'habitude je prends Riad mogador kasbah à Marrakech ou riad ogador menarah sont très bien en tout Cet fois j'ai choisi cet hotel Il mérite pas 4 étoiles

Vriendelijk personeel. Behulpzaam. Schone kamers, lekker balkon, goed ontbijt.

autant que nouveaux mariés on a apprécié notre choix pour Ryad Mogador Gueliz, le bon accueil, le personnel gentille et disponible, la chambre agréable propre bien équipée et organisée avec une belle vue sur la piscine ,en plus on a adoré l'accessibilité du l’hôtel,on pense y retourner pour le prochain séjour à Marrakech!!

la localité est médiocre, les chambres dans un etat lamentable, la nouriture inmangeable,

Il ne faut pas petit déjeuner trop tot (7h30) car tout n'est pas disponible ni très chaud.

Accueil à la réception. Emission tardive de la facturation pour un départ matinal.

Service un peut limite sejour prit sur internet est a l'hotel on ma meme propose un petit dej donc je suis peu satisfait
