Score from 567 reviews Very good
i likes the area and the convenience of the surroundings, the staff were really really nice and the pricing is reasonable..
i didn't like the hardness of the beds, they were very firm, and the fact that they don't offer Irons for shirts
We enjoyed our stay and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Few noises in the room was coming from the AC and the beds were kinda firm and hard but we lived the place and the area
Lots of intricate tiles and paintings everywhere . Room was great . Staff were friendly . Good proximity to airport about 15 minutes away .
Limited menu .The quality of ingredients wasn't present considering the wealth of fresh produce in the markets of Marrakesh Would rather have a Moroccan food type menu !
Outdated. Needs refurbishing
Entrance is luxurious, parking spaces are right next to the door of the hotel, huge pool area looks nice, it's easy to drive from here to the airport, or even into the medina.
It's a pity there's no wifi in the rooms. The hotel is so huge, that the walk from the reception to our room was really long. The beds were quite hard, and the rooms are not quite as nice as shown on the pictures. All in all, it's fine considering the price.
staff very rude swimming pool very small expensive
The cleaning staff and the supermarket next door
When we first arrived to the hotel, one of the receptionist was very rude, did not make us feel welcome. After there was no wifi in the rooms only in the lobby and there was no air conditioning in the lobby, also the food was the same everyday no variety, no real moroccan cuisine i would advise people to only get breakfast because half board is not worth your money. Also the resturant gave us broken plates to use this is unacceptable for a 4* hotel. The cleaning, security and resturant staff were very welcoming who definitly give them a thumps up orther than that worst experience, i wanted to convert some pounds into dirham asked whether there is a commission the same rude receptionist said 5% however after the next day i went to convert some more asked another receptionist he said they dont charge commission which was shocking to hear as this is unacceptable please anyone who reads this do not waste your time and money here as booking.com tells you one price and they charged us atleast 56 euro more
Spacious room, close to bus and train station, big supermarket next door
Nothing seemed to work and nobody seemed to care much: inoperable call buttons on elevators, wifi was down in the lobby (there is no wifi in rooms) shower water came out partially as fine mist and partially like a garden hose, unlit staircase (which one needs to use since the call buttons for the elevator didn't work), unlit sections of the lobby, uninterested staff (unless they were reaching for your bags to earn a tip), a receptionist that spoke zero English... There's a big supermarket next door, but there's a big sign in the lobby that says you can't bring ANY food or drink (including water) into the hotel.
location is little weird, hard to get regular taxi, plus they do have issues with air cons
No internet service, Noise of celaning crew
it's not clean
The good think that there is no sell and no allowance for alcohol
Bed fairly comfortable and bed linen clean.
Primarily the staff who were rude and obnoxious from the very moment we arrived. We arrived at 10:30pm very tired and in need of sleep. At check in the staff were rude and unmannerly. We were asked to pay in full straight away for our four night stay. We declined saying we would pay in the morning as we were tired. We needed to get something to eat and payed over the odds for awful food. Our room was awful air con not working, wires exposed (this was a feature around the hotel) , fridge not working & view of derelict site from balcony. We requested a change of room the next morning. This was agreed and again we were asked to pay. I agreed after we saw our new room. The new room was okay shower was a problem in it. Breakfast was extremely poor - we only had it two mornings hot water for tea ran out, coffee was undrinkable, pastries awful and cups, plates & utensils were dirty ! We ended up only staying 3 nights. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The superior attitude and rudeness of the front desk staff in particular make this a hotel to avoid. No help or guidance for getting into Marrakech was given. The experience at this hotel where a paying guest is made feel an imposition to the staff took from our holiday. DO NOT STAY HERE ;)
the staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and quite.
that there was no internet coverage in rooms.
Staff was very nice and helpful.
The bed was not comfortable
