Only positive thing to say about this place are the rates.
Bad service, rude staff, filthy breakfast restaurant, lousy location in the middle of nowhere is what to expect at this dump of a hotel.
one of the staff was helpful even was not his job his name mounir loumilli thanks to him last day of our stay they change us a room.
six days without internet every day i ask them about internet or to change us a room the staff of reception said you can go to bar because we have internet there and for me I can't communicate privately in the bar. the last day they change the room but poor internet no phone working.
Aircondition was warking, we were during the winter and needed wormer temperature.
Map shows the hotel close to Medina, it's in deferent place, far away, we had to take taxi any time we wanted to get to city. Stuff unhelpful and uninterested. Pure spa more expensixe then in the city. Breakfast 3 times more expensive then at the city. Wifi doesn't work at room.
I'm very happy with my stay in Migador Kasbah, the staff are fantastic. The public relation is very professional. I'll be back.
The hotel was beautiful and clean, personel very helpful
The restaurant only cooked european meals and not very well
Staff were good
There was here in the bed Wifi did not work in the room as said at booking.com Breakfast was very bad
Close to airport
We liked everything abort this hotel. Breakfast was good and the service was excellent. Especially Mounir WHO gave us an excellent VIP service when er needed something om the hotel and showed us how to get to different places in marrakech by Car. I Will definitely come back - and keep up the good Work mounir!
Shutlle bus, big room with nice balcony to the pool, friendly staff
Location of the hotel on map is not correct.
Hotel best suited to tour groups and travelers with own transport, which wasn't us. Shuttle to centre was good but limited. Staff were friendly but service was very slow.
the swimming pool is very clean and nice
buildings in the hotels area are ugly
Room size Hotel size and decoration Friendly staff Free transport
Cleaning needs good attention
Very nice and clean hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. The hotel is not in the city center but there is a free shuttle bus every 2 hours which takes about 10 minutes to Jamaa El Fna.
- Quite a big room - Friendly and helpful staff - Big swimming pool
- Breakfasts could be better
Great if you prefer luxury hotel out of city close to airport!
Coordinates given completely wrong!!! Staff really helpful but not capable.:)
Comfort and luxury
Location but they have shuttle service from hotel to city
proximity to the airport, delicious pancakes for breakfast
Nice room with a balcony .the 2 hourly bus to town. A quite area away from city noise and traffic.nice pool and garden.shopping center nearby .
Internet does not work in rooms.
Location is good, not far from the Medina but also close to the Mall, shopping, nightclubs and cinema. Parking was available too.
The towels were old and ripped. The breakfast was horrible; powdered eggs, orange juice watered down, coffee watered down, and the yogurt was plain. The service in the dining room was poor, they were not on top of the empty trays of buffet foods and did not have silverware available. You had to hunt everything down. AND is was not for a lack of available staff. For those who drink alcoholm they do not serve ANY!!!
